在尖沙咀找食市實在困難,不是沒有而是因為太多選擇,各國菜色應有盡有。所以朋友提議到非一般的樓上舖,就揀了華苑潮州會所在樂道23號A一樓的正店。㚈觀好似回到60年代,又要走上窄窄的樓梯,更有很多比較舊的餸菜相片。幸好舖內都算整齊,有幾個卡位和數張枱,地方不算大。因預訂了枱才有卡位,坐得比較舒服。先來鹵水掌翼,很入味,軟硬適中,墊低的銀芽非常爽口,吃過不停。老闆解釋是由潮州新鮮運到的。跟著來個白灼蝦,水準okay ,煎雜魚是新鮮海魚先煎後加甜豉油為獻汁,很鮮,有媽媽餸菜的感覺。繼續來個韮菜餜,少少脆,饀料多汁,有潮州風味。最後來碗清心綠豆爽,有特別滋潤的感覺。Read More

地方雖然淺窄,但未到七時已經高朋滿座,幸好位已經訂,四方八面貼上潮州菜式的照片,如果不是要看看價錢,真的連餐牌也需要了。內裡其實擺位頗迫,但是有幾個位置是設立了半屏風,提升了小小私隱度雖然人未齊但是我們先留了一條半煎煮馬友。人齊上菜當然就由冷盤開始,試了潮式生醃鰤蚶,生醃蝦,個人就比較喜歡鰤蚶的鮮味而且因為衞生問題在外已經越來越少地方可以吃到一份吸引力極強的菜式,身體健康也暫時要放一旁了軟綿綿的口感,比一般吃到的較有水份一點也不硬,最後還要Encore一份由於要配搭紅酒,所以選擇一味薰鵝,入口令兩者味道更調和水瓜咯雖然並非甚麼高檔食物,但潮式菜中也頗算出名,所以亦點了一份,粉䊢稠度剛好煎出來很有𡁻口最後又怎可以缺少了甜品,芋泥要軟滑油就必定不能少,但既然來到暫時只可把健康忘記幾小時吧要吃薄殻就要趁這兩個月,最欣賞以香葉金不换作配搭,本身肉質軟滑,成大各人的搶手貨Read More

比較少食潮州菜的我,第一次嘗生醃蛳蚶。肥味的螄蚶以生蒜、辣椒、醬油,芫荽和酒生醃,輕沾蒜泥米醋,連血水一併吃下,那種鮮甜的滋味非其他海鮮可以比美。其次喜歡的是潮式鹵水豆腐,平時的豆腐只是用鹵水來煮,這裡的豆腐先炸然後才滷煮,入味之餘還有口感。另一個必食的是鹵水拼盤,上面的鹵水食物固然美味,但亮點是下面的芽菜。芽菜吸收了所有的鹵水,雖然比較油膩但真的食不停口。餐廳地方不大,座位尚算舒適。在一個平日的晚上都可以坐滿,而且還要分兩輪,可見相當受歡迎。Read More
