我去了這間北京餃子館,味道非常不錯,很正宗的北方口味。我吃了茴香豬肉水餃,茴香和豬肉的比例掌握得很好,味道很正宗。還吃了涼拌手撕雞。以及傳統的素什錦,素什錦有點像香港的羅漢齋,不同的地方在於使用了銀耳,還有用醬油、糖等燜燉。這間北京餃子館的茴香豬肉水餃味道很好,餡料新鮮、口感豐富,吃起來非常美味。餃子皮具有一定厚度,具備口感。餡也多,特別是茴香和豬肉的比例掌握得恰到好處。涼拌手撕雞也口感清爽、十分對我的胃口。雞肉軟嫩,搭配上青瓜絲等蔬菜,吃起來非常舒服。至於傳統素什錦,這道菜則有著與香港羅漢齋類似的風味。不過,這裡使用了銀耳,整道菜多了一分清甜的味道。素什錦中包括了各種蔬菜、豆卜、蘑菇等食材,烹制得非常入味,口感豐富。特別值得一提的是,这道菜的醬汁非常棒,香濃可口,搭配上銀耳一起燜燉,營養又美味。另外,我們還點了老北京炸醬麵。遺憾的是,當日廚師放假,沒有品嚐到本店的招牌小炒。 continue reading

最近行過中環王府店,慕米芝蓮之名行左入去,坐低叫左一個手撕鷄,手撕鷄因為加左青瓜口味比較清新,但鷄肉應該是雪藏鷄,冇乜鷄味!鮮蝦帶子韮王水餃,蝦肉彈牙,帶子份量可能太少吃不出來,餃子皮比較厚,聽說是純手工制造,食幾隻就飽了 continue reading

中環食飯一般人多擠迫,少人去嗰間就係麻麻地嘅餐廳。我去過呢間幾次,人唔算多,但幾好味,一改我之前嘅諗法喎。天時凍凍地,叫咗一碗韭菜餃加酸辣湯湯底,成碗熱辣辣送上嚟,真係睇見到都暖笠笠。餐廳講明餃子皮係人手搓嘅,比起一般用機器搓,梗係唔同啦,質感零捨煙韌。因為係北京水餃,所以皮係比較厚,食咗十粒水餃,已經夠曬飽喇!至於個酸辣湯湯底,唔算太辣,又唔算太酸,啱我個人口味,所以返食再返食都唔出奇。我之前食嘅都係淨水餃,一樣咁好味! 下次我要試下煎餃,同埋水餃麵,睇下係咪一樣咁出色至得。 continue reading
