嚟到深水埗呢個平民地方搵食,阿肥話要帶我去一間好好味嘅<維記>品嚐,見佢裝修簡陋,但人流極旺,好似啲地踎大排檔咁款,好彩我今日都係casual wear,唔怕污糟,將貨就價喇~望一望佢哋有咩嘢食賣,原來主打都係好似早晨套餐咁嘅牛肉麵呀豬潤麵呀...餐肉/火腿+雙蛋等等,亦有米粉或通粉選擇,眼見大部份食客都係叫咗豬潤米咁,但係我由細到大都唔食內臟嘢,而嗰啲早餐款式我今日又冇乜feel食(平時番工仲食唔夠咩?!)所以我就俾一個叫做咖央西多士嘅物體吸引住喇。咖央多士就聽得多,咖央西多士又真係第一次試,同阿姐落完單見呢度啲阿姐完全唔需要用紙筆寫低,自己心諗「好,就睇吓你哋會唔會漏單!」幾分鐘之後上菜速度超快,阿肥叫咗個牛肉腸仔通($35蚊),我就當然叫咗個咖央西多士($19蚊),再加多杯凍飲,全部正確冇漏單,阿姐的確好嘢!~牛肉腸仔通($35蚊),阿肥話呢度啲牛肉好似滑牛咁,又滑又腍好好食,同埋佢個湯底應該都係入味嘅嘢嚟,所以吸引咁多人慕名而來。咖央西多士($19蚊),我呢份西多士嚟到之後個賣相雖然唔多討好,不過見佢用蛋汁蓋住成份多士嚟煎香感覺都幾特別,由佢呈現嘅微黃色外表睇嚟炸嘅時間估計應該唔會好耐,所以入口都係一般鬆脆,但咖央內餡夠甜又夠多,食落去都令人滿足,確實唔錯 continue reading

星期六到深水埗買嘢,咁啱經過維記咖啡粉麵竟然冇人排隊,立即衝入去食返碗豬潤麵先! 我好少到深水埗,聽朋友講維記咖啡粉麵經常都排長龍,心諗雖然店鋪裝修簡陋,但都吸引咁多客人一定有佢可取之處!咖央多士 ~ 多士面層佈滿又香又甜的咖央, 香港都比較少地方食到咖央多士,所以嚟到一定要試下!茶走~ 茶香奶濃,甜度適中,好好飲!豬潤麵 ~ 湯底有陣陣的豬潤香味配上老薑,熱辣辣好暖胃。 豬潤的生熟程度做得剛剛好, 不會太硬, 口感又爽又鮮軟。牛蛋麵 ~ 這一款的湯底都是一樣的好飲, 牛肉入口嫩滑, 第一次食已經愛上。小店出名是有原因的,湯底真材實料,豬潤和牛肉烹調的手法控制得剛剛好,價錢平民化, 第一次試過之後已經愛上了!下次經過深水埗我一定會再嚟啊! continue reading

今次嚟到依間好出名嘅茶餐廳,佢有兩個鋪位,今日係星期六下午三時左右我同老婆去到,排咗10分鐘隊就入到去食!入到去當然要order佢最出名嘅豬潤麵啦,仲有介央多士同埋凍奶茶,豬潤麵真係名不虛傳!豬潤好林好爽口,而且個湯底好好飲,好清甜!佢有得揀通粉或者公仔麵,我老婆揀咗通粉,好好食!我就揀咗公仔麵,同豬膶亦都好配搭!介央多方士亦都好香好好味,奶茶好滑,唔會好甜。唯一不足嘅就係座位太迫,同埋鋪頭衛生環境一般! continue reading

There seems to be two stores which I believe are the same next to each other and we queued up at the one with the shorter queue.We ordered the French toast and the liver noodles.The French toast was really good- great texture and sweetness. However the liver noodles which seem to be their speciality fell quite flat. Whilst the liver was nice the noodle broth lacked flavour and left us wondering why so many people were queuing to try this dish continue reading

去到深水埗,諗住搵下有咩好野食,行過維記,就無啦啦好想食豬膶麵,平時假日一定好多人排隊,起碼都排成半粒鐘,咁岩平日去,又唔洗排隊,就即刻衝入去食喇!呢度啲姐姐記性都幾好,落左單佢就嗌入廚房整,又會好快速咁放岩野食係檯面,無漏單錯單,非常高效率。今次揀左食膶牛米同架央多士。膶牛米水準都仲keep到,湯底同豬膶都係好好味,要彈嘅就係米粉太碎,而牛肉就唔算太新鮮,下次應該淨係食豬膶算嚕。多士好好食!烘得好靚!推薦!! continue reading
