以前係黃大仙讀書,lunchtime都會黎呢度食午餐,佢既擔擔麵係我係香港食過性價比最商~花生醬香濃,麵又爽滑~價錢仲要唔貴~今日過開黃大仙,又再黎呢度食返中學既味道~我同朋友入到去餐廳,職員好友善,介紹我地有咩拿手小菜~因為今日天氣熱,我地今日無食擔擔麵,反而食左瑤柱金勾拌麵。我地仲叫左韮黃鱔糊,點心就叫左煎餃子同小籠包~瑤柱金勾拌麵幼上海麵加埋蝦米同乾瑤柱,配上微辣醬汁,十分惹味~夏天食香口得來又唔膩,正!韮黃鱔糊好大碟既韮黃鱔糊,因為太香又太餓,食完先記得要影相;鱔爽口彈牙,醬汁香濃,大碟抵食!煎餃子外皮香脆,入面爆晒汁!外脆內軟!不得了!小籠包小籠包入面充滿湯汁,湯汁香濃~加埋荔枝醋提味,好好食~P.S. 職員好殷勤係咁幫我地加茶,服務一流! continue reading

今日同朋友3人一早約好去食飯,一進入一名女侍應就安排坐細圓枱,我們覺得張枱有啲細,並同女侍應表示想坐張大圓枱,跟住個女侍應就話你們想坐邊張,其中一個朋友就話要大圓枱,之後女侍應就講了一句(你哋搞到好似揀樓咪),我即時問佢你咩態度吖,最終都坐在大圓枱,大約16:50左右另一名女侍應走過來問,下午茶餐就要即刻點馬上夠鐘啦,我們即時明白點解咁嘅態度對我們,原因係以為我們係要點下午茶餐,之後點了6味餸,啲嘢樣樣唔係甜就係超鹹,第一次幫襯都係最後一次幫襯,因為態度太差食物一般。 continue reading

去完迪欣湖,到鳳凰村食上海菜,家人喜歡這間店的擔擔麵,但我印象一般,今次來又一次印證我的記憶。.雞絲拉皮 | $68麻醬味好鹹似加了醬油,吃起來一口醬,沒有麻醬味。粉皮份量偏少,雞絲粗身,這個價錢可以有其他選擇。脆皮素鴨 | $48腐皮炸得好脆,但碟底好多油,脆皮背面沾著很多油饀料有蘿蔔絲、木耳絲等,點些喼汁可以減輕它的熱氣感。擔擔麵 | $31麻醬味道香,小辣味道幾惹味,麵條爽,雖然沒什麼花生或肉碎,但價錢便宜可取。環境好迫,枱與枱之間靠透明膠膜阻隔,但又因為是圓枱,所以有些位置沒有完全阻隔到。衛生一般,枱上放置了兩碟花生,店員把花生疊起來收起,變成碟底碰到了另一碟花生。 continue reading

呢幾次來都覺得味道變差了雞絲粉皮 - 個汁好咸,雞絲不是一絲絲,食完半碟雞肉都見唔到粉皮咁滯⋯想食雞絲粉皮,唔係食雞肉擔擔麵 - 唯一仲keep 到水準素鵝 - 一上枱,已經見到碟底超級油,食落口入邊啲餡全部都係油浸咁小籠包 - 皮太厚,肉同肉汁都唔太新鮮,個餡調味調得太甜今次食完幾失望,希望質素會有改善啦! continue reading
