今日是佛誕,我同家人到旺角滬庭坊吃晚餐,環境乾淨光猛,雖然店內已有不少客人,但服務態度很好。我們一舉起手,服務員立即走過來,為我們落單。我們點了7個菜,包括酸辣湯、回鍋肉、葱爆牛肉、黑松露蝦仁炒飯、小籠包、銀絲卷和北京水餃。酸辣湯味道很不錯,但可能因為我不能吃辣,每吃幾啖便要喝一口水,一邊飲水,仍要喝酸辣湯,可見真的不錯。回鍋肉、葱爆牛肉、黑松露蝦仁炒飯都很好味,只是牛肉稍為有些硬,如果軟些會好些。小籠包、銀絲卷和北京水餃是我的至愛,小籠包又熱,汁又濃,皮又薄,好味。銀絲卷沾上練奶,無得輸,我又喜歡用銀絲卷浸在酸辣湯內,整個銀絲卷沾上酸辣湯,另有一番滋味,非常好吃。北京水餃也做得好。我們都很滿意,下次一定會再光顧。 continue reading

黎到旺角其實都有好多野食,但經過呢間餐廳時,朋友話想試下,就入咗黎喇。呢到雖然裝修一般,但侍應姐姐態度好好,積極有禮貌,令人整體感覺有誠意。🥢 水煮桂花魚因為本身唔太食得辣,所以就叫咗小辣。桂花魚片都算滑同大片, 湯底辣度岩岩好,而餐廳做緊優惠,只要like 社交平台就會送凍豆漿,所以唔怕食得好辛苦。配菜方面有菇、粟米芯、薯粉、芽菜等等,我幾欣賞有粟米芯,因為粟米芯本身好甜,剛剛好可以中和辣度,薯粉亦煮得好入味,麻麻辣辣咁唔錯。🥢 酸辣湯拉麵呢個冇得揀辣度,但好彩唔算太辣,伴住豆漿咁食還好 😆而味道屬正常水平,不過不失。🥢爆汁牛肉餡兒餅呢個有小小驚喜,一咬落去就感覺到有好香好熱嘅牛肉汁滲出黎 (所以建議大家要放涼小小先食,因為剛剛煎好,小心唔好燙親 😆) 入面嘅餡唔會好硬好實,口感剛剛好,而外皮有小小酥皮嘅感覺,整體唔錯。 continue reading

.📍滬庭坊📍香港旺角花園街3-5號鴻威大廈地下4-5號舖這家店算是一間水準不錯的平價上海菜餐廳,點了小籠湯包(40hkd@4顆)、生煎包(28hkd@2顆),基本上2個品項都超級爆汁😂一定要先咬個小洞喝一點湯汁才可以整個吃掉,不然湯汁可能會噴到對面的朋友😂但生煎比較像是麵包的口感,被湯泡久了裏面會有點軟掉,建議上桌要立馬吃😂上海炒年糕(58hkd)是Q的,年糕本人不會軟趴,味道也是很夠的,但點這道菜建議分食,不然會太飽😂還有炸銀絲卷(25hkd)也是不太可能踩雷,就外酥裏軟,每去必點❣ continue reading
