Had passed by this steakhouse for times but never had a chance to visit. Picked this for a casual catch up with a friend. Interior and table distancing were satisfactory - with some American vibes indeed. 
Honestly it was a bit worrying as reviews on Openrice were mixed - particularly re quality of steak and services, which are crucial to my personal criteria of picking the right restaurant to go for. Nevertheless, might as well give it a try as a keen meat lover, coupled with its convenient location next to the office. 
Upon entry, reception was courteous with prompt assistance offered, stored my umbrella and handed me a chip (to redeem the umbrella). We were seated at a normal table for two. Ordered two central lunch courses and decided to try out their famous Dry-Aged Porterhouse Steak as there's little point ordering a pasta or sandwich at a steakhouse that by its name is famous for its steak. 
Simple bread was served, warm and soft - the bun tasted better than it looked, with a decent flavour of onion.

Followed by the salad of my choice, with grilled shrimp and bacon - bearing in mind the bacon isn't the Hong Kong type of bacon but a reasonably thick cut, which I appreciated. As a cheese lover, blue cheese was amazing.

The crab cake was fine - won't say it's not good but there are many other restaurants outside serving a similar one at a lower price. Perhaps some embellishments would do the trick?

Here it came the highlight of the meal - Dry-Aged Porterhouse Steak (400 gram) for two. Slight concern over the portion (as a meat lover) before it came but was proven redundant after the meal. Plater was sizzling when served - waiter gave a helpful introduction of the parts, also asked if we were okay with its temperature (we ordered medium rare; was served medium rare to medium, which we were happy with it). There were reviews commenting on the bad temperature but perhaps I was lucky on my visit.

Dessert concludes the meal - good to have but not astonishing. Most certainly would taste better if served colder, particularly after we just had a lot of meat.

大家留意到段片你會見到佢係真係熱辣辣用陶瓷碟上菜,個陶瓷碟燒熱,所以你嗌三成熟,慢慢食嘅時候就會變成五成熟,去到最尾會變成7成熟!

This is the absolutely THE worst steak I ever had in my life!!!!! We had 9 people, ordered Porter House, Sirloin, Ribeye...etc, not to mention the side dishes were tasteless and bad, ALL those steaks were overcooked, which we asked for Medium Rare, but those were medium WELL, but most of all, those Steaks smells and the meat was not fresh!!!! I have aged steak many times before, it should be a strong favorable, not Fermented Shrimp Paste Rotten smell!!! and the meat were mushy, not fresh. I didn't ask the Manager to change it, because it is pointless already when you got such an answer from the Manager,  for sure I was not happy with her answer!!!

From a restaurant of this standard, one would expect quality services, when we brought 2 wines over and asked to open before dinner. The server would actually ask if the wines are to be poured to the decanter, now where else?!
Over the course of the night, there were probably around 10-12 tables in total only at the restaurant, in which, we have the Largest party of total head count, and while we have ordered bottled water from the restaurant, it didn't seem to them to pour water for us, UNTIL, we asked to do so. 

This will be my last time ever, the bill ended up was HK$ 13,000 around, with this kind of food quality and services, it was totally not worth to go at all. 
For those who consider having steak, definitely, there are many places better than this one!!!

Rib Eye Steak 🥩 So beefy and succulent! The 28 days dry-aging process created a taste and smell reminiscent of blue cheese. This fattier steak gave an unforgettable taste that provides more bang for your buck.

Happy lunch for my meat lover bf’s birthday!

The second steak didn’t smell as bad but it was clearly not fresh either. We only ate less than half of the steak. I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone. Bad experience because the first steak stunk the table and they still brought it out.

Amazing classic steakhouse, 

I went there with my love,
and I ordered the lunch course menu,

and I'm a wine lover, so I ordered the red wine.

The steak was amazing when I see the first time,
Nice sound, Nice smell, Nice serving.

Of course, the meat was so soft in my mouth,
and It disappeared in a few seconds in my mouth. lol

actually, I went to Osaka of Wolfgang's.
this time also was good memories.

The oysters are fresh. It’s balanced with the fresh lime soda I have. Sirloin is one of my flavour steaks. The portion is just perfect for me
It’s perfectly cooked by my order. Steak fries are too much😹It’s out of my expectation. After the dessert,I end up my dinner with a cup of decaf latte. The service is very warm. And the food maintains its high standard which I am impressed.
I think I will have a birthday dinner with my friends next year.

一行三人食中午飯,雖然工作地點接近但未有機會去試過,今次可以一嘗佢嘅牛扒。呢個份量係三個人嘅。Porterhouse 係二人餐,三人食要加七百幾,不過都係剛剛好夠食。我哋兩女一男,加咗啲薯條、菇等side dishes。肉汁豐富,牛肉亦燒得啱啱好,係我哋要嘅medium well。唔易做,因為通常就熟曬或者見血,呢度做到七成熟真係幾好。值得一讚。另外,佢哋嘅服務質素都唔錯。咁當然,以每人八百幾蚊嘅價錢,呢個服務質素係最低要求啦。個場唔full, 想少啲人食飯唔好咁嘈呢度係一個好選擇。
