This is the absolutely THE worst steak I ever had in my life!!!!! We had 9 people, ordered Porter House, Sirloin, Ribeye...etc, not to mention the side dishes were tasteless and bad, ALL those steaks were overcooked, which we asked for Medium Rare, but those were medium WELL, but most of all, those Steaks smells and the meat was not fresh!!!! I complained to the Manager, and the only answer she gives us is that "these are aged beef, and this is how it tastes like!!!" and I was like WHAT!!!! I have aged steak many times before, it should be a strong favorable, not Fermented Shrimp Paste Rotten smell!!! and the meat were mushy, not fresh. I didn't ask the Manager to change it, because it is pointless already when you got such an answer from the Manager,  for sure I was not happy with her answer!!!From a restaurant of this standard, one would expect quality services, when we brought 2 wines over and asked to open before dinner. The server would actually ask if the wines are to be poured to the decanter, now where else?!Over the course of the night, there were probably around 10-12 tables in total only at the restaurant, in which, we have the Largest party of total head count, and while we have ordered bottled water from the restaurant, it didn't seem to them to pour water for us, UNTIL, we asked to do so. This will be my last time ever, the bill ended up was HK$ 13,000 around, with this kind of food quality and services, it was totally not worth to go at all. For those who consider having steak, definitely, there are many places better than this one!!! continue reading

Wolfgang’s signature gigantic USDA Prime Porterhouse 🥩 dry-aged for 28 days, concentrating the beefy flavor of this USDA Prime steak. Served on a heated ceramic platter with sizzling salted butter. Absolutely loved how meaty and concentrated the flavor was. The tender steak was not gamey either! The less flavorful filet racking up tenderness and the strip steak with its ultimate beefy flavor. Rib Eye Steak 🥩 So beefy and succulent! The 28 days dry-aging process created a taste and smell reminiscent of blue cheese. This fattier steak gave an unforgettable taste that provides more bang for your buck.Side dishes are all classics. Absolutely great service and nice environment! Will definitely visit again! Happy lunch for my meat lover bf’s birthday!I like the +add option for appetizer so we could try the lobster bisque and it tastes good!Salad is fresh & the source is tasty. The temperature & texture of shrimp is impressive, the sliced bacon is okay, just a bit salty.We ordered medium rare for Porterhouse steak. The presentation is attractive with the sound of hot oil & aroma. Almost every table order this signature food! The beef is so soft , the flavor is so nice, and the portion is big! The brownie is also good, we are so full cuz we had New York cheesecake too! Holy crazy! continue reading

We were there for lunch and ordered ribeye steak. The meat smelled. It was not fresh. After we complained, the manager offered a new one. The second steak didn’t smell as bad but it was clearly not fresh either. We only ate less than half of the steak. I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone. Bad experience because the first steak stunk the table and they still brought it out. continue reading
