今次黎Wolfgang 慶祝生日🎂由於疫情關係 餐廳人數少左好多 所以環境方面既舒服又靜 座位方面有好classic嘅紅色皮凳卡位 影相出黎都好靚🙆🏻‍♀️價錢的而且確係略貴 但成個餐廳嘅氣氛係幾適合同情侶/朋友黎慶祝重要節日🎉..🔸Porterhouse for two $1368雖然價錢令人有啲卻步 但一場黎到 當然要點最出名嘅Porterhouse (medium rare)食左一啖就知點解佢係紐約超人氣嘅steakhouse😋 因為真係一試難忘!肉質勁嫩滑 你睇下佢真係粉紅色的!😻最驚喜嘅位係佢用熟油煎到外脆內軟食落完全無根 係入口即溶 連埋扒面嘅焦香 真係OMG個人覺得呢個份量可以for three 兩個人真係食到好飽😂如果要挑剔嘅話就係牛味可以再濃郁啲但整體黎講真係好正 好impressive🤩.🔸Crab cake $178見到有不少人推介嘅appetiser 一於試試佢!食落真係啖啖蟹肉 絕對無偷工減料😎但個人覺得佢作為appetiser就唔算好醒胃.🔸Oyster 6pcs $328由於我真係好鍾意食生蠔 所以都忍唔住點左6隻過下口癮生蠔一早𠝹好左先上台 望落去唔算話好大隻 但係意想不到肉質都尚幾飽滿🤭.🔸Tiramisu $78一早同餐廳講慶祝生日 餐廳會係甜品碟上寫happy birthday同埋會送一張即影即有做紀念🥳 continue reading

We went to Wolfgang’s Steakhouse for New Year Eve dinner with a high expectation of quality food and experience. We ordered the salad, crab cake, and the porterhouse in medium-rare. The porterhouse was overpriced and overdone. We also found pieces of crab shell in the crab cake which was definitely unacceptable. After expressing the issue to the staff, they told us that it was “cartilage” and rejected to admit their fault. With the poor quality of food and service, I would not return to this restaurant. continue reading

大概八点(星期六)左右到達餐廳都有八、九枱客,係疫情下仍然有呢個境況算唔錯,正好反映呢間餐廳平時應該做得好。佢哋最出名就係牛扒,所以order咗Porterhouse for two, 一邊係Sirloin,一邊係Rib Eys。第一眼見到就係份量十足,兩邊都整得剛好,肉質好嫩滑,外面有少少焦香,特別係有少少燶啲位香脆加嫩滑好唔錯。我個人就比較喜歡sirloin,因為味比較濃郁。由於今日得兩個人,食完個份量十足嘅牛扒已經有八九成飽,所以我哋order咗個小食-新鮮炸薯片用嚟送酒,薯片炸得剛好不油不膩,香脆可口,就噤食最好,唔使加其他嘢。除咗食物好之外,佢哋嘅服務都好唔錯,特別係個Assistant Manager介紹食物好詳細,提議我哋用醋去食個steak,果然成個感覺唔同曬,好正。今次得兩個人叫嘢唔多,下次一定會再試多啲,對佢哋好有期望。整體食物會比85分,服務會有90分。 continue reading
