生日中了伏🥲平時都好少中伏因為通常都係我揀餐廳, 但係今次生日我男朋友竟然嘗試揀餐廳, 咁我就梗係好開心啦, 點知中咗伏🥲但係其實我忍唔住睇咗openrice見到有啲相影咗門面, 幾靚, 價錢亦係高級餐廳level, 一心以為係隱世正嘢😊 (因為通常咁嘅地理位置+收得咁嘅價錢都唔會好差啦, 如果太差都應該會執咗)但係一入到去見到入面環境卻十足茶餐廳, 已經覺得伏伏地😛算。可能食物質素好高呢🙂我哋兩個每人叫咗一個lunch set🍽 4-course lunch set ($568)Starter • Soup • Main • Dessert 首先食咗個前菜:鵝肝煙鴨胸正正常常啦男朋友就咁飲跟餐嘅南瓜湯, 而我就身痕加咗錢轉海膽龍蝦湯🥘個所謂海膽龍蝦湯起哂泡, 扮晒fine-dine😂 海膽臭,冇龍蝦肉又冇味最後都係轉返跟餐嘅南瓜湯主菜方面叫咗羊架同銀雪魚唯獨是個羊架可以, 個魚就普通到冇乜印象至於甜品方面我諗我求其整都整得好食過佢仲要佢嗰啲decoration ”leung”到冇朋友整體我唔明佢點定價食物, 環境同價錢完全唔成正比$56.8可能會令成件事合理哂😇Overall : 4/10Revisit : NO continue reading

今晚出街食西餐 呢間比較難訂位,等了一段時間終於有機會試了係一間法式菜餐廳  環境同服務都係5星級菜式如下 頭盤三文魚沙律,香煎澳洲和牛伴薯蓉,香煎羊架配炸蝦頭盤將三文魚捲成花型既外表 伴以新鮮沙律菜以沙律醋調味沙律清爽清新微酸開胃  三文魚墊下係一個炸物 入面炸生蠔 蠔味濃香 炸得夠脆口作為一個頭盤都擺得幾精美 主食 香煎澳洲和牛 用澳洲和牛煎至5成熟佐以燒汁 肉味濃郁 和牛油花豐富入口柔軟 粉嫩有肉汁 牛油薯蓉非常香滑,入口即溶既口感黃芥末汁配羊架 5成熟 配一隻新鮮炸蝦 切開仍粉嫩,食入口味道好濃,肉質有彈性 可配汁醬食味會更豐富包茶或咖啡 大坑華倫街9號地下1號舖平均消費$500評分8/10 continue reading

無意間係Facebook度見到呢間餐廳嘅龍蝦餐,禁入去睇吓,原來喺大坑裡面嘅小店,🤔本人一向都比較喜歡去小店,當然要去試吓啦!餐廳位置都有少少隱蔽,入到店內一心想試吓個龍蝦餐,點知餐廳職員話啱啱賣晒🤷🏼‍♂️都明嘅我哋成9:00先嚟到,小店要保持食物新鮮,應該唔會預太多貨,今次就改試個set menu先!同朋友揀咗唔同嘅頭盤,一份刺身帶子蟹肉藜麥沙律,帶子好大粒喎,另外一份當然係最邪惡嘅鵝肝😍湯就大家都揀咗個洋蔥湯,主菜方面我就揀咗至愛嘅羊架,件羊扒唔蘇又嫩又juicy👍朋友就upgrade左份煙燻和牛,何解你唔比職員開個玻璃蓋呢🤔放咗一陣自己開,視覺效果又差左d喇😒一開玻璃蓋就有陣煙燻味散出嚟,和牛肉質唔錯喎👏食完個主菜都已經飽飽地,仲有埋個甜品,甜品碟仲寫埋Welcome Warren嘅字,唉...至衰唔記得影相啦!今晚真係大滿足😍見呢度d食物賣相同食材都唔錯,又係open kitchen咁就同廚師吹下水,原來廚師👨🏻‍🍳係五星級酒店做左廿年,唔怪之得望落去同出面嗰啲唔同啦!臨走訂左下個月同女朋友慶祝生日,訂埋今次食唔到嘅龍蝦先,職員知道我同女朋友慶祝生日仲問我到時甜品要唔要寫埋名添!從來都未寫過食評嘅我,為咗呢間小店寫番一篇食評支持下先😎 continue reading

當晚餐廳客人唔多, 環境一般. 我地order左個lobster set配m9和牛肉眼, 和牛叫左Medium, 但嚟到似係medium well, 明顯係overcooked. 所以要求餐廳換過塊,好彩餐廳最後都肯換, 我地即刻轉做medium rare, 肉質都算juicy. 餐廳仲有甜品寫字服務, 全晚食物賣相有心思, 味道整體不過不失. 值得一讚嘅係waiter哥哥非常友善, 服務細心. Overall全晚用餐體驗都算OK! continue reading
