由於老婆想試,老公必定帶佢去食到既使命,就去左榮記食聲稱自行再調配既沙嗲牛肉面,睇佢宣傳片,嘩,煮法係好正確,麵同沙嗲分開煮,攪掂再放埋一齊就上得,好,就會一會呢個好似好勁而且前個排facebook幾個人講好食到飛天既沙嗲牛肉麵,(利申:本人多年前由一入茶餐廳早餐就一定叫沙嗲牛肉麵到改成近幾年多數只叫火腿通),人人口味唔同,沙嗲我就一般,不過佢係濃同傑身,味道夾牛肉都幾好,牛肉就淋,呢兩方面就無乜問題,問題出係出前一丁度,價錢68蚊唔包野飲,個麵食落漿口,嗱,我就好鐘意食出前一丁,出前一丁就煮好個麵先,再另外放落一碗新既滾水度,料包就加先加後無所謂,我就鐘意食彈牙,煮一個出前一丁,一係起骨,一係彈牙,一係淋,佢個做法係起骨做法,煮唔熟,再用滾既沙嗲焗熟佢,大家都試過煮完個麵既水係帶白色,其實就係將佢表面既野清左佢,但佢既做法變左將表面既野一齊食埋,就攪到個麵漿口,浪費左個麵,其實佢可能用普通叫貨既咩大×麵啊,可能仲好,街方生意其實可以平返d, 而家經濟唔太好, 呢個價錢進取過龍,不過我就唔會再試,可能食粉絲好食d, 呢煲野我比50分個沙嗲同牛肉,不過沙嗲在我而言都係落多少少沙嗲加多少少花生就做到,我老婆話寧願入長洲食個個沙嗲通仲開心,完 continue reading

咁今日就試左呢間榮記既粟米肉粒飯!🧐都有聽講過佢呢間煲仔飯非常出名!原本都好想試,特別係佢個芝士煲仔飯!但係因為有其他緊要野要做,所以只好買個外賣自取。講番個粟米肉粒飯,我自己就覺得一般般既!🧐有粟米味但吾足夠,個肉粒肉質偏老左少少,有肉味但吾夠出。個汁都一般般,但係會食到蛋花個蛋味既。可能因為個汁無落忌廉,所以無咁香。或者鹽落得吾夠多,令我覺得個汁吾夠咸。但係如果你係想食少鹽少味精,我諗呢個飯都岩你既。另外個熱奶茶係幾好飲既,沖得幾滑幾香!👍但$49一個粟米肉粒飯,其實偏少貴,所以都係建議大家食番佢個煲仔飯啦!我自己食左咁多年粟米肉粒飯啦,覺得最好食既係大快活!因為粟米汁有落忌廉,而且佢地個肉粒係偏粉紅色既,口感會再嫩D。仲會加多少少火腿黎提升個咸味。絕對係一流!😋而榮記既話,之後有機會,就會想試番佢個芝士煲仔飯! continue reading

叫了该店名物,金蠔煲仔饭,咬落無汁,又唔夠香,究竟金豪的特色是什麼,食完都找不到答案。 蝦干就正常,鋪滿半煲饭面,總共3,4拾仔,蝦干軟硬適中,食極都有,最後食剩一半蝦干。饭做得比較好,夠干身,有饭焦香。兩種餸都無乜油份,達不到油香滲入飯內把饭餸结合起來的效果。有点貌合神離的感覺!總结這煲饭是不合格,用錯食材拼搭效果失敗,$130幾蚊性价比極低。另外叫了杯檸水少甜,饮了幾口覺得太甜。叫老闆娘(我估她是)加点水,結果不了了之没加。到此為止,另找美食。 continue reading

看完視頻,見到老闆誠心去流浮山跟民買金作材料,就冒名去慈雲山找這款主打煲仔饭。晚上六時幾就到達,看看門面很舊式的茶記,可能是40年前的裝修。拉門入去不用等就有位,很快就下單金煲仔饭和一杯凍飲。等等等食時看到贴在牆壁的照片,四隻很大的金在饭面上,期待。煲仔饭上枱,打開蓋有三隻但比相片細隻,油香香煆香味一概闻不到。再蓋上蓋三兩分鐘再算,再開蓋都是不覺有香味,心裡不是味兒。開始吃,不硬,咬肚不覺有汁,似食屎的感覺,失望。再食蝦干,不硬但太干身。感覺两种食材都不是做煲仔饭的好配搭。期望煲仔饭基本的油香,餸香都無。再說價錢,$130幾實在物非所值。說實话$60蚊都不值, 對不起這樣說,但是實在失望,不會再去。 continue reading
