一直都想吃四川菜但都未有時間,現在終於有時間去吃了!剛好有離我家不遠的川菜館(即此店)!四川菜是中國菜中的四大菜系之一,以麻、辣、鮮、香為特色,以一菜一格、百菜百味而聞名。進入此店後,我點了回鍋肉、宮保雞丁與改良擔擔麵三種料理……先講回鍋肉,此菜於川西地區稱之為熬鍋肉,材料有五花肉、蒜苗、青椒、椰菜、豆乾還有辣椒等,鹹鮮味辣、略帶回甜、肥而不膩!再講宮保雞丁,材料有雞丁、芹菜、腰果、蔥還有辣椒等,香辣味濃、肉質滑脆、鮮香可口!最後講擔擔麵,選改良版是因為原版沒有肉碎,為的是更正宗,麵條佐以花生醬湯底,風味十足!整體來說製作得挺正宗,出餐挺快,有機會會再回去吃的! continue reading

第一次食,見到有涼伴芹菜,涼伴木耳,涼伴大豆芽,其實都好健康,雞絲粉皮和豆腐皮蛋都覺得好值得一試,最好味,莫過於燻魚和五香牛肉麵,燻魚炸得超好味,又超入味,超正!我們兩個叫了七八碟,都食得曬,因為正是好味,如果怕肥,或唔想浪費,可以下單時叫「少麵底」或者「麵走半」,但涼伴的餸多食都不怕,芹菜始終對心血管有益,降血壓,又減肥。有機會都會再光顧。只是服務上,有侍應講粗口,我個人認為這方面是差少少。但她們都做了數十年,黃大仙區,是這樣的。 continue reading

耐唔耐都會想食吓四川菜同上海菜,詠藜園都係其中一間出名嘅老店,都已經唔係第一次嚟食,黃大仙呢間裝修依然懷舊,聽啲長輩講食物都保留住大磡村時期的原有風味。#酥炸鳳尾魚首先叫一個開胃前菜,通常都係室溫,脆口甜甜的,都有好多條,鍾意食炸嘢可以一試。#酸辣湯鍋巴 $84好鍾意飲呢個酸辣湯,足料夠酸,鍋巴炸得通脆,沾湯食一流,好有飽肚感。#小籠包 (8個) $65每次嚟到都會食小籠包,熱辣辣,皮薄餡靚有湯汁,每隻第一啖食落去都要小心翼翼,怕爆湯汁唧出嚟,值得推介。#回鍋肉 $66腩片肥瘦適中,切得厚薄剛好,有層肥肉同椰菜炒起來夠晒鑊氣,口感爽,醬油味香,辣度適中,本身呢味餸係會比較多油。#招牌擔擔麵 $32嚟到詠藜園一定要食擔擔麵,客人可以選擇辣或唔辣,花生醬湯底濃郁,有粒粒花生碎,有咬口,麵身硬度剛好,食過一定會愛上。耐無食一段時間,便會囉囉攣有想嚟食返碗嘅衝動。#鱔糊炒粗麵平時會直接叫碟韭黃鱔糊,但今次又想食粗炒,咁不如試吓夾埋。鱔糊爽口入味,醬汁煮得杰身濃郁,配上芽菜韭黃口感有層次,粗麵炒得乾身唔多油,醬油味濃。不過鱔糊份量就始終少過叫一碟鱔糊,有啲唔夠喉。#酥炸大腸 $80因為想食所以無睇餐牌就直接叫炸大腸,嚟到就唔係想象中傳統嗰隻,佢沾咗脆漿炸,醬汁用咗泰式雞汁,而唔係糖醋汁,同心目中想食傳統嗰隻有啲落差。望返個餐牌,其實佢係寫住酥炸大腸,可能根本就唔係一樣。#詠藜園四川菜館地址:黃大仙鳳德道15-17號地下電話:27263818 continue reading

好耐都冇食過上海嘢,見到呢間嘢好多人排隊,一問之下,先發覺原來好出名,每個星期六日都會好多人特登揸車過嚟🤣🤣不過好好彩,我哋唔係排咗好耐,在已經有位🥳🥳我哋叫咗個擔擔麵,佢同平時嗰啲有啲唔同,叫做改良擔擔麵,不過後尾發覺,其實主要係多咗啲肉碎,碗麵嘅辣味主要來自啲肉碎😂😂配菜簡左排骨,豬扒好厚身,點埋啲湯食嘅一流👍🏼👍🏼另外叫咗個上海小籠包,八隻都大大隻,湯汁滿瀉,配埋店舖入邊嘅荔枝醋,食幾多都唔會厭。😌😌甜品我哋仲叫左個豆沙鍋餅,即叫即整,熱辣辣,豆沙容唔會太甜,所以唔會太膩。😎😎叫咗咁多嘢食,埋單都係兩百幾蚊,其實算係幾抵😋😋總括嚟講,可以再嚟呢間舖頭🙏🏼🙏🏼 continue reading
