其實經過這出名的飯店好多次, 近來天氣寒冷,終於的起心肝入去食了一次.這店出名當然是煲仔飯. 由70多元至100元等. 如要飯焦的話,每煲要加10元. 兩個人食, 叫了一煲排骨飯, 再加一煲鴛鴦腸飯(等於一條臘腸加一條潤腸) 這樣便要$181. 不過那樣出名,又是老香港的特色, 所以要支持. 煲仔飯不算大煲, 排骨飯都夠排骨,半肥瘦,好味. 其實這煲仔飯也無需要再加甜豉油, 因為我覺得已夠味, 如再添豉油的話, 便奪去了原先的味道. 為一一點,只不過是細一點. 不過 食完後, 我感覺最好味的, 不是整個煲仔飯, 而是煲仔飯的飯焦, 煮得剛好, 脆卜卜又不是太硬, 值得一讚.這店鋪是家庭式的, 很有人情味. 等到舖些員工(家人)清間些時, 便有傾一兩句. 注意餐牌上左右, 哪兩組詞句或掛在牆上的毛筆字. 年青人, 要心思一下, 有意思. continue reading

由上環幫襯到而家(超過25年)!別人眼中煲仔飯,應該冬天先食, 但對於我嚟講一年365日都可以😅,正如別人打邊爐一樣🤭,先吾講佢正吾正宗(因為佢唔係用炭爐或者電爐,係用焗麵包爐,但真係好啱我自己口味,但價錢比坊間係貴啲,但貨真價實,而且係家庭式運作,星期日及公眾假期吾開,平日收4點,如果要食,記得睇時間😅另外喺永合成不可不試佢地嘅例湯(大/中/小),每日不同(真係超好味)尤其白果腐竹煲豬肚👍(祗係星期六先有)試過嘅就知(通常我都會帶定湯壺外賣一個🤭)冬天都-定要食佢哋嘅糕點;蘿蔔糕(味道係好嘅,但質地比市面嘅削啲 ,應該係少粉嘅原因 🤔,有時間一定要試👍)個人推介幾款覺得最比較出色嘅煲仔飯👇👍必食窩蛋牛肉飯 (同坊間嘅有少少吾同,佢吾係免冶或片,有少少咬口, 加窩蛋就不得了)👍黃鱔飯(質地係爽, 而吾喺淋身,汁醬係超惹味,黃鱔整得好食,唔係咁容易)👍田雞飯 ( 佢哋嘅煮法係好似小菜咁煮完再擺喺飯面再焗)今日食咗白果腐竹煲豬肚湯黃鱔飯北菇雞飯芋頭蘿蔔糕 continue reading

早陣子TVB 的“满足的味道”介紹這“老牌煲仔飯”,給予很高評價,故今天走去試試:- 看見餐牌後,最平一款都要$78, 若要加餸,起碼要$90+多,心想價錢不是便宜,但如味道好,這價錢亦算可接受,最後叫了排骨煲仔飯($78)另加凍奶茶($18)…等了十分鐘,煲仔飯送上來,一看便立時不知道如何反應…煲仔飯上的排骨是另外煑熟加一個汁後然后舖上飯面,之前TVB 節目已說明,他們的煲仔飯不是用明火由生米煲出来,是把已熟白飯在煲内再放入焗爐“焗”出来,這点因一早知道故無投訴,但“煲仔飯”飯面上的餸應該是在米飯半熟時放上去一起煑熟,這樣才可以把餸的味道被白飯所吸收,因此這店把分開煑熟的餸舖上一盅焗飯面,這盅飯絕對絕對不能叫做「煲仔飯」,另外價錢又要收取成八九十元一盅飯,絕對物非所值,非常難明白竟然還有電視節目及網上KOL 作推介…. 絕對覺得被騙了😡😡 continue reading
