疫情下,好耐都冇去打邊爐。今日同老公都放假,可以食早啲避開人群,所以即刻選擇咗打邊爐。餐廳揀咗位於百樂中心上樓嘅胡爐,我哋 18:00 到達,餐廳仲未有人。裝修以木色為主,餐廳成L字形,有獨立房間可供選擇,環境尚算舒適,有木既屏風做分隔同裝飾。每位計: 醬料$28 茶芥$8 有8款醬料可供客人自行選擇。餐前小食 $28   餐前小食有麻辣黑木耳,都幾開胃。湯底選擇咗 卜卜蜆鮮蟹魚湯鍋    $298餐廳職員會喺客人面前煮滾湯底,有點火環節,未食之前先有視覺享受。先將卜卜蜆同蟹炒過,再加入少許酒,點火再炒。之後放芫茜同高湯滾一滾。之後先慢慢享用卜卜蜆蟹湯,非常清甜,飲咗兩大碗湯,大大隻蜆肉鮮甜,非常新鮮。餐廳今日有特價推介:  一 人份量,有一隻鮑魚同一隻蟶子  $88鮑魚大大隻,爽口有咬口,聖子鮮甜。台灣鴨血  $78 鴨血份量十足,煮熟後唔會散開,口感滑滑好味。黑松露墨魚丸  $52 (半份)  鮮蝦豆苗餃       $58 (半份)                    黑松露墨魚丸爽口彈牙,黑松露味濃,推介之一。餃皮薄,鮮蝦彈牙爽口,味道唔錯。自家制炸響鈴   $68 鮮炸響鈴,上枱熱辣辣,可即食。不過點湯,吸埋湯汁食比較好味。竹蔗茅根水  $68/札大大枝竹蔗茅根水,解渴不會太甜。 continue reading

好耐冇打邊爐,今日同朋友黎左銅鑼灣胡爐,之前一直都好想試,不過疫情冇機會試,依家重開即卡約朋友一齊去,入去環境好舒服,分隔開好似好多個包廂咁,又安全又衛生餐前小食有麻辣木耳,又爽又有咬口,辣辣地好開胃。仲有自助醬料自己中意點配都得,飲品我地叫左一升既竹筍芧根水。湯底揀左火焰龍蝦海鮮鍋,真係冇得輸,龍蝦一開始仲扎扎跳好新鮮,店員幫我地灑 d 酒再炒熟佢,一路炒一路睇住 d 龍蝦郁。超大獲氣,再會比我地飲左 d 湯先,龍蝦超鮮甜超厚肉,最後先再加番茄湯打邊爐,個湯底超鮮甜,剩係飲湯同食 d 海鮮都食到半飽。胡爐牛拼盆(小),打邊爐點可以唔叫牛,推薦呢個拼盆,可以試哂唔同牛,入面有齊牛舌芯,牛胸爽,安格斯手切肥牛,極上手切牛頸脊,霜降牛柳粒。每樣都好香好好味。店員仲會好好咁解釋番每樣係咩部位同點樣淥法先好食,非常貼心。丸類叫左黑松露芝士手打牛丸同芝心墨魚丸各半份,芝心墨魚丸咬落去真係要小心,因為 d 芝士真係會爆出黎,超香芝士味,岩哂芝士控既我。仲有新鮮黑柏葉,好有咬口同份量好多菜方面叫左個蔬菜拼盆同厚切萵荀片,淥到索哂 d 湯底好 juicy 好好味 continue reading

無論一年四季,我都會打邊爐,特別係嘆住冷氣打邊爐,一邊飲凍飲既感覺好爽。呢晚收工我就去左銅鑼灣,去胡爐食火鍋慶祝520。佢既環境好有中國風,加埋屏風同畫,好似穿越左咁,而且屏風將間隔隔好,不但食我更安心,而且大大提升左隱私度。胡椒豬肚雞花膠鍋我鐘意佢既鍋底有好多配料,豬肚同雞都有好多件,2-3人食完全夠食,而且濃濃既胡椒味,一邊食一邊出汗,未正式放配料前,都已經飲左滿滿一碗。雞肉都食好嫩滑,一熟就撈上黎食,啖啖肉,加埋花膠,感覺好滋補。涼拌木耳(餐前小食)$28佢既涼拌木耳係偏辣,但係個種愈食愈上癮既辣,因為加左蒜同香醋,而且木耳都好爽口,作為餐前小食夠開胃。牛骨汁牛丸$48、黃金墨魚丸$52、手工雲吞$48呢3樣我真係覺得必點。雖然份量唔算多,半份4粒,不過食完就明白個價值。牛丸好有牛肉鮮味,感覺似之前食過潮汕牛丸,咬落好多肉汁,仲唔會好硬。而黃金墨魚丸都特別,因為係入面咸蛋做餡料,比較少見,配落墨魚丸出奇地夾。手工雲吞係驚喜,因為大大粒,一咬開見到入面成2隻蝦,仲要好爽口,真心唔錯。自家製炸響鈴$68、紅薯粉$38結尾我通常都會食響鈴加麵條。炸響鈴佢地係即炸,一上黎摸到仲熱,而擺入鍋幾秒吸曬湯汁,加埋響鈴半脆半淋既口感,好滋味。而薯粉放入鍋一陣就食得,已經預先泡好左,食完一定夠飽。 continue reading

今晚一家人去了鑼鑼灣行街,媽媽話想打邊爐,所以就上網搵左呢一間叫胡爐既餐廳。餐廳要坐電梯上去,一出電梯,即刻有私房菜既Feel,店員馬上幫我們安排位置。餐廳有一個個卡位,亦有私人房間,私隱度都幾高。湯底方面,我地選擇金翅花膠乳鴿鍋,呢個湯底好足料,滾左之後可以飲完個湯先加湯打邊爐。我地3個人,一人都飲左3碗。個湯底味道好濃,老火湯嘅風味👍🏻入面超足料,有大大隻花膠,乳鴿,亦都有乾瑤柱,有得飲又有得食👍🏻火鍋醬料都有好多選擇,仲有芫荽👍🏻👍🏻火鍋不可缺少的,一定是牛肉,我們點了手切安格斯肥牛。牛肉肥瘦比例適中,牛味香濃,上等品質,必食之選。蟹子蝦丸,賣相非常美觀。入面有啖啖的蝦肉,咬落去十分爽口,非常有特色。鮮淮山,十分爽口,放湯1分鐘左右就食得,對腸胃又好,打邊爐必食推介。酥炸午餐肉,可以放湯先食,又可以即食。兩種都唔同風味,我比較喜歡放湯,吸晒老火湯嘅味道,午餐肉更加好味👍🏻醉胡爐酒泡鴨舌,這一個是餐前小食,但我們一路打邊爐一邊食。鴨舌有微微的酒味,肉質淋淋的,容易進食,加埋啤酒,一流呀👍🏻整體黎講,餐廳的食品好有私房菜Feel,湯底及食物質素都好高,大家都快啲去試下啦。 continue reading
