My original plan was to try out their lunch noodle set here on a weekday. But my lunch partner had a strong preference for Sichuan hot pot so we ended up doing hot pot again! 紅棗雪耳糖水As usual, 紅棗雪耳糖水 was served to us on a complimentary basis to prepare us for the spicy hotpot. 山珍菌鴛鴦鍋 at $38+10% per headWe ordered 山珍菌鴛鴦鍋 and asked for 少辣 for the spicy side. The spicy broth was so easy to boil. There was a piece of leek which had absorbed the spicy chili oil. The 山珍菌湯鍋 had fresh mushrooms, including 秀珍菇,猴頭菇,冬菇and茶樹菇. Tea and seasoning charge was $20+10% per head. We ordered 5 items to share.鮮活海蟶(一份) at $78+10%鮮活海蟶 was seasonal and was in stock only for Apr - Aug. It was not the first time we ordered this and it had become a must-order item for us. This time we encored with a full portion again. There were altogether 12 pieces served nicely on a big bowl with ices. The 海蟶 were very fresh and crispy. We cooked them all in the spicy broth and they tasted so good! Some of them were as long as your index finger. Highly recommended.曉宇嫩牛肉(一份) at $82+10%This was 1 of our favourites which we always ordered. So tender and rich in beef flavour.手打蝦滑(一份) at $89+10%This was 1 of our favourites. Super fresh and crispy with crab roes on top. They went great with the sesame oil and mashed garlic served on the table at your own service. 紐西蘭精品羊肉卷(一份) at $106+10%This was also 1 of our favourites. Quite tender and delicious! No nasty flavour of lamb at all. We cooked them in the spicy broth and this one was really quite spicy yet pretty appetising. There were 10 rolls for a full portion.鮮龍躉片(半份) at $72+10%They were very fresh. The skin of some slices was thick and crispy too with a layer of fat between the skin and the meat. The overall quality of the food again didn't disappoint us, as even the chopped spring onion served on the table as one of the seasoning was very fresh. The spicy broth (少辣) was actually pretty appetising and not too spicy. Air conditioning was strong enough for hotpot during the hot summer. Service was very efficient and attentive that we didn’t have to wait long for our orders. Seating was very comfortable and we could occupy 4-person cart seats on our own. Details of the dining experience were well taken care of with disposable apron provided to everyone and recommended cooking time marked on the menu. 自從香港有「邊爐家族」之後,想搵個朋友陪我打邊爐都唔係咁容易,好彩仲有一個烈女不怕死肯陪我赴湯蹈火,今日佢仲話慶祝公司疫境下仲有得加人工,所以要請我食餐高質素嘅火鍋,我當然出席啦!呢間重慶火鍋店喺佢公司對面,佢話午市送湯底食過覺得幾OK,所以就帶我嚟呢度試吓新野,首先店員會俾一碗糖水客人清下個口腔,然後再打邊爐,呢個食法都幾得意。呢度應該出名食麻辣火鍋,但因為我哋兩個都唔食辣,最後就揀咗豬骨湯同埋蕃茄湯嘅鴛鴦鍋底。佢嘅豬骨湯有一大舊豬骨,一睇就知真材實料,另外嘅蕃茄湯底我試過都好鮮甜,佢仲有啲金菇菜喺入面,唔錯!呢碟安格斯牛肉我真心覺得好好食,雖然一啲都唔平,但佢係好重牛肉香味而且一啲都唔羶,真係好少食到咁高質素嘅牛肉,所以值得一試。呢度嘅火鍋配料全部都好新鮮,而且所有食材都可以揀半份,啱晒我哋兩個人,可以多啲選擇。因為實在太鍾意食鴨血,所以就叫咗一份,原來份量都好多啊!呢個韭菜豬肉水餃都好新鮮,相信喺呢度自家製嘅水餃。我同朋友打邊爐除咗鍾意食高質素嘅食材之外,有時都鍾意食吓啲劣食,所以一定要叫芝士腸同埋午餐肉,嘻嘻😜呢個紅糖糍粑我第一次試,佢係一啲糯米粉團切成條狀之後再煎香,再沾上紅糖醬,朋友話呢個係重慶嘅食法喎!口感都幾得意㗎!呢度仲有個小小嘅corner位,放咗啲薄荷糖俾食客解辣,不過我哋冇叫麻辣湯底,所以就唔需要囉! continue reading

之前跟同事午餐時間來過打邊爐,對這裡的麻辣湯底念念不忘,所以今晚相將了朋友再來試試!這次來到灣仔分店,座位闊落,而且估唔到有這麼多客人!而且這裡大多數的火鍋配料也可以點半份,最岩少人食但又想食多款款式的客人。現在點餐只需掃QR Code便可,方便又環保。點餐後店員為我們呈上雪耳紅棗糖水,味道清清甜甜,夠滋潤。麻辣湯底配豬骨湯底,豬骨湯味道清甜,除了豬骨外,湯內還有粟米、紅蘿蔔、馬蹄等,越焦越入味!而麻辣湯底都幾辣,而且辣得過癮,令人回味!美國安格斯優質肥牛,這裡的肥牛油脂分佈平均,肉質鬆軟,牛肉味濃!鮮魚膘會幫忙整穿,爽口又鮮甜!鴨血、凍豆腐,食麻辣火鍋不能少了這款配料,鴨血會變得很入味,凍豆腐能吸收了辣湯的味道,食得過癮。土豆片、功夫萵筍片,土豆片吸味,不需要淥太久已經變冧及入味!而萵筍片每片也是薄切,只需沒幾分鐘便熟了,十分惹味!韮菜豬肉餃皮薄多餡料,韮菜味濃郁!自製洛神花茶,洛神花茶夠酸甜,解辣又開胃! continue reading
