Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

店內的服務員服務態度良好,好快安排我位置坐低好快就遞上熱菊花茶(茶位$13一個人),服務態度親切又有禮貌!今次叫了潮式咕嚕肉($138),即叫即做所以咕嚕肉外邊比較乾身,因為醬汁包喺入邊,估唔到都咁脆口,肉質彈牙好好彈牙好好味!😋😋😋另外我仲叫咗高佬叔奶茶($25),不得不讚的是高佬叔奶茶超香濃,茶味好濃郁,勁好飲又好香滑!😋店內位置不多,走私房菜路線,晚飯時間坐滿人,如果大家要來預約會比較穩陣呢! continue reading

先奉上每人一杯烏龍茶,絕非一般茶餐廳水準,而是非常有茶味,濃而不苦。再送上每人一碗霸王花豬骨湯,不是平時茶記免費送的品晶湯,碗中有很多湯料,入口既有霸王花的獨特清香,又有豬骨的鮮甜,喊到適中。鹵水鵝肉加大墨魚片飯,先吃飯中的甜酸菜,不像街外買到的那些,這次味道較淡,適合講究健康的人,鵝肉是去骨的,也是味道剛好,不會太喊,也不多肥肉,感覺新鮮嫩口,墨魚片很爽口彈牙。整體我很滿意,尤其是喜歡健康不太濃味的人。 continue reading
