唔使走商場!觀塘工廈都有和牛漢堡扒飯,$128有驚喜,肉汁多到用飯吸埋!環境平民,味道高檔,食完包你懷疑自己行緊日本巷仔~睇下餐牌有咩食先手打和漢堡扒丼飯(每日限量日本宮崎和牛)$128呢個手打和漢堡扒丼飯,賣點就係用日本宮崎和牛,每日限量,新鮮手打,見到已經有「漢堡扒界天花板」之勢。漢堡扒鬆軟又Juicy,一刀切開,肉汁已經流滿飯面。飯面有蘿蔔茸、芥辣酸瓜、蘭王蛋黃,加秘製漢堡汁鹹香帶甜,層次豐富又開胃。揀左秘製漢堡汁,佢係一個由醬油製成,鹹香帶甜但調味較淡嘅燒汁,提升咗和牛鮮味,拌埋蘭王蛋配白飯一齊食,幸福感爆燈。白味噌未試過唔評論,但試過舀漢堡扒去隔離香辣嘅咖哩汁,太搶味,有啲浪費和牛嘅油脂。除左標準配搭蘿蔔茸,再加芥辣酸瓜,少少刺激、開胃夠脆,解膩得嚟又有趣!🍛🐮枱枱都叫夠人氣!價錢望落貴,實際平靚正夠地道,賣相吸引,配搭低調但味道出眾,怪不得咁受歡迎!👏🍛(話說食到碟底嘅驚喜,就係可以下次用嘅飲品券)咖喱燒雞扒飯 走葱 多汁 $83 呢碟日式咖哩望落「人畜無害」——金黃咖哩汁、薯仔紅蘿蔔齊全,加埋黑白芝麻,以為一入口有甜甜地嘅親切感,感覺好和善,完全無殺傷力🍛?少年你太年輕了!佢暗藏港式牛腩咖哩嘅辣度,只係冇辣油,所以好多小朋友都中伏!加上雞扒燒得外脆內嫩,雖然調味低調,反而更襯托到隱藏辣勁和咖哩香,都知道點解表面嘅「天真無邪」可以配雞扒,但唔適合配漢堡扒,唔係就太浪費啦!😂🔥一口芝士 (7pcs) $58呢碟一口芝士真係超級療癒~每粒細細粒、圓碌碌又脹卜卜,表面微微泛光,未入口已經令人心動🤤 外層炸到金黃香脆,一咬「咔」一聲,入面係熱辣滑順嘅芝士,鹹香之中帶住溫和奶香,感覺好似車打🧀 唯一缺點係拉唔到絲,但夠香、夠爆漿,咬落一瞬間已經滿足晒✨蜂蜜綠茶 一杯走冰 一杯少冰 +$5*2=10蜂蜜綠茶入口係綠茶清香加蜂蜜嘅天然甜味,甜度適中、唔會太膩,口感順滑清爽。蜂蜜可以中和茶苦,帶出淡淡果香,飲落好解渴。整體味道溫和親切,啱晒夏天飲~不過建議大家叫走冰,因為呢度無飲管提供,同埋走冰已經雪凍,飲落比較方便🍯🍵小計 $274加一 $27.4總額 $301

之前心心念念想食長期都搶唔到嘅日本過江龍漢堡扒,正當放棄之際就意外比我發現到一間媲美挽肉與米嘅高質漢堡飯堂~ 之前都有bookmark但lunch去都摸左兩次門釘🙈手打和牛漢堡扒丼飯 $143首先漢堡係用和牛手打嘅,燒得勁香,個和牛味同油脂味勁出🤤而且和牛漢堡嘅肉質都幾結實,鮮嫩多汁~唔會一夾就散🥰然後絕對絕對絕對要叫芥辣酸瓜做配菜!覺得芥辣酸瓜+蘿蔔蓉+蘭王蛋+秘製醬汁再加日本飯係更加醒胃同埋個味覺層次豐富過配日本泡菜~秘製配汁同和牛嘅配搭都match!