一個月總有幾日會去黃枝記食午餐，人人都會叫撈麵或者粥類多，而我呢就每次都幾乎叫呢個「瑞士汁乾炒牛河」，今日都一樣照舊！未食過黃枝記，你喺門口睇餐牌，或者會覺得幾貴。但其實入去試下，我又覺得份量都幾多，中環區中式食肆，感覺價錢都尚算合理。乾炒牛河正常一向用嘅係比較粗身河，但黃枝記嘅河粉係比較幼身嘅；河粉嘅份量多到可以分配三碗左右，兩人分享都幾夠食；我食過大概五次左右，味道穩定，好少會出現突然間淡左或者太鹹；肉一般都係正常份量；綜合以上，量多同味道穩定，其實冇乜大問題通常都會繼續柯打乾炒牛河。七十幾蚊當然唔止一碟炒牛河，另外會送多碟自選菜，唔會咁漏，又健康啲；雖然就無送飲品，但侍應都幾勤勞地幫你加茶水，所以整體OK!…Read More
