住咗青衣十幾年。都未食過。今日就嚟搓搓佢。1030 去到暫時一枱客。還好。室外空間大啲。我鐘意姨姨有禮。快手。+咖喱汁唔記得$5 定$8係辣的。個咀仔都辣咗一陣湯底正常。食完冇大量扯水蘿蔔。三大舊。入味。冇渣。牛腩粒。細細粒。約有8粒。淋。入味。但可以俾多小小紅腸。有金蒜。有點酸。唔知係咪。。。。。油麵正常。大路鴨蛋。等了15 分鐘。值得嘅!蛋香。蛋黃濃郁。個汁不會喊。有麻油香。正!入哂色。入哂味汽水+$8香茅牛蒡茶$40太貴。目測最多500ml。所以等大家去發現 continue reading

噚(12-11-2020 Thur)日同老公放假,又再特登走嚟食(上次食評係9月26日登嘅呢篇:https://www.openrice.com/zh/hongkong/review/%E7%94%A8%E5%BF%83%E8%A3%BD%E4%BD%9C%E5%98%85%E7%89%B9%E8%89%B2%E8%BB%8A%E4%BB%94%E9%BA%B5-e3817725),為嘅係陰勁豬扒.我哋過咗lunch 嘅繁忙時間嚟,所以唔使等位,老公去買先,然後到我.佢好似用咗$77.00買牛蒡,牛骨髓,蘿蔔同韓國花菇,伊麵同一支麥精,同$30.00嘅陰勁豬扒.我就用$49.00要咗炸魚片頭,紅腸,豬紅,元氣蛋(鹵水鴨蛋)油麵,加支蜂蜜綠茶.我哋第一次食車仔伊麵,感覺都唔錯;韓國花菇幾厚身,菇味濃;牛蒡味道正常甘甘地;牛骨髓都一樣正常.炸魚片頭正常;加咗金蒜嘅紅腸口感有啲實;豬紅油麵都正常冇問題;湯底依然係夠味.元氣蛋(鹵水鴨蛋)後上,呢個味道啱啱好.最後上嘅陰勁豬扒,係炸豬扒嚟,約7mm厚,口感唔錯又唔會好乾好嚡,味道係鹹香但唔會太鹹,幾好味.味道係3.36分, 抵食係2.7分其他:其實我想叫昆布汁鮮吊桶,墨魚春卷,但唔係暫停供應就係賣晒,睇嚟如要食正嘢就要早啲嚟.服務:兩位都好親切有禮. continue reading

N年都唔入青衣一次,仲要第一次去到咁入,算係比較偏僻。我唔係特別鍾意食車仔麵,好似間間都差唔多咁,聽講呢間華記喺疫情前仲要排長龍咁誇張。因為即叫即整,所以都要等十幾分鐘。地方比我想像中乾淨,果日唔算熱,吹風扇都已經好涼。我果碗車仔麵淨係叫韓國花菇、菜同蘿蔔,咁清淡應該冇乜特別。但冇諗到花菇一食落去係咁入味🤤蘿蔔係清甜。試咗一隻黑糖煙燻雞翼,個煙燻味好香。另外唔同嘅小食都係佢嘅賣點,佢仲有個小食排行榜,可以睇到邊啲小食係比較受歡迎。個桂花蜜燒墨魚丸個燒墨魚味好香濃,有少少脆,爽口彈牙,桂花蜜個量係足,不過我最鍾意係佢嘅寸勁豬頸肉。老闆好細心,有碟係寸勁豬頸肉,本身係辣,佢話見我哋冇食辣就幫我哋走辣,上碟前將豬頸肉吸哂油,食落去係厚實,一啲都唔韌唔乾,肉汁入口即融。每次上菜,老闆都會嚟介紹吓小菜嘅特色。意外嘅係,我哋食完之後,佢退返10蚊俾我,因為果日豬頸肉唔算大份。不過睇得出佢係好用心經營呢間小店,幾乎樣樣餸都係佢親自主理,見佢走嚟走去又去睇火又煮小菜,呢樣係食肆基本要有嘅態度同水準。 continue reading

車仔麵都有食法國菜感受只要講車仔麵,識食之人都會提到華記,疫情前仲要排長龍先有得食,不過其實話車仔麵出名,不如話小食係老闆精心烹調而出名。(banner老闆叫車仔麵王子,原來平時啲人都係叫老闆做王子)#牛根 #牛骨髓 #黑糖煙燻雞翼#生菜 #黃金蘿蔔 #韓國花菇其實車仔麵因為我無食出名既咖哩湯底,所以唔算太特別,不過都要提下雞翼本來係小菜之一,不過可以跟餸當然跟,小小甜淡淡的煙燻味好香,而且唔洗點咬,真係幾正蘿蔔同花菇,食個下有俾佢驚喜左一下,相當之入味同甜,食前其實無太大期待,但入口的味道,真係無得輸,平凡既外表下係估佢唔到。因為即叫即整,所以都要等10幾分鐘,不過可以話俾大家聽,係值得等,題外話 老闆每次拎出黎時,係好似法國菜咁上盤,然後解釋小菜的特色。#桂花蜜燒墨魚丸首先到係墨魚丸,因為係手打所以粒粒大小不一,未入口就聞到燒魷魚香,需要襯剛燒好新鮮即食,因為外皮真係燒到少少脆,有燒墨魚的感覺,內涵飽滿彈牙,外面每粒都有份量足的桂花蜜,香甜彈齊哂,入口之後係講唔到野。#寸勁豬頸肉等多陣,終於黎到,老闆話見我地無食辣,所以貼心地幫我地減辣,而且上碟前將豬頸肉吸哂油,所以睇相見到無乜油漬,我即刻開動,外皮燒到香脆但唔實,較厚實的豬頸肉一咬,肉汁湧出黎。無錯⁉️豬頸肉竟然係有飽滿的肉汁湧出黎,肉紮實但爽口彈牙,成舊係口到咬,超好食。老闆見我食到咁爽,走出黎同我解釋,啲豬頸肉每次都用寸勁去打去調理,所以先有依個效果,如果個名係咁黎當我最後食完時,老闆退番10蚊俾我😂話今日啲豬頸肉唔算大份,所以退10蚊,我當場黑人問號,咁好食都竟然可以再大份啲。其實好耐無打咁多字既食評,不過好食到忍唔住,最後走時見到老闆自己一個,係廚房後行專心望住個火燒小菜(車仔麵係其他員工負責,老闆專心負責小菜),我 不其然諗,老闆係唔係去做過大廚。 continue reading

唔好睇車仔麵好似將全部野碌熟再放埋一齊食 好似好輕鬆咁 其實佢做得香港咁特別嘅著名美食 當然唔係表面上咁簡單啦所以每次食車仔麵都必定要去返華記車仔麵 佢每一個餸都好用心製作 同好入味 雖然唔係啲咩連鎖餐廳 冇靚靚裝修 更加冇靚靚舖位 其實只係一個公屋村入面嘅小角落 但係咁樣先令佢更加有心去做好每一個餸所以每次必食嘅一定係最入味嘅蘿蔔同豆卜 唔好睇佢咁普通 佢可以將湯底同咖喱汁嘅所有精華吸收晒 一定係必食 另外佢嘅大腸都好入味 又洗得乾淨 正佢仲有其他餸另如墨魚卷 咖喱魷魚 全部都好好食 如果譚仔入面嘅餸有佢嘅大半質素就好啦除咗食車仔麵一般嘅餸 呢度仲有得叫炸雞翼或者豬扒 即叫即炸 雖然製作需時但係都值得等待 好味 continue reading
