不過話說回來，這間長洲永佳餅店，據說是妻子朋友同事喺嗰度買返去俾佢啲同事一齊試吓嘅平安包。不過，平安還平安，意頭還意頭，佢嘅蒸包嘅外皮非常厚，雖然都帶點味道，不像有些點心舖嗰啲包完全沒有味道，但是中間嘅餡料，完全和想像嘅唔同，又唔係麻蓉、又唔係蓮蓉，這個比較像新年的糖冬瓜的冬瓜蓉，因此非常之甜，甜得來質地又太過散，就味道而言難以說成好味。依啲平安包，麻蓉嘅餡都咁唔好食，我諗都係食返普通蓮蓉包好啲。 continue reading

在長洲 hea 了半天，差不多到黃昏，是時候回程了。在碼頭對面有這麼一家餅店，擺了一盤盤平安包在越賣。雖然不是最著名那家店，但畢竟吃過平安包才算來過長洲，又買一個回家當手信。口味好像也有幾款選擇的，好像還有豆沙什麼的，我就選了麻蓉。樣子就幾對辦，不過包又乾麻蓉像泥膠份量又少，真正是「到此一遊」便算了。 continue reading
