這間都還算好味。食咗菠蘿包、火腿奄列、沙爹牛肉公仔面同熱奶茶,一定好飽好開心。我都幾鍾意茶餐廳嘅味道,食完好有滿足感。菠蘿包好鬆軟,外脆內軟,入口即化,配埋奶油都好香,一啖就想再食多幾個。火腿奄列好豐富,夾滿火腿同蛋,加埋美極醬,味道好突出。沙爹牛肉公仔面好特別,牛肉嫩滑,沙爹醬味濃郁,令到面味更加豐富。熱奶茶好香濃,奶味幾足。茶餐廳嘅氣氛都好有港式風味,好熱鬧,好多人都嚟飲茶同食嘢。不過,茶餐廳嘅服務可能有啲忙碌,等餐時間有啲長。總括黎講,菠蘿包、火腿奄列、沙爹牛肉公仔面同熱奶茶都好正,而且份量夠多,足夠食飽。 continue reading

你嗰啲間茶餐廳咁多次可以話係第一次試吓依度嘅菠蘿油唔係因為對依度嘅菠蘿有冇信心亦都唔係因為唔鍾意食菠蘿油而係因為依度嘅食物實在太多選擇太豐富食完嗰餐之後係飽到叫唔到一個菠蘿油所以今日決定靶心一橫淨係坐低食咗個菠蘿油新鮮嘅菠蘿包外面脆博博加上好厚嘅鮮油咬落去嗰一刻感到非常滿足脆脆嘅菠蘿皮熱辣辣嘅麵包凍冰冰嘅牛油用後感簡直有一萬分咁開心真係非常之過癮見到好多街坊鍾意將個菠蘿有按匾先至食我就盡量試吓啦因為好驚整爛個菠蘿皮無論如何真係好好食呀 continue reading

食茶記一般都係冇辦法下求其食d嘢,但華立係我會重複食都唔會厭嘅,因為真係好多選擇之餘,大部分都好食,價錢又合理首先講下焗飯,我最常食就係焗魚飯,炸魚外脆內軟,蕃茄汁甜甜地,再加埋蛋炒飯另外炒麵都好食,推介豉椒牛肉炒麵,炒麵脆卜卜好好食、牛肉肉質鮮嫩、最怕硬到香口膠咁,呢個就絕對唔會飽點類最受歡迎嘅就係菠蘿油同蛋撻,蛋撻有酥皮同牛油皮,兩款都好食,最緊要嘅係成日都有新鮮出爐,一定要喺佢出爐嘅時候先叫,先會食到最熱辣辣嘅蛋撻,凍咗就唔好食最近入冬就推出左枝竹羊腩飯,份量足又好食,推薦因為真係好多款式,真係唔容易食厭 continue reading

華立係大埔開業幾廿年,24小時營業,全年無休,咁你大致都諗到入面的員工都係啲刻苦耐勞同一定會有啲性格,但一間有性格嘅員工作主打,佢又憑乜野本事可以係當區開業幾廿年呢?有食開就知佢嘅茶餐包點出品係出色又唔貴嘅,就好似我今日下午茶時段叫咗件蛋撻,每件都只不過$5.5抵到呢。酥皮蛋撻 ($5.5) - 酥皮底厚多層,焗得酥脆,無過火,咬落有層次,加上皮底係加豬油,食落好香口得嚟又完會唔會搶走蛋香。 佢嘅蛋味唔係太甜果隻,主要食其蛋香,同好皮底好夾,兩者平衡做得幾好,食落唔覺油膩。 作為一間老店,佢係賣食物質數同一啲老派情懷。 continue reading
