位於油麻地M1 hotel 1樓嘅慢理牆城,真係一間好特別嘅餐廳🌳。佢哋嘅設計以森林為主題,採用原木同綠色嘅主調,感覺好自然同埋舒適🍃。餐廳入面仲有巨型嘅環保樹同架空嘅環保橋,真係好有心思🌿我哋嗌咗斑馬2人餐,真係超豐富😋。首先係前菜,牆城小食拼盤配自家製蛋黃醬,入面有美式甜辣香脆雞翼、德國腸、脆炸薯條、甜蕃薯條、Mozzarella cheese sticks同埋三角流心芝士🧀。每樣都好好味,特別係雞翼,外脆內嫩,配埋蛋黃醬真係一流👍主菜係慢落豬,係慢煮西班牙冰花酸梅黑毛豬串配甜蕃薯條🐷。串烤豬肉好嫩滑,酸梅嘅味道好特別,唔會太酸,反而帶出豬肉嘅鮮味。甜蕃薯條亦都好香甜,配埋豬肉一齊食真係好滿足🍠意粉方面,我哋揀咗明太子蟹肉扁意粉🍝意粉煮得啱啱好,唔會太硬亦唔會太軟,明太子嘅鹹香同蟹肉嘅鮮味完美結合,真係好好味🦀最後係甜品,西西里的檸檬向日葵🌻。呢個甜品真係貌相一流,酸酸甜甜嘅檸檬味道好清新,食完之後感覺好舒服🍋飲品方面,我哋試咗熱情果冰茶同士多啤梨接骨木花乳酸梳打🍹。熱情果冰茶好清新,唔會太甜,飲完好解渴。士多啤梨接骨木花乳酸梳打亦都好特別,士多啤梨嘅甜味同接骨木花嘅香味好夾,飲完之後感覺好滿足🍓總括嚟講,慢理牆城真係一間好值得推薦嘅餐廳,無論係環境定係食物都好有水準,絕對值得一試👍

一直想過來「慢理牆城」試試他們的斑馬二人餐,因為聽朋友說,餐廳設計極具叢林感覺,食物亦很出色,果然一試令人非常難忘。前菜我們選了白酒忌廉煮藍青口。新鮮的藍青口在白酒和忌廉的包裹下,散發出濃郁的香氣。當藍青口煮熟後,肉質鮮嫩,吸收了白酒的芳香,與忌廉的滑順相結合,每一口都充滿海鮮的鮮美,是一道令人難以抗拒的開胃菜。主菜少不了點的是招牌慢落豬,即是慢煮西班牙冰花酸梅黑毛豬串燒配甜蕃薯條。西班牙冰花酸梅黑毛豬經過慢煮的工藝,肉質變得極為鮮嫩,入口即化。搭配的酸梅醬帶來微妙的酸甜味,平衡了豬肉的油脂感,讓整體口感更加豐富,甜蕃薯條則增添天然甜味和口感對比,讓這道菜不僅色香味俱全,而且份量超King Size,認真一流!主食方面,我們要了明太子蟹肉扁意粉。新鮮的蟹肉與濃郁的明太子醬完美結合,帶來獨特的風味。扁意粉很好地吸附醬汁,每一口都充滿濃郁鮮味。這道菜的色彩鮮豔,既美觀又美味。最後甜品要了這道名為「陪您去看流星雨」的甜品。由多層次的巧克力,搭配著閃亮的糖粒,象徵著流星的閃爍。每一口都帶來甜蜜的享受,仿佛在夜空下欣賞流星雨的美好瞬間。

📍油麻地一出站就可以去到嘅清新加森林系西餐廳!餐廳設計幾有特色,唔少菜式都用咗玩味嘅名,而家做緊promote $698就食到二人餐。前菜揀咗小食拼盤,入面有甜辣脆香雞翼、德國腸、炸薯條、炸蕃薯條、馬蘇里拉芝士條同三角流心芝士,全部都係炸嘢好熱氣又邪惡,蕃薯條最好食,夠粗身又甜~Main揀招牌菜慢落豬(+$20),係慢煮西班牙冰花酸梅黑毛豬串燒嚟,店員提醒要焗20分鐘先上枱,上枱一食嗰下咬落真係爆曬肉汁,勁juicy,加上好似酸梅汁嘅醬料酸酸甜甜好開胃,中間仲會夾住啲三色椒。另外一份main就揀牛油果忌廉蟹肉扁意粉,蟹肉都幾多估唔到會俾一大球,同埋意粉都好掛汁。甜品揀「陪您去看流星雨」,即係朱古力榛子雪糕,同樣都好吸睛,有金箔同埋啲星星糖啱哂打卡。另外個套餐仲會包兩杯$58以下嘅飲品,我哋揀咗士多啤梨接骨木花乳酸梳打同西柚紅石榴乳酸梳打,兩杯都唔會好甜而且顏色好夢幻。

見到咁多好評所以去試,睇黎都係請人出食評環境係好闊落坐得舒適,如果黎打卡影相係靚既,服務都幾好,食物賣相都好好但係D食物質素就一般般啦叫左蟹肉意粉同豬串燒,睇黎到已經即刻食,但係食落口冇熱辣辣既感覺,豬肉咬落好韌,冇油香味,只有淡淡嘅檸檬香同埋燒醬味個意粉D蟹肉一食就知又係急凍蟹肉😔而且D意粉唔夠熱真係唔好食,個味就係好普通既白汁味總結而言大家如果真係好想試嘅話,試一次就夠,價錢又高,極之唔抵食
