尖沙咀山本屋係一間好有歷史嘅名古屋烏冬店，烏冬係手打嘅，好彈牙同滑溜。佢哋用咗獨特嘅砂鍋慢煮方法，令味噌湯底更加入味但又唔會太濃，好啱香港人嘅口味。雞翼炸得夠香脆，肉又嫩又多汁，吉列豬扒都好正，外層金黃酥脆，食落去啲豬扒好juicy。環境舒服，可以坐窗邊睇住維港海景食烏冬，感覺超正，啱晒想嚟一邊食好嘢一邊chill嘅人。整體嚟講，山本屋真係值得一試，係尖沙咀嘅好去處！ continue reading
