滬江飯店雖然位於地窖,但仍然人氣不減,上次去係父親節前夕,全場滿座,我地要到第二輪時段先有位,好彩嘅係第二輪唔會限時限刻,而且質素都不錯,食完重有優惠券,所以又去左第二次😋今晚叫左鎮江肴肉、一碗酸辣湯、小籠包半條松子魚同埋炸銀絲卷。鎮江肴肉晶瑩剔透,切成小小條,好精緻,而且份量好多,肉質層層分明,沾上鎮江醋酸酸的好開胃;小籠包皮薄餡靚,夾起來唔會一夾即破,湯包嘅湯夠鮮味,不會咸,肉餡大小適中,連食2粒都不會膩;酸辣湯好特別,佢嘅色水不是深色,反而比出面嘅淺色,但辣度勁高,好辣呀🤣木耳筍絲豆腐都切成頭髮絲咁幼細,好考功夫;松子魚一流,炸到骨皮都脆晒,可以全部食晒落肚,甜酸汁出色,好明顯係自家調校,味道溫和而夠酸夠甜,好正;最後叫多個炸銀絲卷,好香饅頭麵粉味,真係一層層一絲絲嘅銀絲卷,外皮炸得好香脆,唯一係油左啲。

但醬汁味道就有啲濃,淡返少少或者配白飯會好啲

總括嚟講,食物質素唔錯而且好味道,食得好滿足。😆
但係送餐上安排有啲亂搞到栥飯遲遲未上,追問之下原來送錯左俾隔離枱,可能係人手不足搞到咁掛🤷🏻‍♂️

食物不算差,但穿黑衫長髮的侍應服務超差,雖明白我們沒有叫蟹,沒有叫山珍海味,但都不用十叫九不應,要求拎牙簽,叫了3次,黑面,態度極差,叫我等等,但,都是沒有理會,亦沒有拎比我們。隔離枱叫了貴嘢,又叫蟹,立刻很恭敬,差點要跪地離開。其實咁嘅態度,真係不會再幫襯。食物點好,有咁嘅員工,真係不會想去。

上次8月食完一餐好味超值的滬江下午茶套餐, 忍不住向大姪女介紹,佢都好有興趣嘗試, 但之後一直找不到時間.昨日(10月9日)颱風獅子山影響香港, 今日落咗8號波, 咁啱大姪女上午要到尖東工作, 那就相約到滬江大吃一餐.準時2點正到達, 今次亦被安排了卡座, 星期日不單很多人來食下午茶, 食午餐的客人亦不少.不過可惜的是這個下午茶套餐加價了, 由58元加到68元, 雖然冇咁超值, 但呢個價錢仍然抵食.第一輪先每人叫一個餐, 再一齊分食.排骨担担拉麵配七味炸豆腐, 不過第一碗的麵擺盤比較馬虎好開心見到餐單上有雪菜肉絲炒年糕, 係就細碟咗啲(較正常碟頭細1/4), 但正常叫一碟炒年糕要120元, 所以呢一碟十分抵食第三個餐叫咗嫩雞煨麵, 第一啖就食到幾香的雞湯味第二及第三個餐配上4隻小籠包.第2次再叫多2個餐海鮮炒飯配杞子上湯棠菜苗, 炒飯唔油但好乾, 雪蝦+急凍帶子, 唔係太好味, 更令我懷念上次食的回鍋肉(跟白飯).第五個餐都係叫排骨担担拉麵配2隻小籠包, 今次碗麵排得靚靚, 豬排仍然炸得好食3個人食咗5個餐, 埋單340元, 不過主力係我同家姐, 大姪女在第二輪只係食了一小碗炒飯.
