約了好友午餐短聚, 有朋友好想食餃子, 所以黎呢間曾經拎過米芝蓮的京菜館大擦一番!小店不設訂座, 要向門口位, 等左大約10分鐘就有位了這裡的水餃是100%手做的, 必定要試試~我們也點了拍青瓜 (HK$25) - 口感特別清新, 因為調味沒有加太多, 食落啖啖青瓜味!擔擔麵 (HK$42) - 這個醬料看上很深色, 但食落同樣偏淡 ,不夠惹味雞絲粉皮 (HK$45) - 同樣清淡, 沒有在一般上海菜館的濃厚花生醬香味餃子點了2款, 每份10隻, 要煎的再加$2先來經典款鮮肉九菜餃 (HK$52) - 我們沒點煎餃, 少了香口的感覺, 鮮肉九菜足料鮮味然後是羊肉餃 (HK$62) - 羊略帶騷味, 食落唔錯基本上, 所有食物對本人而言味道都很清淡....不能刺激味蕾,和我心目中的米芝蓮有段差距當然這種煮法會很適合愛淡口,注重健康的人還是濃味偏甜的上海菜較適合我~雖然位於中環旺區, 但收費依然合理, 更沒有加一小費 continue reading

這個星期天跟車爸爸去拍拖,都係行吓街街週圍揾吃啦!午餐先到中環的王府吃餃子,這店係車爸爸發掘的他知我愛吃餃子所以專程帶我來吃^0^店内用上很多中式擺設,如福字掛畫,燈籠吊燈等,所以都吸引了頗多外國客人呢!餃子必須要點10隻起跳,可叫兩款口味,想吃煎餃便得多加$10喇!我哋選了{鮮肉韮菜煎餃}+{海參三鮮煎餃}$67~左{鮮肉韮菜煎餃}皮煎得挺香脆,餡料亦十分充裕,韮菜跟豬肉比例恰好,味道亦調教得不錯,絕對合格有餘,右{海參三鮮煎餃}有豬肉,鮮蝦及海參,溫馨提示吃時請小心因為我差點將噴出的汁濺到坐對面的車爸爸身上呢!可想而知又多juicy喔!!味道方面亦很有驚喜,除了肉味外確實吃得出海水的鮮味,這餃我超推介^0^另點了碗{北京炸醬麵}$42,原來京式的炸醬麵是乾撈的,雪白的麵條上有不少份量的肉醬及青瓜絲,另附一碗帶少許甜味的上湯~ 伴勻來吃味道沒像川,滬般香辣惹味,麵條較淋身,可恨這麵末能打動我芳心呢!! continue reading

上次係上環試过山東餃子後,突然愛上了餃子,立即openrice公司附近有咩餃子店。見到王府曾入圍米豬連,當然要試下啦~ 今日一放工,满心期待去食餃子。一早已经係openrice睇定食乜。王府原来無魚肉餃。魚肉聽聞因為容易變壞,所以好多食肆都無~為左能比较呢兩間餃子店,我叫左素菜餃。但王府無魚肉餃,所以我叫左蕃茄蛋餃,因為兩點之後先有~姐係如果lunch time黎就食唔到~我朋友就叫左牛腱麵同凍豆浆。王府間舖唔大,得六七張枱,感覺上好客山東大小小。但王府裝修就豪華同有中國特式啲,亦都好似乾淨啲。雖然係咁,重點都係食物到。餃子因為立即整,所以我朋友同牛腱麵黎先。湯底較好客山東濃,颜色為深啡色,我估係豬骨湯底。麵就差不多,適中,唔太霖唔太硬。牛腱就好入味,而且切到好薄,咸咸地,幾好~餃子(雙併$55)大概十分鐘先到。就咁睇係分唔到邊隻係蕃茄蛋餃,邊隻係素菜餃。我食第一隻係蕃茄蛋餃。一咬就覺到好大陣莞茜味同蕃茄味,蛋呢?好少…其实係食唔到有蛋味。而餃子皮厚左啲同粉粉地……我唔太鐘意,好客山東啲餃子皮薄啲,好味啲。到素菜餃啦~餡有粉絲,菇,蘿白等,味道像腐皮卷啲餡,普普通通。相比好客山東,我鐘意後者…試过一次就夠啦。下次要試對面嘅餃子園~ continue reading

早排話說食得太多唔同類型的野食, 琴日就死死地氣咁去左Canossa參觀下新裝修… 而貌似張繼聰的梁姓大夫叫小弟食清d我唯有聽佢講喇, 話晒佢都係professional呀麻!!搭的士落返中環, 唯有食清d喇… 其實不嬲都有食開呢間的餃子, 不過都係食韮菜餃同羊肉餃居多... 今日一終試試佢個是日精選 - 鮮蝦西洋菜鮮肉餃等左大概10分數熱辣辣的水餃終於出場! 急不及代地一口咬落去, 結果成枱湯汁... 失禮失禮! 先講皮, 店自家手製皮, 夠煙un皮唔會過厚! 再講料, 入面有一隻細蝦開4, 以西洋菜為主導, 配以鮮肉增加咬口, 肉汁同菜汁結合為一, 夠鮮甜! 亦令到成枱湯汁的原因之一……總括黎講68個大洋10隻足料餃, 係物有所值的! 呢款餃絕對要翻chur, 不過問題就係唔係日日有… continue reading

星期日晚7點去到,不用等位,點了牛腱麵,韮菜水餃同津菜水餃,先來牛腱麵,嚐一口湯,湯底清淡微甜,牛腱簿而軟滑,麵身較淋,整體感覺還可以。餃子都算多餡飽滿,口味較為清淡,不錯。 continue reading
