情人節前夕,難得無約人,搵火鍋男何故去旺順牛骨鍋食靚牛肉,仲有老友參加,凌影就食完飯單刀亂入。坐低未齊人,於是叫枝大啤叫碟螄蚶。螄蚶唔係打邊爐用,但做餐前小食就好夠鮮甜味,而且呢間做得幾乾淨。老闆聽講係佐敦金牌火鍋出身,都係主打牛雜同靚牛肉。今晚先食招牌牛雜鍋,料足味濃,越食越滋味。食完就加湯打邊爐,因為係加湯,所以唔會越滾越淡。去到旺順有好多種牛肉選擇,但文公子就必食皇牌手切牛。其他火鍋料都正,黑牛柏葉夠juicy,田雞新鮮,上碟時仲識郁。豆苗嫩綠,素餃索味,最正係鮮南非鮑魚仔,成四頭咁大又夠鮑魚味~非常滿意的一餐~ continue reading

此間已幫襯多年,煲底牛骨煲真是抵食,價錢公道,超多料,有牛骨,牛腩,牛筋,牛肚,牛肺,牛膀,牛腸,冬瓜,真係食個煲都夠哂,另外一讚係肥牛,真係有牛味,又大件,又肥味,肉質油脂均勻,響玲即叫即炸搭配牛骨煲一流,手打墨魚滑,好味,有質感,同埋此處還有好多不同部位的牛食,俐如牛心頂.....有d真係聽都未聽過,而豬亦都有好多唔同部位,豬天梯.......另外仲有其他熟食,炸三文魚,炸墨角咀,刺身......送啤酒一流,此處另一賣點係無限時,大家可以慢慢食,慢慢嘆,慢慢吹 continue reading

打邊爐除咗要有個爐,肥牛都好重要!高質肥牛邊到搵?今次去旺順就食得到!因為一大班人的關係,早到嘅幾個同事已經叫住啲小食食住先,個墨魚咀真係值得一試!好彈牙之餘炸得乾身,而且啲炸蒜真係好好味!當然,竟然有三文魚刺身食都係一絕啦!主角當然係牛牛啦,本地牛好嫩滑,入口就融,好味!雞件都好有質素,味濃之餘又夠滑!同埋都要推薦餃子,足料!最後就係飲品,不妨試下叫個小麥草,清清哋有啲啫哩粒粒喺入面,幾好飲!呢到幾值得再嚟,不過如果真係要彈,就要講地方真係窄咗少少,打邊爐梗係凍啲去更有風味,不過呢到連擺多件褸嘅空間都無,同其他客人背貼背...唔想逼,可以夜啲啲先去,會鬆動少少... continue reading

今日同密友一起收早相約去打個邊爐星期日可能會好多人,所以友人預早book 位好耐都冇來旺順啦,佢出名牛骨湯之前想book 位都好難可能現在火鍋店真的多咗好多選擇,今日7:30 去到竟然仲有吉枱,人流大不如前馬上點個湯底試試係咪退步咗先火鍋店在二樓,要行樓梯上去㗎!順便當飯前運動推介餐前小食潮式咸酸菜,超正,好開胃湯底選了清潤嘅大白菜豬肺湯,好耐冇飲過佢地嘅湯,冇錯,之前我地真係當湯飲,因為好足料和好濃!但今次真係有小小失望,材料和味道都冇之前咁多和清甜,真係唔同咗了,但亦未至於差,以我估計人流小咗都應該有D關係!美國肥牛$98估唔到都幾有牛味!而且係即時切,好新鮮喔貴花蚌亦好爽甜🐔子都係我地嘅至愛好少女仔會鐘意食呢樣嘢,但試過之後我包你會愛上至於蔬菜都好新鮮的,希望下次再去可以飲番之前靚湯嘅味道啦 continue reading

They serve tasty beef neck that go with hotpot. I personally prefer their clear soup or tomyam soup. It's a must to order their fish cake as starter while waiting for friends because it come with tasty chilli too. They serve tasty sugarcane juice and by far is one of the hotpot restaurant in HK that I will always go back. Remember to call for RSVP! continue reading
