今天來這裡吃了豆瓣菠菜、生煎包、熏蛋、腌篤鮮、枝裝綠寶。綠寶是童年回憶,很開心😃菠菜、熏蛋調味不過不失,可是腌篤鮮的白菜全黃,十分失望。生煎包如常無驚喜,今天的肉味道好像不新鮮,放了很多化學調味似的。最差要算是服務。黑色西裝友(是supervisors?)落錯單、一堆侍應經過又唔收碟同refill茶(全場只有7枱客),佢地只係出現就算,廣東話不靈光、實在難溝通。總結間間王家沙質素每況愈下,但又要在方便及人流多的地段,生意角度不看好。放心、我唔會再食王家沙。 continue reading

星期四晚就朋友放工,近近地去又一城晚飯,朋友想食上海菜,就王家沙啦, 可能宜家生意無以前咁好,以前有排等,宜家一上到去就有位子唔使等,又可能好彩啦。 前菜小碟慣例系一坐埋位就放低,唔岩食可以叫攞返走唔收錢,咁我地呢d計開數既,無謂浪費啦。 黎王家沙例牌一定會叫既系雞絲粉皮同小籠包,都保持到一貫水準啦,朋友話想食熏鴨蛋,就點黎試下,蛋黃流心,都幾香,唔錯,下次會再點。 唔使等位黎講,想試下上海野,都係唔錯既選擇! continue reading

周末去又一城,食晏時間間間食肆都排長龍,想食小籠包,咁就去排王家沙啦。兩個人都等左幾個字。兩個人叫左一個鍋貼、小籠包、紅燒大排麵同回鍋肉,另加兩杯菊花蜜。菊花蜜好好飲,清香解渴,$22一杯。鍋貼都好好食,底脆餡多,但$39得三隻,性價比甚低。小籠包都係穩打穩紮之選,皮唔算薄,但都叫多汁。紅燒大排麵有驚喜,大排即係豬扒,好鬆軟入味,唔會覺得油膩,比炸排好食。由於豬扒一大塊冇剪,兩份分有啲難咬,我地擺埋一邊先,有位女店員見到即刻問需唔需要幫手剪,好細心。我地講ok佢就拎較剪筷子過黎即席剪,讚!回鍋肉好多菜,冇咩肉,味覺都ok,但性價比都係偏低。臨走前隔離枱漏左把遮,上文提到嘅細心服務員見到又即刻追過去俾返個客,忍唔住睇睇佢名牌,呢位服務員叫wailin,真係好盡心! continue reading

鍾意吃上海,江浙菜系嘅朋友一定要黎王家沙,呢間絕對算江浙菜系中嘅品牌餐廳!我啲去咗王家沙位於又一城嘅分店,環境整潔,服務態度亦幾好。推薦佢啲嘅醉嘉美雞,蘇式鮮肉小籠包,紅油抄手,水煮原條桂魚同埋魚湯蒜子菜心。我個人非常鍾意醉嘉美雞,白嫩鮮美嘅雞肉浸泡係花雕酒,紹興酒,混合著蔥薑蒜八角等配料,實在令人欲罷不能。上海菜本身就以清淡養生為主,每道菜份量較少,但係非常精緻,加工製作專業,強烈推薦大家黎呢度品嚐! continue reading

星期日同家人去咗九龍塘王家沙食晚飯,細女叫了一個最鍾意食的三鮮湯年糕。湯年糕的餸頗為豐富,有蝦,雞肉,娃娃菜等,當然少不了有上海年糕。餸菜的份量OK,唯獨是上海年糕的份量超級少,數落可能不多於15塊,我們四人食,每人只可分到幾塊,$72 一個的價錢,有啲過分😒希望餐廳注意及作出改善。 continue reading
