與太座到中環逛街,順道吃點東西才回家,她說想吃麵。很久沒有吃過五香豬軟骨,點一份試試,味道醃得不錯,肉煮得夠腍,當中的白色軟骨,爽脆的,連墊底的青瓜絲都不浪費。見牆上有歷史典故介紹狗不理包子,也想試試,豬肉餡,也有肉汁,皮是一般包子的厚,沒有甚麼驚喜,不知狗不理的標準,單論味道則過得去。為太座點了鮮蝦帶子韭王水餃麵,水餃內有些少蝦,但不覺得有帶子,也許份量太少,吃不出,水餃皮算厚,幾飽肚,麵條像是上海麵,不像廣東麵般彈牙。

是晚在中環搵食, 經過王府門口, 見到2009年米芝蓮得獎食店又為了食2 點後才供應的餃子, 好自然入了去 還是第一次去食呢, 餐廳有點嘈, 位置都頗擠迫, 因為客似雲來, 一枱接一枱鮮肉津菜水餃 及 西紅柿雞蛋水餃說真的, 我覺得灣仔的北京水餃更好味, 餃皮還可以, 但咬下的兩款餃子都不夠juicy..亦沒有什麼驚喜西紅柿雞蛋就是切碎包在裡面, 味道還好, 鹹甜都適中, 但說不上很出色可以達到米芝蓮級數鮮肉津菜更有少少失望, 因為正常會有好多肉汁, 令餃子一咬有流汁的感覺, 但...完全無王府手撕雞麵反而手撕雞覺得幾好味, 手撕好的雞絲吃上去有口感, 而且雞本身用鹽醃過, 鮮味都帶出來了湯底亦尚算清甜 多味肚絲這個.....很辣呢....但豬肚醃得很夠味, 如果調整一下辣度會更好 豆漿反而是這杯豆漿意外的好飲! 豆香很濃!

This was the last part in my quest to try the three Michelin listed (not rated, just listed) dumpling restaurants in Hong Kong (the other two are nearby Dumpling Yuan and Ah Chun Shangdong Dumpling in Price Edward (which in my view is the best of the three)).

The specialty of this simple restaurant are Beijing style dumplings. So we tried “Pork and Chinese Cabbage Dumplings” – 10 pieces for 48 HKD. And we got 10 nice, decently sized, good tasting and obviously homemade dumplings. Nothing to complain about, dumplings as they are supposed to be.

In addition we ordered Gou Bu Li – 4 pieces for 32 HKD, which is a kind of stuffed baozi. As I never had the “original” ones from Tianjin I don't have a reference point, these where relatively flat and had a minced meat filling. Given that it is impossible to get decent baozi in Hong Kong I would say these where ok, but definitely not as good as any street stall in Beijing or Shanghai as casing and filling where quite dry.

Hot and sour soup (little bowl for 20 HKD) was neither very hot nor very sour, so there are definitely better versions available in HK.
So overall: good dumplings (I would say it's a draw with Dumpling Yuan), not very excited about the other dishes. Would come back anytime for a quick snack, but probably stick to the dumplings.

Service was ok, dishes came very fast.
Prices are listed above, as you would expect from a place like this it provides some very reasonably priced food.

在威靈頓街,王府算是老舖吧,因為附近的食肆即使有幾間老字號的粉麵店,都只是連鎖式的開過來。
王府感覺就是比較街坊,讓人有種安心感~

下班時分,鄉下婆又走在中環的橫街窄巷。今天午餐吃得太少,肚子咕咕叫。但是五點半鐘,這時段實在尷尬,晚餐又太早,下午茶嘛,……走著,走著,經過這店,門口貼著米之連的廣告。店里沒有顧客,我以前也幫襯過,沒有壞印象,於是推門進去。經過一輪研習,一個人,也不能點太多東西,於是點了今天的精選餃子。甘筍粟米鮮肉餃 $50/10只。估摸是現點現包。過了點時間,然後餃子上桌了。手搟皮,不是超薄那種,但是不厚,吃起來有嚼勁兒,里面胡蘿卜和粟米較多,所有有一種植物的甜味,餃子如果沒有肉餡,就會有缺陷,放一點點豬肉就有完美的感覺了。這樣的餃子當然比XX碼頭的速凍餃子強十倍。蘸點兒醋,不一會就把十個餃子幹掉。在這段期間,來了一家五口的老外,三個小孩乖乖的坐著,等候爸媽研究吃什么。接著進來一對年青男女,說普通話的,很快就決定了吃什么。下一個進來的是一個老外帥哥,他跟服務大媽指手畫腳嘟囔了老半天,從身體語言,我覺得服務員的溝通技巧有待改進。店子開在中環,餐牌中英對照,客人手指著餐牌上某個項目,就該是他想要的東西。服務員其實沒有需要質疑顧客的選擇。餃子吃完了,也沒值得我賴著不走的理由,速速結帳離開。吃10個餃子,我

