終於來到主菜環節,師傅首先將今日的鐵板食材展現比我地,原隻由魚缸即撈上來的生猛龍蝦,鵝肝及牛柳等食材一一展現,我們坐下來欣賞師傅的鐵板手藝亦賞心悅目,第一道鐵板野生龍蝦以龍蝦膏作醬汁調味,還原最鮮甜的味道,非常惹味。然後香煎鐵板鵝肝的時候四溢的油脂香氣已令我們食指大動,入口理所當然的入口即溶,十分滋味。

又到聖誕,在宴鐵板燒訂了聖誕大餐,今次的是聖誕special Menu跟以往晚餐的不同。收費$1750一位,這裡環境不錯,面對海景可以看到會展和尖沙咀。如果遇上有煙花或無人機表演可以看到,這裏服務也周到。這個套餐頭盤是魚子醬,魚子醬是5gram由原盒開封獻上,味道非常好不是太鹹,感覺有點少,如果encore便好了!三款刺身非常鮮味可以試出新鮮味,生蠔完全沒有腥味。香箱蟹是我喜愛的菜式,現在正當做,一般只有兩三個月可以吃到。香箱蟹肉已經拆好放在蟹蓋再配合蟹膏,真是人間極品。再來的吞拿魚上面放了海膽,味道配合非常鮮味。瀨尿蝦是配以海膽沙律醬來提高鮮味。鐵板燒鮑魚比較實身,但很有鮑魚味。和牛更不用說了是一貫的高級水準,入口即溶。炒飯的煎蛋邊非常香脆配以黑松露醬,非常芬芳。整體來說這是一頓非常滿意的晚餐,雖然不便宜但一分錢一分貨!
