今日同老婆食好D,行咗一陣見到呢間專食和牛而且質素好似唔錯,所以我地就決定試一試! 裝修幾靚同埋有種好舒服既感覺,台與台之間既空位亦都足夠,傾計都好岩氣氛!A5和王和牛薄燒呢個一上台就已經好有日本個陣既感覺。店員會幫你燒埋因為太大塊自己好難燒到。因為油花分佈平均同埋肉質本身都好靚,每邊燒咗10秒左右已經得。配合埋蔥同埋炸蒜片一齊食。不過我首先就咁食咗一塊先,肉質好嫩又有肉汁,牛肉味超濃郁! 另外加上蔥同埋炸蒜食好有口感而且味道好夾! 完全係日本食既高級燒肉一樣!和牛三文治呢個都係日本傳嚟既美食,和牛本身輕輕炸過有層吉烈既炸漿,配合埋烘得岩岩好既麵包夾埋做三文治,真係三文治入面最高級既享受。牛肉完全冇筋所以好似平時食三文治咁一咬就咬到,肉質鮮嫩而牛肉既鮮味充滿整個口腔!鵝肝和牛丼最後就有呢個丼飯,和牛一樣都係冇得事好嫩滑,加上有幾片新鮮仲有海水味既海膽調味已經好好食!另外亦都有三片鵝肝,油脂感足又唔會好肥膩,鮮味十足配埋珍珠米一齊食超正!呢到食飯真係好正既一次體驗,完全冇諗過香港都可以食到咁正宗高質既日本和牛料理! continue reading