唔會過分鹹或者質地唔會太稀太水,感覺仲好似加左牛肉汁去整添~牛魔王表示勁滿足🥰招牌牛肉壽喜燒 $228個壽喜燒都勁大份,入面又多配菜~個壽喜燒湯味道都係啱啱好,唔會太鹹亦都唔會太甜~牛肉都重牛味嘅,但沾左啲柚子豉油個味道即刻昇華左!成件事即刻fresh左勁多~值得多提嘅係佢啲豆腐真係超滑溜😳然後第一次食到豆味咁濃郁嘅日本豆腐😳都幾surprise雞皮餃子 $58好後悔我冇錄埋啲聲,呢個雞皮餃子個皮炸到脆卜卜,一咬落去係有聲🤩🤩 然後個雞皮都冇油益味成者多餘油脂~一啲都唔邪惡🥰甘栗紫薯餅 $28呢個勁有驚喜😍佢首先唔單止炸得香脆,個皮粉漿都唔會太厚,然後佢入面係滿滿嘅紫薯💜 中間仲要有啲栗子粒粒~所以個餅會有啲顆粒感,好有口感💜同埋要俾佢甜品最高嘅評價-唔太甜!白桃烏龍 +$15頭先用茶壺裝白桃烏龍已經覺得好靚😆個白桃味一開始就好重,然後浸多一段時間,個烏龍味就開始越嚟越出,仲會飲到有回甘味😍茶控表示超鍾意🥰仲要冇糖!Overall覺得自己都揀啱左啲dish去試😆 所以覺得非常滿足🥰同埋覺得個漢堡扒真係好高質,係可以encore🥰

最近在觀塘覓食,試咗一間主打日式洋食嘅西餐專門店。整體環境舒適,頗有東洋風情,但食物表現就有明顯落差,最值得推介同最需要改善嘅主食都試咗。極力推介:和牛漢堡飯 - 脂香肉嫩之選今次最令人驚喜嘅,必定係佢哋嘅和牛漢堡飯!漢堡扒絕對係主角,目測有成吋厚,份量十足。一啖咬落去,外層有輕輕焦香,內裡保持住粉嫩嘅色澤,證明火候控制得宜。最正係啲豐盈肉汁,一壓即出,充滿口腔,和牛獨有嘅脂香非常突出,甘香唔膩。肉質鬆化得嚟有咬口,唔會散修修,調味鹹淡適中,更能帶出牛肉原味。配上一隻流心太陽蛋同濃郁嘅日式燒汁,撈埋熱辣辣嘅珍珠飯一齊食,真係極度滿足!絕對係會為咗佢而再訪嘅理由。有待改善:濃番茄牛肋條飯 - 醬汁過濃,肉量不足相反,另一款「濃番茄牛肋條飯」就頗為失望。問題首先在於「濃番茄」醬汁,味道過於霸道,酸度偏高之餘,甜味同層次感不足,完全蓋過咗牛肋條本身嘅味道,感覺係被醬汁「浸」住,有啲「喧賓奪主」。其次係主角牛肋條,份量偏少,而且部分部位煮得未夠軟腍,略嫌韌口,未達到預期中慢煮牛肋條應有嘅鬆化效果。整體感覺係醬汁太搶,肉嘅存在感同質素都未如理想,唔係幾推介。整體意見:餸菜份量可更慷慨另外有一點小意見,就係部份主菜嘅餸菜份量可以再多啲。以呢類日式西餐定食嚟講,主菜(尤其係肉類)嘅份量係滿足感嘅關鍵。例如牛肋條飯嘅肉量,如果可以增加少少,相信會抵食好多,食客嘅滿足感亦會提升。雖然和牛漢堡扒份量足,但其他配菜或主菜嘅份量,似乎有進步空間。總結:觀塘呢間日式西餐專門店,環境唔錯,主打嘅和牛漢堡飯確實出色,肉質、味道、份量都交足功課,值得專程一試。但濃番茄牛肋條飯就因醬汁過濃同肉量、質感問題而失色。若然店家能調整醬汁平衡度,並慷慨增加部分主菜嘅餸量(尤其係肉類),相信整體體驗會更上一層樓。暫時嚟講,鎖定和牛漢堡飯就冇錯!
