    喺山本屋試咗佢哋嘅美國安格斯牛肉手打烏冬，真係令人驚喜！首先，烏冬真材實料，手打嘅質感彈牙又滑溜，入口即化，充滿小麥香。湯底係鮮甜嘅鰹魚口味，濃而不膩，飲落暖胃又舒服。主角安格斯牛肉切得薄而均勻，肉質嫩滑，入口帶有淡淡嘅牛脂香，煮得啱啱好，唔會過韌。整體份量十足，食完好滿足！唯一小瑕疵係湯底稍為偏鹹，飲多兩啖可能要配啲水。不過總括嚟講，呢碗烏冬無論係口感定味道都好有水準，絕對值得一試！ continue reading

    I recently visited this udon shop and found the experience to be quite average. The udon noodles were decent, but the flavor of the broth was rather ordinary, lacking the depth I was hoping for. While the atmosphere was cozy and the staff friendly, the overall taste didn't stand out compared to other places I've tried. If you're looking for a quick bite, it's fine, but don't expect anything too special. There are better options for udon nearby. continue reading
