行完山,由於最近都比較成日嚟梅窩,所以今次想試第二啲嘢,就係炒小菜。平日嘅時間唔係間間都開,而且唔想食餐蛋麵咁普通,所以喺熟食市場行咗個圈就決定食呢間。椒鹽九肚魚:欣賞佢有味之餘亦都唔會太重口味,重要九肚魚炸得好鬆軟,推介。咕嚕肉:正常甜酸味道,大大嚿豬肉,但有啲韌。魷魚炒麵:炒麵嚟到先知原來係脆麵,嗰刻有啲唔係咁開心,因為出邊食過嘅脆麵都係食到個嘴損晒又乾爭爭,但呢個麵係唔會整損個嘴又有啲汁,居然唔乾喎,容易食到,令到我對脆面改觀。蒜蓉炒油麥菜:唔記得影相,但碟菜非常之大碟! continue reading

星期日天氣非常好,所以決定到大嶼山去行個簡單既路線,梅窩至貝澳。一心去梅窩食大排檔風味,點知無留意船期,去到送船尾,唯有食住小食等啦~最後1:45分先入到去梅窩。因在等船期間係咁食小食,去到華記都唔肚餓,但因為一早就諗住去,所以唔肚餓都照食,唯有叫少d野。兩個人坐露天位置,叫左椒鹽鮮魷同豉油皇炒面,佢味道唔錯,雖然餐牌價錢唔平,但係佢勝在無加一和茶錢,仲有海景,今餐200蚊有找,我覺得算係好優惠。值得去試! continue reading

無比較無傷害,昨晚福聚來姐姐服務殷勤細心,全部外賣都用錫紙包裹保溫,款款色香味俱全,相比華記姐姐較為冷淡,而且食物質素強差人意。限聚令下食肆執既執、暫定營業既暫停、晨早收檔既收檔,無啖好食!見到邊間有開門就是但外賣,不幸地難食到要倒左一半,抱歉地浪費食物,索價六百幾。白灼東風螺,淡如水無味道無鮮味,有微弱雪櫃味而且超級乾硬,烚到過晒火有三十成熟全部尾部都斷在內,疑似翻烚再翻烚,從來未試過難食得如此地步。蠔仔煎蛋餅,好多蠔殼要食得小心翼翼,聞落香噴噴,食落有蛋香有蠔味,調味略咸略重撈飯還可以。我都再三叮囑要走蔥,竟然蔥花跟蠔仔份量幾乎一樣,我要耐心地續粒挑走,挑完蔥都已經凍晒。蟹肉扒豆苗,大大棵的豆苗略厭粗糙及炒得有點泛黃,少少爽感免強食得到菜甜味。食落有不少蟹殼蟹骨,證明真的是生拆,但要邊食要邊吐,食到疾住疾住不能大口大口地品嚐,非常唔開心。啫啫排骨煲,排骨肉質霉得出奇,輕輕地啜已骨肉分離散筲筲,味道濃濁不香甜,厚厚的芡汁漿成一塊。用來吊味的豬膶超級乾鞋硬,試一片放棄。時菜海鮮豆腐湯,整餐飯最滿意最出色就是這個湯,魚湯香氣撲鼻,湯汁厚厚十分美味可口,熱辣辣灌入渾身暖笠笠,菜爽魚香豆腐彈。 continue reading
