Restaurant Week - 無意中去咗一間注重細節同品質嘅美式扒房。環境好傳統美式扒房style,好似喺上世紀嘅一種復古美式電影嘅感覺。餐包非常鬆軟,層次豐富且帶有牛油香氣,呢個係好多其他西餐廳常常忽略嘅細節之一!!前菜 - Caeser Salad + Crab Cake (+HKD 90)煙肉係凱撒沙律嘅重點,經火爐燒烤過,皮脆肉香,再加新鮮沙律同少少芝士,煙肉嘅味道更加出色。如果鍾意煙肉,不妨試吓單點一份煙肉嚟試吓。另外,佢哋嘅蟹肉餅亦好推薦,用料豐富,口感香脆,每一口都可以感受到滿滿嘅蟹肉。相對於其他太多忌廉嘅版本,呢道菜嘅口感唔會太濃郁,亦唔會令人感到"漏",而且更能夠充分展現蟹肉嘅鮮味。餐湯 - Lobster Bisque +HKD 50龍蝦湯絕對係一道令人驚艷嘅選擇。佢哋用龍蝦殼同蔬菜熬煮而成,不但冇腥味,仲有濃郁嘅龍蝦香氣,打碎咗嘅龍蝦殼更加能夠提取到當中嘅鮮味。重中之重嘅主菜: Signature Dish - USAD Prime, Dry-aged Porterhouse Steak (800g)  + HKD 360 per personDry-aged Porterhouse Steak (800g),熟成咗4-5個星期嘅牛扒,經過明火先燒後焗,特別之處喺味道好濃郁,而且肉質豐潤,外脆內嫩。出爐之後,連同燒熱嘅陶瓷碟上菜。牛扒嘅骨頭部分有啲類似鹹魚或者腐肉嘅味道,呢個好大程度上取決於個人口味。我哋好鐘意嗰啲濃郁嘅味道,呢個係熟成牛肉特有嘅風味。上碟嘅時候,牛扒會斜放喺碟度,畀多餘嘅油脂同牛油滴落嚟,噉份量睇落會稍微減少,但整體上仍然好豐盛。USDA Prime Pettt Filet Mignon (180g)外表可能會令人誤以為係overcooked嘅,但切開之後就非常嫩滑,配埋黑椒香氣,一口咬落去就可以感受到肉質嘅豐滿。不過,過咗十分鐘之後食用就有可能變得稍微乾硬,所以呢個菜一定要趁熱食用。配菜:奶油菠菜係其中嘅賣點。佢哋唔用奶油,只係將菠菜煮成奶油嘅狀態,呢個係呢道菜嘅獨特之處。薯蓉嘅食材香味好濃厚,唔止係牛油嘅香味,仲有口感順滑細膩。Old Fashion醬汁亦係餐廳著重嘅一個地方,味道類似喼汁,有少少酸味,但我個人就喜歡只係食steak 原本味道甜品 - TiramisuTiramisu令我好驚訝。佢濃郁嘅咖啡香氣同濕潤嘅奶油質地相得益彰,外觀簡潔唔花巧。口味當中帶少少甜味嘅奶油同咖啡微苦嘅味道,呢個係我冇諗過扒房會特別注重甜品細節嘅一個例子。整體嚟講,呢間餐廳嘅風格同香港文華酒店有啲相似,係傳統嘅西式扒房。佢哋注重細節,喺前菜、餐湯、主菜同甜品度都有細心嘅安排,留俾人好深刻嘅印象。餐廳嘅員工服務態度真係好好,佢哋會詳細介紹每一道菜嘅精心之處,俾顧客欣賞到餐廳嘅細心同廚師嘅技巧,會再次黎食, continue reading
