開了OpenRice Account多年,因知道自己的文筆不太好,加上懶惰,所以遲遲沒有寫過食評;但今次真是不吐不快。早幾天和老公去了九龍城的食得妙,這間標榜冇味精,以高級食材製作的食肆,口碑不錯,所以今次專程和老公揸車去試吓。我們叫了招牌的「貴妃醬炒蟶子王」,蟶子鮮甜爽滑,貴妃醬味道濃郁,配埋煎米粉底,不錯。第二道餸是「砵酒焗生蠔」,賣相竟然和蟶子皇一模一樣,味道也接近,完全沒有砵酒的感覺。味道普通,但也不至太難食!第三道餸叫了「原盅濃湯雞燉翅」,$480一盅寫明是四人份量,好似幾吸引,諗住食唔晒便打包。點知啲魚翅小到得兩湯匙,兩個碗各自分了一湯匙,然後加入雞湯。魚翅和雞湯都完全冇味,只係飲到濃烈的酒味,最奇怪的是,湯渣明明有雞和少少雲南火腿,點解而家剩返酒味?有向侍應投訴,他只說會向廚房反映,臉上完全冇表情!我和老公各自飲了一啖湯後,感到食慾減至零;對這間食肆完全失望,急急腳埋單離去。呢餐飯$1128,絕對有被騙的感覺! continue reading

高質粵菜超級高質雞翼,炸到超級香,又不會焦,熱辣辣,啖啖肉。未試過d雞翼咁正。沙薑雞,超級滑,件件都好味。好有沙薑香。呢個清淡啲,但十分足料有別於街邊的煎釀三寶。舊餡高質,無街邊咁油,絕不overcooked 豆腐海鮮煲,另一天物!d海鮮絕無欺場,蝦、帶子、魷魚新鮮大粒!d西蘭花都煮得超級好味!!!又一天物!杏仁茶,內有蛋白花!總體不會太甜,又超級香,明顯不是hea買野返來沖,而是比心機整,係其他地方完全未食過咁好味嘅杏仁茶。 continue reading

其實呢間想試好耐,可惜平日望入去餐廳,見只得幾張枱,而且價錢比較貴,食海鮮小菜為主。而且家人唔鐘意出街都係食中菜,話屋企都煮到(需要我唔覺得係⋯),所以呢間十年以上嘅店,係我以前住九龍城嘅日子係冇幫襯過。當晩同幾個相識有10年嘅舊同事食飯,叫咗6個餸,每碟份量其實唔多,而且有啲過鹹,應該要嚟送白飯,唔適宜就咁食。當日需然係平日晚上,都算多人,大部分都係一家大小,叫海鮮食,我哋平食就叫小菜算了。其實水準唔差,有夠擭氣,可惜係鹹咗啲。 continue reading

因為朋友介紹所以就屋企人生日來試吓。今日叫咗椒鹽焗秋葵,招牌炒蟶子加米粉,蒜蓉牛油炸斑塊,咕嚕肉,梅菜蒸菜心,大蟹肉蒸飯,柑桔蜜汁煎蝦餅。先講秋葵覺得超好食,唔知點解可以焗得咁好食😋 再來招牌聖子炒米粉底,啲米粉超級香脆,聖子都好食 梅菜蒸菜心就正常,冇乜特別。大蟹肉蒸飯都好食,係入邊嗰啲蒜蓉令到個飯整體過分地鹹,可加留意。煎蝦餅就感覺普通,未必覺得需要再試, 蒜蓉牛油斑塊整體覺得麵粉太多,魚肉好小,不值得一試。另外蛋白杏仁茶都比較失望 冇乜蛋白而且整體杏仁味亦都好稀疏。 桂花糕反而都不過不失,幾好。 六個人吃的晚飯1900元,挺不錯整體呢個私房菜嘅菜式都特別,可以再返嚟試其他菜式。 continue reading

經過九龍城想stop by食個lunch咁啱想食中菜and見到價錢合理就入去入到去就已經感受到服務很妙一黎就問我地飲咩茶(好似茶樓咁)而且送上一煲湯,以為好抵服務好好(待續...)。點左個乾炒牛河和揚州炒飯,各$56。食物太妙 所以食到一半先記得比手機食。呢兩道菜其實本身就好好味作為lunch真係十分唔錯再加上咁妙嘅餐廳環境 成個用餐感覺就更妙不過結帳時驚喜嘅感覺更加妙原來呢間餐廳會計人頭茶位($8)同加一服務費我估佢應該有係某處地方有寫但肯定唔算明顯於是我本身expect total $112 就變左$141。呢一點大家之後可以注意下: ) continue reading
