2/5個女服務員真係醒到一個點,我地問咗三次有關羊腩煲有冇菜底嘅問題,講到我哋都燥底。然後嘢食仲要咁嘅質素,七百幾蚊兩位?兩款涼拌材料好,調味差。哈密瓜湯甜得古怪。乳鴿細隻都無問題,皮不脆,肉已經少仲要乾,滷水汁八角味太重,底味亦不香。最生氣係個秘”醬”羊腩煲,大家望下張相,醬呢?蕃茄清湯羊腩?羊腩偏羶(我本人鐘意食重羊味,但羶係不一樣的),肉質一半近肥係嫩肉的,一半偏瘦就開始難咬。(Google translate)The waitress really woke up to one point, and I asked three times about the lack of vegetable base in the lamb bran pot. 睇見FB咁多好評加上朋友想食清淡啲,所以揀咗呢度,未黎之前真係滿心期待,先講所有小食,都算可以,而蒸蛋都唔錯,但之後的就開始越食越失望,個湯完全飲唔到陳皮香味,好一般,黑松露龍躉炒蘆筍,好鹹而且幾油,陳皮黑豚肉排骨,咬落去啖啖油同肥膏,味道只能用特別來形容,鵝肝菌蒸雞,又係偏油同鹹。分量都OK,食到個飯都已經飽到食唔落。不過真係要講甜品係超級令人失望,因為一般私房菜會期待食一啲比較特別嘅嘢,但佢哋只係俾雪糕球作甜品,感覺好冇誠意。埋單計埋加一大概千六,以呢個價錢,覺得係太值總之唔會有下次,真心唔明點解有咁多好評,唯一一樣優點,就係冇時限。 continue reading

疫情之下~ 好多朋友都有好幾個月冇見過,稍為平服~ 終於約咗一位朋友出嚟嘅摸杯底, 搵一間大家都未食過嘅試新嘢, 終於決定倫哥私房菜,喺openrice book位都幾方便, 跟住私房菜已經whatsapp我叫我揀餸~ 因為第一次食所以揀咗啲set~我哋拎咗支wisky上去冇額外收費,當晚餐廳唔係好多人,我諗都係受疫情影響, 所有食物跟住menu上~講真質素味道都有驚喜,因為設計擺碟精美~材料質素唔錯~ 有個密瓜湯我哋仲諗係好甜~但又好清甜(鹹), 其實係一個discovery嘅心態~令到我比較深刻印象嘅係陳皮骨同埋個籠仔飯, 因為陳皮骨嗰個陳皮咪真係好香濃, 但冇奪走到嚿肉嘅肉味, 保持肉嘅質感但係又唔會好韌; 呢個籠仔飯用龍躉肉一齊蒸, 講真我自己都有去買過新鮮嘅龍躉,睇住佢用斧頭劈開嘅, 但都冇佢呢一個咁鮮味, 所以廚師嘅手勢真係好好~ 價錢黎講唔覺得佢好貴~但係亦都唔算平, 不過食物質素&招呼真係唔錯~worth~ continue reading

由於我和友人經常都會很忙,總不能夠在家吃飯。因此,我和友人在朋友的建議下,嚐了這家私房菜。本身對於觀塘工廠大廈的美食都充滿信心,所以我和友人都好樂意發掘新的美食據點。當我預提早即日預定的時候,餐廳也給了我們建議的菜式,除了湯水之外,其他菜式都好似幾特別。由於是有事先預定的緣故,當我們進店後,坐定定之後就可以慢慢等食。友人甚至偷笑對我說,今餐終於不用選擇困難症發作了。湯水完全達到我預期所料,老火湯,燉得非常入味,而且滋潤,友人差點兒將我的那碗都要搶埋黎飲。士多啤梨骨、煙燻蛋和沙律菜設計上都非常有特色,而且非常可愛!打卡完全一流。當晚的菜式非常多,而且真係完全打破味蕾的局限,有點兒像分子料理的中式版。之後如果我再有聚會,必定會再選擇預約這家餐廳,非常貼心,而且菜式有固定的選項再給我作調整的時候,省卻我的麻煩之餘極具心思。 continue reading

上星期生日,諗住對自己好啲,去食正野。呢間私房菜之前朋友介紹過,一直想去,終於有機會喇!觀塘地鐵站一出就係,好方便。入到去,店員好有禮貌地招呼我地,開左茶歎下先。涼伴黑白木耳:開始食個涼伴開胃菜真係好醒神。黑白木耳都好爽脆,淡淡嘅麻油味好香雙色墨魚仔:白色原味,紅色少辣。咬落去卜卜脆,唔韌,無渣茶燻流心蛋伴黑魚子醬配厚切茄子:店員建議食左流心蛋先,品嚐左陣煙燻味先。就咁放埋嘴邊已經好香煙燻味,一路食愈來愈濃郁,唔會俾其他味搶走。好正!厚切茄子配個汁,甜甜地好開胃本地水耕有機沙律菜伴芝麻醬:好新鮮,食落去"sok sok 聲"原盅燉哈蜜瓜螺頭黑毛豚肉湯:熱辣辣,好清甜。入面好多料:桂圓、陳皮...好足料呀!欣賞個湯雖然有肉,但唔會好油,非常健康!蝦球水芺蓉:底下係蒸蛋白,面頭金黃色係甘荀汁。滑捋捋嘅蛋白入口即溶。蝦球上有啲炸薑絲,連埋蝦球一齊食,脆脆地多個口感層次,同埋薑嘅香味能夠更突出蝦同埋蛋白嘅味道。蒜香芝士焗老外蠔王:面層芝士有香濃嘅蒜味同胡椒味,恰到好處。帶出蠔嘅鮮味,食得出大廚用心調味。士多啤梨黑豚肉排骨:排骨好似豬扒咁大塊,外皮炸得香脆,配上香甜嘅士多啤梨汁,好夾!重點係咁大塊排骨一啲都唔韌,好鬆化!下面嘅米通味道較啖,同上面味道濃嘅排骨簡直係完美組合。魚湯浸小棠菜:魚湯底真材實料,有魚鮮味加埋少少薑味,好養顏。荷香蒜蓉海班片原籠蒸紅白米飯:飯好有蒜蓉嘅香味,紅米加白米好有咬口,層次豐富。海班片幾厚,啖啖肉薑汁湯丸:飲落滋潤,應該落左冰糖煮。湯丸配合微微薑辣湯,為呢一餐畫上完美句號呢餐生日飯好滿足,為呢排沉悶嘅生活添上一點色彩。服務一流,食物質素高!我會再同屋企人黎食呀😋 continue reading
