維記咖啡粉麵 一向係香港深受歡迎嘅老字號餐廳,特別係佢哋嘅豬膶麵 享負盛名,吸引咗唔少食客慕名而來。多年前,佢哋嘅潤牛麵亦係本地嘅經典之一,但最近趁住好耐冇去深水埗食,感覺餐廳水準明顯下降。首先,豬潤嘅質素變得相當乾硬,唔再似從前咁嫩滑,食落嚟冇咩咬頭,令人失望。至於牛肉部分,肉質變得過於嚡實,缺乏彈性,影響咗整體嘅口感體驗。再加上湯底嘅鹹度過高,令人感覺味道過度濃烈,未能充分展現出湯底原本嘅鮮甜與平衡。呢啲變化無疑令到食客嘅期待落空,對餐廳整體評價造成負面影響。…Read More

今日過來深水埗, 忽然又想吃, 又坐番中間的舖位, 又叫番豬潤🐷雞蛋🥚湯意粉, 凍奶茶少甜少🥤冰, 等左一陣, 飲品先到, 飲左一口, 我唔覺得係少甜😂, 茶同奶的比例都ok, 但唔係好飲到紅茶味, 只飲到甜味, 再隔一陣送上豬潤🐷雞蛋🥚湯意粉, 好熱辣辣, 飲啖湯先, 唔係好飲到乜嘢味, 不過又有少少甜味, 意粉食落正常, 浸左湯OK, 但感覺d湯飲左好口渴🙄😆, 再之後食d豬潤🐷, 都比得幾多, 但唔係切到好大舊個只, 有d碎濕濕, 但又唔係脆又唔係粉, 食落無乜味😅, 好似真係感覺無以前d質素敢好😂, 之前食d豬潤🐷係爽脆, d湯又有薑味🤣, 不過42元一碗都算係經濟抵食, 可能要求要降低d, 但食左之後都幾口渴🤐要不斷找野飲😶, 又真係唔係好得了😁😆…Read More

深水埗必食維茶餐廳,餐廳裝修源於80年代款式,一張張圓形同方形摺枱加摺凳,開放式茶水吧,牆上餐牌,完全感受到時光倒流回去80年代。每次光顧,我都一定叫豬潤牛肉米加凍檸茶,維基嘅豬潤牛肉完全沒有渣,鮮嫩好味。豬潤牛米湯底有濃郁豬潤牛肉清甜味,米粉完全吸收湯底精華,超級入味。另外咖央西多士值得一試,斑斕香加夜油香放喺熱辣辣外脆內軟嘅麵包裏面,口感加味道一流,回味無窮。總括嚟講,嚟到深水埗一定要試維記。…Read More
