今日經過太子,突然想食燒味,咁啱見到前面有一間,所以就去咗呢度食,見佢有啲舊式燒臘舖咁,以為味道可能會好食過隔離廣東燒味餐廳啦,點知好失望,而且燒肉飯仲要成$60冇得揀腩仔😞即刻諗起元朗同自己公司樓下嗰間,尤其元朗,食過嘅腩仔飯好正,都唔使$40。食評話好食嗰啲,我估應該係叫咗腩骨例牌,但係如果只係想食燒肉飯,千祈唔好去呢度食,一來貴,二來啲燒肉好似煲湯豬肉咁又啖又乾,塊皮仲要唔係硬就係淋嘅,好似同佢哋賣啲冇人吼嘅部位嚟食咁。唔知道係咪呢類舊式燒臘店都係咁,腩仔留返嚟做例牌同外賣,因為我都試過喺其他燒臘店買燒肉飯,佢哋都係又貴又冇燒腩俾你揀,真係難食過酒樓外賣$30盒嗰啲,酒樓外賣燒肉飯起碼都有脆皮同腩仔吖。已black list。 continue reading

睇戲前食返少少野,眼見格局似普通的茶餐廳,裝修簡陋,甚至乎有啲舊。我見餐牌啲價錢一啲都唔平,同這間食肆的外觀很有分歧😅,先知原來已經存在了超過40年歷史。另一半仲話我知以前喺附近住嘅時候,特登來買外賣返去加料。本身想食燒腩仔,點知已經賣晒,得返啲燒腩骨,都照殺!味道比想像中好,皮脆,骨嘅部份特別滋味。肉的部分亦沒有其他食評講得咁乾。加$12要咗碗例湯,再加$12要碗白飯。雖然坐得不是太舒服,但食物質素比預期好,所需付出的金錢亦相比多過預期,但兩人食得飽飽的。😊 continue reading

永合隆,從未食過,聽就聽得多,知道炭燒燒肉同乳豬最出名,今日決意一試去到坐低,燒肉要等,因為燒緊,我等左30分鐘,冇問題,我唔趕時間加$25轉燒腩,但碟肉黎到我有啲懷疑係咪燒腩,因為有幾舊好似沙梨篤不過熱辣辣剛燒起,算啦啪舊落口,心諗瀨哂野成陣肉燥味充滿口腔,明顯豬本身唔靚。皮係脆但有陣怪味,似油益味,舊舊都係咁恕我講野太直,等左半個鐘以為等到一碟靚燒腩,點知等到呢碟劣品連最出名嘅燒肉都唔掂,其他野點會好食,唔會再光顧! continue reading

從未食過咁差的燒肉飯加例湯,燒肉又乾又難食,一碟燒肉飯全部位置都好難食又乾又冇味道,白飯又濕又軟,例湯又酸又有異味,菜乾仲硬未煲好就給人飲用!太過份!價錢收$72蚊,我冇問題,但真的得難食的燒腊店,出餐的人注意出品的情況!不要害人 continue reading
