兩款涼拌材料好,調味差。哈密瓜湯甜得古怪。乳鴿細隻都無問題,皮不脆,肉已經少仲要乾,滷水汁八角味太重,底味亦不香。

最生氣係個秘”醬”羊腩煲,大家望下張相,醬呢?蕃茄清湯羊腩?羊腩偏羶(我本人鐘意食重羊味,但羶係不一樣的),肉質一半近肥係嫩肉的,一半偏瘦就開始難咬。

睇見FB咁多好評加上朋友想食清淡啲,所以揀咗呢度,未黎之前真係滿心期待,先講所有小食,都算可以,而蒸蛋都唔錯,但之後的就開始越食越失望,個湯完全飲唔到陳皮香味,好一般,黑松露龍躉炒蘆筍,好鹹而且幾油,陳皮黑豚肉排骨,咬落去啖啖油同肥膏,味道只能用特別來形容,鵝肝菌蒸雞,又係偏油同鹹。分量都OK,食到個飯都已經飽到食唔落。不過真係要講甜品係超級令人失望,因為一般私房菜會期待食一啲比較特別嘅嘢,但佢哋只係俾雪糕球作甜品,感覺好冇誠意。埋單計埋加一大概千六,以呢個價錢,覺得係太值總之唔會有下次,真心唔明點解有咁多好評,唯一一樣優點,就係冇時限。

由於我和友人經常都會很忙,總不能夠在家吃飯。因此,我和友人在朋友的建議下,嚐了這家私房菜。本身對於觀塘工廠大廈的美食都充滿信心,所以我和友人都好樂意發掘新的美食據點。當我預提早即日預定的時候,餐廳也給了我們建議的菜式,除了湯水之外,其他菜式都好似幾特別。由於是有事先預定的緣故,當我們進店後,坐定定之後就可以慢慢等食。友人甚至偷笑對我說,今餐終於不用選擇困難症發作了。湯水完全達到我預期所料,老火湯,燉得非常入味,而且滋潤,友人差點兒將我的那碗都要搶埋黎飲。士多啤梨骨、煙燻蛋和沙律菜設計上都非常有特色,而且非常可愛!打卡完全一流。當晚的菜式非常多,而且真係完全打破味蕾的局限,有點兒像分子料理的中式版。之後如果我再有聚會,必定會再選擇預約這家餐廳,非常貼心,而且菜式有固定的選項再給我作調整的時候,省卻我的麻煩之餘極具心思。

今天是2019年最後一天,約了幾位好友去食私房菜,經朋友介紹下,揀了榮哥私房菜。我們選了一個四人餐,菜單豐富,吃完感到非常滿足😆。可以看以下相片。菜單是要預先確認和需要付訂金的,食物方面,當然是主菜的鮑魚和龍蝦最正啦!見隔離枱吃的南瓜帶子也很吸引,下次也要試試,還有個燉湯也值得一讚,基本上整個菜單的食物都不錯👍🏼。至於環境方面,因為在工業大廈中,所以不要有什麼期望,因為不是食環境和打卡的地方😂,簡簡單單,地方不大,當天沒有坐滿,所以也坐得舒適,加上服務都很好,我們吃了一餐愉快的除夕晚餐。總括來說,值得再試。

個炒飯好好食,黑蒜都好甜,但因為實在太飽,每人只食咗一匙羹飯就已經宣佈投降!為免浪費,打包拎走!

時令甜品喺「冰糖雪耳燉木瓜」

用現金付款,可免茶芥。
以每人$400呢個價錢,食到咁多好食嘅菜式,其實係物超所值!但對於女士嚟講,份量有點多!

總的來說,「榮哥廚房私房菜」值得推薦兼返兜!!!
