抬頭一看還真不錯,桌上放了聖誕裝飾或紅酒。暗暗的,有種不錯的神秘感。可惜的是12月22日價錢已經貴了,算是聖誕大餐,但沒有聖誕音樂或聖誕老人。用餐的地方還算空矌,我們坐的是靠邊的梳化雙人坐。不能不稱讚這裡的龍蝦,不知道是特別好,還是季節的關係,蝦肉和其他自助餐吃到的比較鮮甜。千萬別浪費蝦膏,因為真的很香濃。當晚見到有客人,只取肉,有點噁這裡的日本串燒有我最喜歡的雞皮,還不錯哦。當晚小龍包的出色情度是一出爐就很快清空。鵝肝用八爪魚丸的煮法是有點。。。特別吧不喜愛可叫廚師十麼都不加。當晚有美國同法國蠔,新鮮的!我也是個海膽控!魚生有點遜色。

美國蠔一向給人大而無當的感覺,但近年不論在size及味道上都有長足的進步,肉質更爽口,而蠔味比以前更濃。

但法國蠔海水味較重,而且蠔味有餘韻,個人偏愛多一點。

麵包蟹、翡翠螺、鱈場蟹腳、凍蝦及青口

旁邊的海鮮亦同樣令人食指大動,法國麵包蟹近年成了Buffet新寵,沒辦法,在蟹蓋下是大量的蟹膏,蟹肉甜美,對愛吃蟹的朋友實在是難以抗拒的誘惑。

其他海鮮在解凍的處理上,亦保持了肉質應有的鮮嫩度,單是海鮮檯,已足以令團團轉。
