星期日午餐時間,除我之外只有一臺客。叫咗牛肉壽喜燒,等咗三四個字先上菜。上到來所有嘢係生嘅,個烏冬係直接係冰格攞出來未解凍嘅(個侍應話係咁㗎,一齊淥㗎嘛)。而個鍋竟然唔記得放湯!!!變乾燒鍋,燒到啲菜同粉絲燶咗🤣🤣🤣 我打算忍埋佢,叫廚房加返湯算數,點知廚房加咗少少湯,連啲菜都浸唔過,最過分係佢哋竟然費事將啲燶咗嘅菜同粉絲拎走,就咁留返係個煲度懟返俾我食!!!🤬對食客連基本嘅尊重都冇,唔會再來,冇下次!!😡

真係一試難忘! 牛肉超級新鮮,肉眼都睇到油脂分布均勻,肉質細膩柔軟,每邊燒3秒就啱啱好,點埋蛋黃燒汁,入口即溶,牛味濃郁到爆,真係好食到停唔到口!那份牛味食完都仲會係個咀入口久久不散的,絕對係高質之選!

🔮蒜蓉牛油烤帆立貝
厚原粒北海道帆立貝好大隻,新鮮彈牙,加埋蒜蓉牛油一齊燒,香氣撲鼻,入口鮮甜又惹味,最特別得是,成碟跟一碗白飯,將燒溶咗嘅牛油撈飯真係香到不得了,食到舔舔脷!帆立貝嘅鮮味完全被帶出,蒜蓉牛油嘅香濃同帆立貝嘅鮮甜完美結合,我都係第一次咁樣食飯,心諗下次去bbq都可以咁試吓! so jeng!

🔮波子乳酸汽水棉花雲朵
日式波子汽水,酸酸甜甜,上面仲有棉花糖,啱晒打卡,飲完覺得好清爽,成個人都refresh咗!

燒肉屋其他的set都好特別的,擺盤勁有心思,係menu見到佢過和花玫瑰花束,和牛蛋糕等,真係好靚,下次慶生又多個選擇喇!
餐廳無論環境、食物質素定服務都好好,職員有禮貌,食物新鮮度高,肉質靚到冇得彈,真係好值得推介! 下次一定會再嚟,仲要帶埋朋友一齊試吓其他菜式!
