這間澳洲餐廳我們都來過了好多次,有時是晚餐,有時純粹上來喝酒,因為他們有維港海景,純粹來喝酒的話,性價比更高,因為如果比較附近的酒吧和餐廳,這裡的酒類沒有特別貴又沒有最低消費而且環境舒適乾淨和最重要有美景!餐廳比較暗調,浪漫舒適,座位有很多,可選擇到外面坐,但就不設晚餐,但可點小吃。或是可以在晚飯後轉坐到外面,欣賞一下景色。注意外面的坐位不多,經常滿座!入正題,starters的Wooloomooloo Crab Cake(最好吃的starters)、Australian Wagyu Beef Tenderloin Carpaccio(不過不失)生蠔(沒有種類選擇,較爽口,不濃味,一般)湯的話分別是Cream Of Forest Mushroom(一貫水準)、French Onion Soup(一貫水準,很多洋蔥絲,蘑菇湯與洋蔥湯的話,會選蘑菇湯,因為比較喜歡有厚度的口感)和Lobster Bisque(在3種裡最好喝)。主菜有嚐過Roasted Spatchcock Chicken(過熟,其實不止這裡,有很多餐廳的雞肉都有過熟的情況出現,是因為西方的煮法嗎?)、Grilled King Fish(過熟,乾)Beef Wellington(一人份量,一貫水準,沒有驚喜)Queensland grain fed-rib eye(熟成度剛好,都算是juicy,肉味不算濃)Grilled Rhug Estate Organic Pork Chop(juicy,不是slow cook來說,肉質算是不錯,藍莓味是幾有趣的)Pan Seared New Zealand King Salmon(要了5成熟,有點乾和鞋口,皮脆)。在outdoor的時候,嚐過lounge menu中的Fish ‘n’ Chips(有點過油膩)和Chorizo Pizza(簡單而又很不錯)。平均每次晚餐(starter+soup+main, 酒水另計),2個人大約$1500左右,加上環境一流,每次都要打打卡! continue reading

有人請食飯當然要食貴野啦呢度地方好大,不過燈光我諗可能高級西餐係咁掛因為高所以望出去個景都幾靚我哋冇叫酒,但叫幾樣嘢食一齊分嚟食呢個蟹肉pancake食得出好多蟹肉有蟹味幾鮮甜,唔錯呢個沙律入邊有牛油果同牛肉,啲牛肉都幾有牛味,都ok啲蝦都幾大隻幾大幾彈牙,但你話係咪好鮮甜又唔係好食得岀,但重點應該係佢杯底既汁,點左都幾好食萬眾期待就係塊扒叫咗五成熟有幾款汁可以俾你,不過我個人鍾意原汁原味望到塊扒其實好大塊我哋三個人分左嚟食都好飽呢塊應該係我暫時食過咁多塊之中覺得最好食既,好香有牛味,同平時食開嘅質素差好遠價錢偏貴所以可能比較適合見客嘅時候去食 continue reading

Today is the 2th anniversary with my boyfriend, and we decided to choose a restaurant with a perfect night view.We have reserved a window seat in advance. The waitress lead us to a table right next to the window with a stunning view over the victoria harbour after we arrived.We have ordered 1 Dozen of Freshly Shucked Oyster, which is served with lemon and two sauces: sriracha sauce and mignonette sauce.Wooloomooloo Crab Cake, which should be one of their signature. The crab cake is full of crab meat, and served with tartar sauce and coleslaw. This crab cake is highly recommended.Rib Eye 340g, mediumI feel a bit disappointed to the rib eye, as it is a bit overcooked, which is definitely not medium. But the taste of the steak is still good. It is served with 4 sauces: chimichurri sauce, peppercorn sauce, red wine madeira and bearnaise. The waitress has also served 4 different mustard to us.We have ordered a baked potato for side dishes, which is served with sour cream, bacon and  spring onions.All the waiters are very friendly and polite. They will introduce all the foods and sauces patiently while serving the food.This is one of the best dining experience ever. continue reading

It’s Saturday! Time to relax and have brunch. Me and my friend both tried their dinner so it’s time to have lunch. There were so many people celebrating birthday today. Anyway, me and my friend got a window seat and got to have a nice view of Hong Kong. The 4 course is $398 so it was not bad for a weekend brunch. We received a welcome drink from the restaurant after we sat down. We could choose from pineapple, orange and cranberry juice. Our appetisers were oyster and salmon tartar. They were presented beautifully and mouthwatering. The oysters were fresh and smooth. The salmon tartar was delicious, the avocado sauce was creamy and smooth. The mushroom soup was creamy and flavourful. Our mains were pork belly and steak. The pork belly was so good. The bubbles on top is the lobster sauce. The bottom is the carrot purée, it was sweet and tasty. The texture of the pork belly was juicy and meaty. The steak was amazingly good! The meat was cooked perfectly, it was so juicy and tender. The mashed potato was creamy and crunchy. The French fries was extra as we were craving for them! It was thick and crunchy. For dessert, we chose the chocolate Mille crepe cake. The ice cream was so yummy as it had a special taste. It tasted like hazelnut. The crepe cake was soft and sweet. To finish off, we got an iced lemon tea and hot tea. continue reading
