位於九龍塘又一城G層的王家沙,主打上海菜,味道不錯,所以午膳時間有時需要等位。點了招牌蟹粉小籠包、海蜇蘿蔔絲、三絲粉皮。小籠包煮得十分出色,每粒包頂都有一小撮蟹粉助陣,皮薄又多湯汁,証明製包師傅的功力精湛而深厚。個人最愛是用筷子輕輕把小籠包頂夾起,用匙羹盛著,再咬破一小口表皮把湯倒到匙羹中,一口喝掉。另外的涼菜也做得不錯,只是略嫌吃完有些頸渴,粉皮這道菜中,麻醬味很香濃,多些人分享會更好因為一個人吃太多會有點膩。 continue reading

今日一家三口晚上6點左右去又一城 G/F王家沙食晚飯,之前都去過其它地方的王家沙,但最差的就是呢間,首先入門口時侍應態度已麻麻地,當時已經唔多人,已經發覺佢地唔係太想做生意,到叫左食物後更加唔掂,我叫左四樣野,春卷,担担麵,小龍包,鍋仔梅菜扣肉飯,最正常就是春卷同担担麵,小龍包皮好硬,入面D湯好咸,睇得出放左好耐,唔係新鮮做,是賣唔出再蒸的,最差的是所謂新出的鍋仔梅菜扣肉飯,首自成個飯都是豉油,面頭件扣肉仲乾過金華火腿,而梅菜仲好苦,一般茶餐廳都好食過佢,我已經問侍應點解味道會係咁,佢答都無答我就話換比我,我問佢如果食材做法係咁我接受,佢一句都無解釋就換比我,驚我嘈同投訴佢咁,到個飯再來過後,味道都是一樣,於是我同老婆講求其食左 D 飯算數就埋單走人,我同佢講以後一定唔會再來呢間幫襯 ! 點解今時今日仲有呢 D 咁差的食物館可以生存到㗎 ! continue reading

同一地點,幾年之前,試過一次,味道奇差,服務不周,近哩幾年,絶無光顧。今日偶然,重遊舊地,心𥚃想著,人誰無過,經過幾年,或有改進,一試無妨。六半入座,五分鐘后,已經點菜。再五分鐘,五樣餸菜,全部送上。上菜速度,佢係第一,可惜味道,恕我直言,上次好差,今次仲差!XX姥姥,XX婆婆,好食過佢,絶不誇張。有兩個菜,一定要講。蟹粉湯包,味道奇鯹,詢問侍應,佢話係鯹,正常不過,叫我不如,多加薑絲,蓋過鯹味。到擔擔麵,毫無味道,麵條好長,撓埋一齊,食得辛苦!簡單而言,哩間餐廳,唔會再去。堂堂又一,揾個好D,絶不困難。哩個品牌,任你點改,花樣年華,明日黃花! continue reading

用甘耐開飯,第一次登陸寫食評。依間真係我心目中全港服務態度最差之餐廳,差過津津乳鴿同街市河粉。根本就唔想做生意,絕對唔會再黎搵笨。就算係多學生做part time,都唔應該係甘。為左兩淡這樣程度的改良滬菜,去見識「八十年代上海國營餐廳」服務,幾搞笑。 continue reading

汤圆节与小伙伴们想食汤圆,见这家有就坐下了。菜品很精致,价格不便宜。汤圆也不知道什么鬼,等了半天并且味道清奇,第一次食姜汁汤圆。有些一言难尽,服务员太多而且态度欠佳,没有第二次了。 continue reading
