途經沙田置富第一城的紹香園，被它的零食吸引，便進店內逛逛。今次試的並不是它馳名的果仁或乾果，而是選購了我好久已沒有吃的牛軋糖。$60 半磅的牛軋糖並不算是便宜，只有大約13粒。這店每粒的手軋糖都是獨立包裝，在保存和攜帶方面都較為方便，而且有幾款不同的味道可供選擇。這店的牛軋糖是較為軟綿的一種，不是硬身的，𡁻著不會黏牙。有奶香味的牛軋糖餡內有果仁和米通，不同的味道有著不同味道的乾果蓉。我選的菠蘿、芒果、榴連和綠茶味的牛軋糖都帶著原味的果香，真材實料，味道和口感都很不錯，個人認為若是這牛軋糖再減甜的話，那便更理想了。 continue reading
