The restaurant uses Japanese chilled A5 Kuroge Wagyu, and the sauce is also sent directly from Japan. The shop offers different parts of the wagyu, such as Shin-shin, Tomosankaku, and Rump. 又嚟呢間燒肉食店啦! 第三次嚟食,因為真係高質啊~ 舖門外低調設計,門口入後經過走廊,見到啲間房。同同事兩個人食,獲安排卡位。驟眼望約坐到50人,裝潢以黑色為主,開揚坐位,唔逼夾。午巿套餐都有近10款選擇,嗜牛者望到都開心, 亦有豚肉及雞提供。點咗一客A5黑毛和牛赤身同一客九州產雞肉。落單無耐就送咗個飯SET。碟漬物有紅蘿蔔、荳牙、蓮藕片。三碟都醃到入晒味腍身,唔重酸味、少少甜味。抵讚蓮藕每厚薄一樣,腍得嚟仍然仲有啲爽口! 味噌湯重味噌味道,亦有好多蔥花、昆布。不過偏咸味濃,嗰碗並無豆皮、豆腐 (定本身係無?)沙律嘅拌汁係醋,整碟都好清新。生菜、菜絲都好爽口,亦唔會凍到啱啱喺雪櫃拎出嚟咁。主角嚟啦! 牛肉嘅鮮紅色配上白色脂肪,肥瘦適中,網狀形態好靚! 片片厚薄均一之餘亦都係有手隻手掌咁大片,未燒已經滴口水啦! 用咗芝麻及秘製醬汁醃製,落鐵板並無滋滋聲,基本上兩邊各30秒左右已經熟。肉片因為猛火快燒逼出肉汁油份,成片牛配埋小小甜醬汁,醬汁並沒嗆咗肉嘅味道,放入口即溶嘅感覺,油同肉汁喺口腔入面迴旋,輕咬幾口再暖暖地吞落去,真係無得彈,越食越開胃 ! 碗飯係正常一碗份量,圓圓粒嘅越光米/珍珠米,煲飯水份適中,飯粒粒粒分明有咬感,無變糊或過硬,仲要保留到米香味。至於雞肉望落去份量唔到多,但實際都有成10片架, 每片有1/3手掌相若大小。經秘製醬汁配芝麻醃過。比起牛肉,雞肉燒嘅時間相對耐啲,兩面都要一分鐘左右多少少先熟。雞肉入口鮮嫩,同樣都鎖到肉汁及油份,爽口的。不過相對牛肉,雞油真係多咗少少。雞皮係重點,燒到脆口微焦,入口"索索",酥脆! 順帶一提,雞肉沾醬汁會偏向濃味,蓋過咗雞肉嘅味,反而沾檸檬汁,感覺清新好多,去咗油膩感! 不過唔知係咪要趕住準備,侍應哥哥好快收走啲漬物碟,當然有禮貌地問你用餐完畢未先收啦。溫馨提示記得訂位準時到,WALK-IN真係無乜機會。 continue reading

這間日式燒肉店.。之前一直想,而家有機會試吓啦。產返12:00開門12點前到了,已經見到有幾個食客在等。餐廳環境modern,我們先看看wine menu,先點了之後說壞一支House Red Wine。這支是Pinot noir的紅酒。我們每人也選了$598嘅午餐套餐。想不到份量也可以。更加估得到這支紅酒跟黑毛和牛非常配合最精彩是待應會幫你燒和牛西冷部份及牛后腿內側既部份。精彩 continue reading

今晚約左兩好友吹水飯聚,想食得好坐得好,於是就嚟咗焼肉ジャンボ。餐廳環境當然好ok 啦,餐具各樣都好乾淨,最驚喜佢地竟然比咗間房我地坐!有privacy 真係笑得大聲都唔怕😆😆先試兩款黑毛和牛,上肩肉及上牛小排。呢兩款肉真係冇可能出事,肥瘦適中,肉質鮮嫩多汁,yummy yummy 😋😋再嚟和牛tartar,食得出係好新鮮嘅食材,味道亦唔錯,唯一有部分有筋,食起上嚟有啲美中不足之感。除咗牛肉,我哋都叫左Jumbo沙律,蛋花湯同埋雞肉冷麵。沙律好足料,有蝦有肉,炸過嘅蒜片亦好出色,加上新鮮沙律菜可以中和返肉嘅油膩感。蛋花湯望落雖然唔算特別,但好香,好好飲,絕對唔Hea👍🏼雞肉冷麵對我嚟講幾有驚喜,好多時啲雞肉都好鬼「鞋」,麵又太林。但呢碗絕對值得一試🤤雞肉好滑,麵質煙韌彈牙,配合燒肉食成個感覺清新晒。全晚嘅主角嚟啦,就係jumbo皇牌野原燒!只需大概火灼10秒(當然由店員幫忙),配合埋日本蛋黃一齊食,增加牛肉嘅軟滑感。味道就緊係正啦,都唔駛多形容,必食呀😋😋飲埋酒,食高質和牛,全餐飯每人大概$680,都係預算之中,間唔中一次都唔算過份啦😄😄 continue reading

When you want some decent Japanese beef for lunch this is one of your option! They don’t only serve yakiniku style but also other beef sets ! A Wagyu katsu set lunch for $250 was pretty good in central area ! It came with salad, soup and assorted pickles !The Wagyu was perfectly fried, the beef texture and juice was well retained ! The cut was okay, it was not fat and oily but there was a little tendon part that I couldn’t eat. But I guess you cannot expect premium beef quality for the price ! I would come back for other lunch options for sure ! continue reading

同龍吟同一集團,質素自然吾差‼️餐廳得一個Omakase menu ($1280)-今次餐廳試新野,加左蛋白泡沫。我覺得搶咗個蛋味,再配埋牛我覺得食落冇咁match。我都係鍾意就咁蘸蛋就夠🍳-7款和牛,每款都唔同產地,入口即溶!個生牛肉他他都好好味💛💛💛價錢又合理,會再有下次!仲有海鮮盤都好新鮮!成個set有質有量,抵食👍🏼-另外不得不提,服務員嘅服務都好好解釋每道菜都好詳盡,另外我問佢點解加蛋白泡沫,佢都好專業好耐性解釋,又會同客人傾下計💯 continue reading
