To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

見網上幾多正評就去幫襯下，去到稍為等咗一陣就入得。試吓個海南雞飯啦，點知雞肉過熟，好鞋口！油飯亦唔香兼太乾。個難食程度係絕對配唔上啲口碑，真心有好多小店都好食過佢。再抬頭望，見牆上裱起好多明星留字話好好食… 非常費解🤔因為個海南雞真係好差！其他食物就唔清楚了。不過可能有明星吹捧，見好多遊客嚟排隊，不過質素如此，實在令人失望。

星期五約下午7點一行九人幫襯,各自叫了餐。但上餐時間超慢，店員說因人手有限，一個廚房，一個侍應，但全店全開坐滿人，一個海南雞飯都要等足半個鐘頭以上，跟餐的飲品亦未有早早送到。見食評寫得好好的，但親自幫襯並聽見店員說不要催，催都無用的說話，就懷疑幫襯的決定😞

懷舊茶餐廳，嚐南洋特色料理📍位置：上環站 A2出口，向上山方向步行約10分鐘。🏠環境：藍綠色的外牆，走進如茶餐廳般的內室，左邊是廚房，右邊是二人的木枱木凳，後方是四人枱，牆上掛有電視機📺一部，四處貼有餐牌，地板的階方磚帶出點懷舊氣氛。🤵🏻服務：人手下單，不收取加一。🍽️午市：提供南洋特色的常餐、東南亞套餐，價錢合理。🥢冬陰公湯金邊粉配黃薑雞扒 $69用一個鐵鍋盛戴，雞扒另上，冬陰公湯料很足，不但有日常的香料，還有酸菜😝，直條米粉掛湯很好，湯水味道濃烈🤩，帶點酸甜，不過不辣，如果辣一些更棒！而🤤雞扒煎得皮焦香肉細嫩，而且醃得入味，性價比高！🥢蒜香牛油雞翼(2隻) $18 (跟餐)曬上許多炸蒜，雞翼用了蝦醬來醃製😍，炸得很酥脆😋，帶點鹹香，不錯👍！🥤咸檸七 $18 (跟餐)夏天喝這清涼帶點鹹甜的特飲，真是透心涼☺️，爽😝！
