又黎到柴灣無理由唔食呢間經典茶記-威利華! 點解?因為呢間老字號夠哂響! 只做午市下午茶~夜晚係唔開既~唔係你想食就有得食呀!而日日中午都係迫爆~排隊搭枱都係家常便飯!而我最鍾意威利華既就係一杯熱奶茶!其他餐廳都係飲唔返果種!滑漏既感覺~茶同奶既比例岩岩好~而且唔可以落糖!會完全破壞左本身既味道!!我朋友話~下次試下檸茶得唔得先~我就覺得都絕對無問題!仲有西多士.牛通~呢d茶記必食既經典招牌野!支持特色本地茶記!! continue reading

已經好耐冇試過放假落街去茶餐廳食早餐, 平時放假一般都瞓到黃朝百晏,或者有時就同老婆去麥當勞食早晨全餐。今次就去番好多年都冇食到嘅威利華餐廳,老婆話嚟咗柴灣住咁多年佢都未食過喎,所以特登帶佢嚟試一試,我自己都好多年冇食過啦,以前喺中學嘅時代我成日都嚟呢度食午飯,估唔到咁多年都冇乜大轉變, 裏面嘅裝修同以前一模一樣。但最估唔到連食物都有保持返以前嘅水準, 同其他大型連鎖餐廳嘅味道完全唔同,係一 貫香港茶餐廳嘅味道,希望香港可以保留多啲傳統及有特色嘅餐廳, 唔好只係得啲大財團嘅連鎖餐廳 ,俾市民多啲選擇。火腿通粉 & 牛油多士煎蛋沙嗲牛麵&茶走 continue reading

係東區打躉既我,問我邊間茶記係必食,我一定首推威利華!淨係睇佢門口都知佢夠哂傳統,但唔代表佢唔識與時並進,佢都有泡茶大碗飯,日式拉麵食架,十分過癮!呢間餐廳長期爆場,淨係做早午同下午茶,無晚市,所以大家要留意!今次介紹下佢既午餐,叫左呢個豬頸肉菜飯,套餐本身跟杯茶啡,雖然佢個特製豉油汁已經相當不錯,但絕對比唔上佢個咖哩汁,港式咖哩既香辣加上椰奶香味配上燒到恰到好處既豬頸肉,絕配!記信!呢個係餐牌上無列明,正常係會跟豉油汁要客人request先會upgrade!豬頸肉用既係靚豬,無乜肥膏!燒到表面稍香但又能鎖住肉汁,師傅夠哂功力!菜飯方面,無渣流攤,用既係菜軟,飯底又夠乾身,正,推薦呀如果唔想食豬頸肉,同一個價錢可以改為吉豬或者雞扒個類,都好抵食架!至於杯熱檸茶都無令我失望,茶底香濃,檸檬新鮮精神又爽利!隨post附上最近兩次食過既午餐 continue reading
