從小時候已不喜歡於維記吃,直到現在幾十年後的我再經過維記,由原本只是小檔變了多間鋪。既然人在門口,那就入去一試,看是否自己有徧見。可惜仍改變不了我。我只吃豬潤蛋麵,湯仍是過往的熱,但仍是過往的濁,也仍是過往的多泡多雜質(因肉裡蛋白質遇熱後化學反應)真不明那些媒體食家打邊爐一見有泡就命人即刻清理,但在這裡卻說原汁原味,懷舊,真不明如此雙重標準。用大量薑冚着豬潤腥燥味,硬,韌,苦也仍保持到今毫無進步真的不易,煎蛋還要後補兼一隻煎得又老又涼的蛋,煎蛋這簡單的煮食行為巳表現這店對食物的態度何其差,現在做飲食真容易。没有蛋味的咖央,不要說在馬來西亞的架央,連六七十年代尖沙咀海傍道街邊任何一檔大排檔也比這裡的味道高出多倍,其它服務態度也不用多說。又是一間食老本不思進取的食店,只因在這裡拍過片?飲食媒體無恥誇張宣傳?真的難為了看着收錢媒體所寫的食經,不經思考照單全收,怕執輸心態下去吃。這世界不是一些店子開得久就是好,這些不求上進的店子,簡直就是劣幣驅逐良幣。 continue reading
