本身以為佢老字號仲生存到,應該都有料到,點知⋯⋯叉燒又乾又鞋,仲要硬到石春咁。燒肉又肥,皮又淋曬,唔係話要24小時脆皮,但係都俾返少少咬口。燒肉連皮食就好似食蒸包唔記得搣走個張底紙咁。飯又煮到爛曬。例湯要加$10,話豬肺菜乾湯,但係我只係見到豬骨同菜乾,仲要飲落有豉油味。係咪倒瀉左野落煲湯度?其實,唔好浪費食材,$70一碟飯+例湯,咁ge價錢,大把更好更抵食ge選擇。預期咁花成本地浪費食材,不如環保d la continue reading

話說早排同朋友見面佢話帶我去食一間好好食既燒味飯話係老字號,一於去試下啦!位於📍太子砵蘭街392號永合隆飯店雖然外表同內裡都好舊但就因為咁先有舊時原有風味我地下午2:30pm左右去到,可能平日關係唔算多人燒肉切雞飯 $50燒肉件件都好有層次外皮香脆,肉質鮮嫩,好正切雞配姜蓉無得輸乳豬叉燒飯 $50聽講此店乳豬成日好早售罄我地幸運地叫到👏🏻乳豬皮薄又脆,咬落去d肉裡帶汁一d都唔乾身叉燒肥瘦分佈好平均而且叉燒d汁好入味,真係餸飯食一流 continue reading

今日來到太子,原本想吃餃子的,但是太多人,因為趕時間,於是放棄,行下附近仲有乜好食,見到呢間燒臘飯店有我偶像"周潤發"到此一吃的照片,諗住應該唔差掛⋯⋯ 點知入到去坐低都冇人招呼,之後要叫:阿姐唔該唔該。先至有人問我食乜,因為我阻住佢同其他人吹水,所以佢好似有啲嬲嬲哋⋯⋯ 我叫咗碟燒肉叉燒飯,啲飯到咗之後,發現啲叉燒乾到好似柴咁,啲燒肉全部都係肥肉,而燒肉皮係咬唔開嘅,啲飯都係不熱的,豉油都只係得幾滴咁,咁樣可能健康啲,唔係糊仔飯已經多謝晒啦,跟住我想要碟芥辣,跟住佢就咁比一包芥辣我,碟仔都唔比隻我,我想要隻碟仔但係佢冇理我,我唯有就咁搣開包芥辣淋落去啲燒肉度!呢碟燒味飯要$60真係完全唔合格,品質仲差過一啲連鎖快餐店,但係人哋價錢俾佢平仲有嘢飲喎!跟住我隔離有啲人似乎係熟客,一來到坐低飯都未叫,即刻有杯茶同埋有一隻碟仔俾佢,我先至發覺除咗碟仔之外,我茶都冇一杯招呼,而佢嗰碟燒肉飯似乎係正正常常都幾好喎,跟住我發現原來周圍大部份都係熟客,睇嚟呢間野只係做熟客生意已經足夠,我呢啲生客似乎唔係好在乎,算啦!我都唔會再嚟幫襯㗎啦!唔知"周潤發"係唔係熟客呢? continue reading

昨晚在太子永合隆用55元買1燒肉飯回家倒出微波盒叮飯發覺差到連街边燒味廿幾蚊盒飯都不如、以往在太子返工经常在堂食燒肉反例湯都感覺很好、估不到現在咁差、是否老人家老細不在、換左年青人坐柜位連斬燒肉伙記都管唔到、肯定會溜失舊客、老闆真的要好好訓示斬燒肉果個、唔好當日係大陸客揾人笨。 continue reading