花素水餃一碟十隻,尺寸正常,餡料豐富而且多。本物我冇乜特別期望,但咬開第一隻後發現好有多餡,有青菜,紅蘿蔔,粉絲,冬菇,雲耳,食食下覺得有啲香味,原來仲有油炸鬼碎碎!望落去見到咁多野都覺得開心!油炸鬼碎碎份量適中,太多會覺得HEAVY太少起唔到作用,適中就可以令到清淡嘅素餃帶啲香味,我好欣賞呢一樣!餃子皮係北市個種厚厚地,我覺得好有嚼頭,坐我對面個兩個講普通話嘅女仔都咁講。加埋醋同豆瓣醬,個餃子真係一流呀!食完十隻後飽左好滿足,但又有少少失落,咁就食完喇!唔捨得!

我都試過對面個間餃子園,講真,我覺得王府無論係環境服務定味道都比個間好好多!個間我就唔會再幫襯喇,但王府就有機會一定會返來試!仲想叫多啲人黎食多啲唔同野!好想試下佢個番茄蛋餃呢!

唔只係佢地出名既水餃,仲有飯、麵、小菜……

水餃亦有水煮同香煎,不過我就好失敗地又係睇漏眼冇揀煎……

賣相好似小籠包,但大小就係肉包咁

以前都食過幾次狗不理包子,佢既外皮係香甜軟綿好似普通中式包咁

特別之處係佢既外皮係好似發唔起既包咁,所以薄身得黎有嚼勁

肉餡調味剛剛好,更帶出肉香

餡料冇油膩感,肉汁被外皮內層吸收

加上原本包既微甜,整體味道好不豐富:^D

炸醬味道偏鹹,帶有油香

因為佢係黏稠既,攬拌時加入少許湯就會容易拌勻

而且湯有調味,唔會好似加水咁沖淡哂

蔬菜味道清新,配上肉潤豐盈既炸醬就可以減低膩度

麵條算係粗身,合我心水

食落軟稔帶香,唔會俾炸醬味完全覆蓋!

整體份量還可以,可能我本身食得多?俾我食就一定要加好多其他野啦xd

排骨唔係我想像中蒸排骨既樣,反而係好似豬軟骨咁

食落唔會有粗硬既骨塊,仲會有少許脆骨軟骨

神奇在佢係緊緊黏合,唔會散開

紅豆蓉細滑清甜,配上外層香氣甚濃既黃豆粉,感覺甜而不膩

厚身又唔會令人感覺膩口

同埋佢算係大件,換作係出面食貴價餐廳既薄身版,都有四件掛

加上手工同賣相……其實都係值得試既

質感有點像大菜糕既爽口硬身,但佢仲帶有微粉

豆香重而清,就算係甜食都唔會膩滯

來這裏,一定要吃招牌餃子 - 「西紅柿雞蛋餃子」,即是番茄蛋餃,就是餡料較為紅色的那一隻:因為番茄蛋容易出水,一定要即叫即煮,不可預先做起,所以在午市繁忙時段是不會供應它的,也不設外賣,要吃就要每天下午兩時點後來!其實這款餃子是北京傳統口味,材料簡單,其實吃愈簡單的食物,就愈吃到一間鋪頭水準,一咬爆汁,好吃!而我自己吃餃子,每款必先試一隻原味,之後覺不夠味才加醬。北京的「炸醬撈麵」,它是不辣的,但就偏鹹,所以他們會落糖、青瓜絲等去中和鹹味。另外當日我們也介紹了一些現在很少見到的甜品,例如自家製「豌豆黃」及「驢打滾」據說它們是慈禧太后最喜愛的甜品之一,很考功夫,現在香港很少地方可以吃得到了。

Stirred Sesame Noodle:
The dressing was good and you can enjoy the favour of sesame. There were also cucumber on the top of the noodle, this made the noodle more fresh and healthy.
The texture of noodle was good, not too soft but just enough to crew with.
Teared up chicken
The amount of chicken was just a few. Overall it was too salty and touch. You can only tease the salinity of the sauces but nothing from the chicken.
