每次經過TST華嫂門口總有長長嘅人龍,令我打退堂鼓,今次見條龍算短,就拎飛等食,等左十零分鐘就有位。店員好主動同客人講普通話:兩位嗎?裡面兩個坐一邊。我地點左:雞翼煎蛋肉眼筋冬陰功湯米線,豬扒雞翼蕃茄湯米粉,熱話梅柑桔同埋熱柚子蜜。冬陰功湯香濃微辣,略鹹,米線較腍,非常掛湯。 雞蛋燶邊,煎得很香,咬一口後,蛋黃汁流落米線上,又讓隨後吃到的米線別有一番滋味。 雞翼煮得非常入味,香甜而不膩。豬扒同雞翼都係穩陣之選,豬扒成隻手掌咁大塊,又香又鬆軟,十分惹味。雞翼好入味,正常發揮。蕃茄湯底一定冇揀錯,好香濃茄味仲有蕃茄肉,湯底都飲左大半碗。熱話梅柑桔入面有一粒話梅同一片柑桔,微酸,飲落幾舒服幾解滯。熱柚子蜜甜中帶酸,杯內有少少果肉同柚子皮,正常發揮。呢間啲位坐得好密,是日安排坐6人枱,中途走左3個,又黎兩個,再搭多一個。同埋或者呢度大半都係遊客,店員對住客人都係主動轉普通話channel,佢地上菜同執枱都好快手。 continue reading

#聽咗好多人話華嫂冰室要避雷,我同朋友偏偏唔信邪,決定親自去試吓排隊速度都幾快,冇想像中咁誇張,一陣就入到去啦!🚶‍♀️🚶入到去因為人太多,我哋兩個被安排咗個好窄嘅位置,坐得有啲逼狹🤏好在態度都好我哋點嘅番茄湯底,番茄味好濃到,裡面竟然有兩隻雞腿同兩塊大排,食肉獸絕對滿足! continue reading
