⚠️服務態度差劣,真的不推薦👎🏻約了細佬食lunch,他帶我去了一間川菜餐廳!一位像經理身份的中年侍應為我們落單,由於我有些少不適,就問那侍應會否有不辣的小炒,或有其他不辣的菜式推薦,他即時不耐煩並態度不善的反問我:「川菜館有不辣的菜式嗎?」😳😳我明白川菜主要以辣為主,但我都曾經食過不少有辣度可選/ 走辣的川菜餐廳,若他的餐廳沒有為客人提供彈性的選擇,只要直接告知便可,不用如此態度😠我向該中年經理再三提問後,終得知嫩雞煨麵是不辣的,而我亦點了這菜式,細佬則點了嫩牛熗湯麵,另加了2杯熱豆漿!嫩雞煨麵上菜時,我見到侍應的拇指觸碰到湯麵🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢但為免再同中年經理交涉,而且覺得以他的態度,即使與他反映也無結果😓所以抱著當看不見的心態是但了結湯麵就算!賣相真的有點差👎🏻麵質口感很腍,似發脹的麵糊👎🏻只加了少許雞肉碎、菜粒及菇粒,感覺似病人餐,但湯底味道還可以!嫩牛熗湯麵同樣地,同一個出菜侍應的拇指再次觸碰到湯麵🤦🏻‍♀️我已無話可說.......賣相比我的湯麵好,至少見到有牛肉片,麵及湯底的口感及味道不過不失!午市繁忙時段已過,餐廳包括我們在內只餘下2-3桌客人,但我們點的豆漿竟差不多20分鐘後要提醒下才送上🤦🏻‍♀️此外,那中年經理還走到我旁邊,說我進食緩慢,導致湯麵發脹,我都未投訴湯麵剛送來時口感已像麵糊,他卻反過來話我🤯他不能理解的行為及差劣的說話態度,真的令我火起🔥最後他更因午市下班的理由催促我們離開!其實由我們進店至離開最多也是1小時,既然你們有下班時間,就應預先告知我們,而不應為了多做一宗生意,便以此不能理解的行為及態度對待食客,以後都唔會幫襯此餐廳🙅🏻‍♀️🙅🏻‍♀️🙅🏻‍♀️ continue reading

去到門口等咗一陣先有人serve, 明明鋪位唔大,又冇乜人,都唔知啲人去咗邊🤷🏻‍♀️咁都算啦,我同男朋友兩個安排咗去卡位坐,都算闊落。之後order左幾樣野,水煮牛、餃子、白飯同野飲。首先嚟到嘅係水煮牛,一望落去個樣係OK嘅。但咬落去就難食到想吐出嚟💩首先舊牛好「un」,其次個味唔係辣、麻香味,而係得油味,好難形容,總之就難食。等咗好耐,個餃子終於嚟。其實當時客又唔多,唔明點解接近半個鐘先嚟到份餃子。一咬落去,夠熱但好乾,味道就偏啖,好似食緊一舊未調味嘅肉,但都好過個水煮牛💩我地食到2/3嘅時候,有個類似男經理嘅人走過嚟拎起我地張單,望兩望。男朋友主動同佢講我地嗌啲野已經嚟齊。佢冇反應就行走左,隔左2,3分鐘又過嚟問有冇野加,果個語氣直頭想趕我走咁款🤔 之後又企係一邊啤住我地咁,奇奇怪怪。我同男朋友頂唔順,淨低嘅餃子都唔食啦,起身埋單走人。我地都唔知得罪佢乜,客又唔係多,又唔係接近閂門時間,我地坐左都係一個鐘左右,唔計佢啲野本身嚟得慢,仲要都未食哂啲野😅 比錢買難受。一句講哂,下次不了。 continue reading

以前經常到四川成都出差,愛上咗川菜。在香港很難揾到正宗嘅川菜。朋友介紹我去湘屬人家,估唔到有驚喜! 食到我記憶中嘅川味 😍😍 以前的川菜當然冇矜貴嘅食材,今日試咗辣子蟹,酸菜龍躉,好食到停唔到口。😋😋辣子蟹可以揀唔同辣度,小辣就夠,咁先可以食到蟹嘅鮮甜☺️☺️ 啲肉蟹啖啖肉,好正,不過記得要預訂啊。😉😉 普通的夫妻肺片同萵苣,十分正宗 👍🏻👍🏻 孜然羊排超級惹味,好得 ☺️☺️  一定會再去試其他菜式 🤗🤗 continue reading

灣仔大有商場入面呢間湘蜀人家成日經過 一直都無試過 直到朋友推介話好食 今日就去試下啦 食辣野緊係叫多2個朋友一齊去啦 有辣同當 哈哈 朋友一早訂好位 1點鐘哩到都 餐廳都坐左8成人 餐廳 環境古色古香 地方清潔 卡位都好多 座位距離比較窄 午市嘅選擇都好多有小菜 行政套餐 粉麵類等等 我哋揀咗午市行政套餐 揀一款主菜白飯加$10 是日燉湯加$9 招牌水煮鮮魚 $125好味 有深圳8成水準 辣度適中 魚片吸收曬啲辣汁 有淡淡嘅辣味同魚香味 同埋魚肉爽嫩彈牙 完全冇骨 配菜仲有豆芽 薯粉 非常開胃酸菜粉條鮮牛肉 $88一上枱就飄出陣陣香氣 湯質酸辣爽口 忍唔住一路食一路飲湯 牛肉入味嫩滑 真係又酸又辣又過癮 乾煸四季豆 $65炒得好香 又唔會太油 四季豆保留一點爽脆 唔會太林 入面肉碎撈飯食好正仲有好多野食想試 下次一定再哩 最好多d人一齊食 可以試多幾樣菜 continue reading

今日同朋友食飯,食嘅時間唔長,先講野食係茶餐廳質素,不過茶餐廳嘅份量會多過佢勁多!!!其中有一名疑似男經理咁嘅人不斷行到我地張枱用奇怪眼神望住我地張相,食到中段無端端行過嚟詳細望我地張單叫左d咩🙄🙄🙄勁急收哂食完d野,無幾耐又行埋黎問仲有無野需要加?!(當時個場勁多空位,係點都要迫人走)。🤬🤬🤬🤬又唔係特別好食,咁嘅態度真係無下次!!!!貼錢買難受!🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬其實唔想做生意不如唔好開門啦!之後找錢又無禮貌!又特登慢吞吞找!永遠唔會再幫襯!不值得去!不要去!整體來講,成個用餐都食到好似入去餐廳就係錯嘅咁,唔介意無禮貌態度就入去試吓。 continue reading
