生日飯團又要慶祝生日, 一呼百應。今次大家揀左呢間米芝蓮中菜: 新斗記, 而且指定要黎佐敦總店。自己帶酒要付開瓶費, 但開心最緊要!這支山崎已是絕版了!必食燒乳豬仔一隻, 皮脆肉香, 人多 share 最好!未上枱前已預先切走脂肪, 食落無咁肥膩呀。海鮮: order 左豉油皇海虎蝦。夠大隻又爽口鮮甜。燒鵝半隻, 還可以的。海鮮類另有炆班腩 & 碧綠炒班球。我的豉油王中蝦個頭是爆膏的。豉油王炒麵很乾身惹味。食左太多肉, 來個啫啫唐生菜。冷盤之一: 醉豬手仔, 另有紫薑皮蛋同椒鹽豆腐, 但相片只限 12 張, 已放不下了。 continue reading

今日同親戚們食飯,表弟就預先訂了座落佐敦的新斗記。我們一行11人安排坐在一樓近樓梯位置邊的大圓枱。餐廳環境可以,牆上掛了字畫及招牌小菜。餐具上面印有公雞圖案,好懷舊。前菜點了文鹵水鵝掌翼、糖心皮蛋酸薑及椒鹽豆腐粒,開開口胃。主菜就點了半隻招牌即燒乳豬、半隻馳名脆皮燒鵝皇、招牌粟米大魚塊、蒜蓉花甲籠仔飯、啫啫唐生菜煲、香煎蓮藕餅、臘腸荷葉蒸雞、上湯西洋菜及豉油王炒麵。招牌即燒乳豬:豬皮好脆,肉嫩,好味,大推👍。馳名脆皮燒鵝皇:燒鵝頭是有「計」,是正宗燒鵝象徵,皮燒得好脆,肉又有汁,超好味。招牌粟米大魚塊:粉漿唔厚、魚塊炸得好香、好滑、外脆肉嫩、而粟米是用碗另上,可根據個人口味去沾,又可送飯。蒜蓉花甲籠仔飯:花甲好鮮,飯吸收哂花甲既味啫啫唐生菜煲:生菜完全沾滿醬汁,好香好惹味,正。香煎蓮藕餅:蓮藕餅煎得好金香。臘腸荷葉蒸雞:臘腸好味、雞好嫩滑,仲有淡淡荷葉香味。上湯西洋菜:西洋菜煮得好鮮嫩。豉油王炒麵:炒得非常好,每條麵都好均衡,配上芽菜,好爽口,正。 continue reading
