眼到個拼盤真係雙眼發亮,三款唔同既和牛部位既油脂紋分佈都幾平均,

而且三款牛既肉質都好鮮嫩,肉汁好香,

主菜來了~ 這里是最值得加分的地方! 首先服務員有來問我們會不會燒!

我們當然請教服務員如何來可以吃到最多汁的牛肉!

服務員很耐心教我們如何正確地燒才好味!所以我覺得服務很好! 
牛肉質素很好~ 肉汁多~ 脂肪比例分部好!厚度也讓人吃下去覺得口感十分爽!

黑芝麻雪糕:用縮水版的木桶盛載雪糕,賣相很好!至於味道方面,
黑芝麻味香濃,
好滑!

餐廳環境座位舒適,
私隱度高,
另外餐廳抽風調節好好,
食完不會成身油溢味,

燒既時候有技巧:見到每邊煎熟先好反,唔好不斷反黎反去,用個箝feel下,如肉粒中間有實實地既感覺,就已經夠熟,如果仲係腍既,就要烤多一陣啦。

經過高人指點,我地都燒得唔錯,牛肉油脂分佈平均,牛肉味濃,中間仍然保持juicy,好味道。

今次黎到食燒牛,2個人,點左個$788套餐

包括沙律,和牛,刺身等等

沙律有蟹肉,整體食落幾鮮

當中明太子雞卷不錯,食落幾香,而且幾juicy

龍蝦卷,配上牛油果,夠清新,味道不錯

和牛方面

牛小排挺juicy

 店員也好好,過來幫我地燒,所以也不怕燒得差

西冷扒就相對一般,顏色看起來暗啞,食落肉質實一點,肉不夠香

整體來說,牛是有進步空間的

另外有碗拉麵,大大碗,食埋都飽飽地,個豚湯味道比想象中好

最後雪糕系亮點!抹茶和紅豆正!食落好奶,係自己中意的味道

今日行過尖沙咀突然好想食燒肉,於是就去左isquare食翻個放縱既lunch.刺身沙律:啲刺身都好新鮮,有生菜洋蔥番茄青瓜等嘅其他配料,食落都脆口,同埋有嗰啲魚子食落去都唔會乾。呢味唔錯,比個讚山形-燒物:美國厚切西冷、櫻花豚肉、香草雞柳、海中蝦同埋北海道扇貝另外仲配左野菜盛合:有番薯、菠蘿、南瓜同埋大蔥美國西冷肉質夠嫩,就算燒到四五成熟隻味都唔會好生,好多肉汁。不過可能番薯同埋南瓜就要燒耐少少,唔係好容易唔熟個扇貝size唔算好細粒,肉質都算林;燒海蝦大有黑椒味,總括嚟講兩件都唔會腥算唔錯個人覺得如果海鮮都有兩件會更好,可以每人一件牛藏仲有生日優惠,就快生日嘅人可以晚市嚟呢度試吓佢哋免費送你海鮮拼盤

今日放假去isquare睇戲,買完戲飛之後就睇下有咩食,見到有間門面幾光鮮既日式燒肉店,行到埋去見到有lunch set,所以就入左去食野喇。入到去,覺得環境好有格調,而且位與位之間都唔會太近,私隱度高。坐低之後,眼見枱上面有個爐,所以就叫左兩個日式烤肉定食(所有定食包括有前菜、主食、湯同飲品)。另外就叫左個烏冬鍋大家share食。《汁燒牛肋骨定食》:牛肋骨雪花既紋路清晰可見,而脂肪同肉既比例好平均,見到都已經流晒口水。由於燒肋骨本身算薄身,所以塊牛肉好快就熟左。因為牛肋骨用左醬汁去醃既關係,所以唔洗點醬汁已有好入味。牛肋骨好淋身,配埋飯黎食,食晒成碗飯。《極上一口牛定食》:一口牛由於比較厚,所以要用d時間去慢慢燒,待應亦都好熱心同我地講要慢慢燒,直至牛肉粒淋為止,咁就代表肉已經熟透。佢亦建議我地試下點海鹽。燒熟之後,將牛肉粒點落海鹽試下,果然海鹽吊左牛肉既味道出黎,牛味濃,而肉質好淋同juicy添。《鍋燒烏冬》:烏冬入面有炸蝦、雞肉、蛋、日式魚蛋。炸蝦好爽口同雞肉好嫩滑。湯底亦好好飲。食完燒肉之後,再食湯烏冬,覺得潤晒。
