I think this restaurant is too famous that I would not need to introduce its name haha. Everyone is talking about it and I agree that the quality of the food is great!I like the bread more than the noodles The cheese is melted inside the beef which makes the bread taste so good and all of us think it’s worthy to queue for this quality!!

I need to disclaim I live nearby. Food are tasty, and subjectively better than any of its other branch, but you need to wait. I will simply go back home to wait, or alternatively you can pay a visit to the nearby library to enrich yourself during your wait?

For all other famous dishes I guess I won’t talk about that, there are others will talk about. But did you try the cilantro-based thousands-year-egg soup broth? Sounds scary but the herbal soup heal your soul, better to balance out the unhealthy vibe of those instant noodles.

家住天水圍,一有空閒便會掛住這裡的味道。今天於下午兩點二十分到達,以為平日會沒有咁多人,誰知道人山人海,這盛況和星期六一樣。拿了籌之後便很快有職員姨姨替我們下單點食物,由於今天趕時間接兒子放學,所以二人只點了一碗皮蛋芫茜豬潤牛肉米線、一碗皮蛋芫茜豬扒牛肉米粉、兩杯凍柑桔檸檬(因為天氣熱,沒有點冰花奶茶)和一個咸牛肉豬仔包(外賣給兒子)。一坐下來已經三點十三分,時間緊迫,三點三十分必須離開接兒子放學。幸好飲品食物很快便送到,首先喝一口凍柑桔檸檬,清涼清新的感覺、酸酸甜甜的味道,正好為悶熱的自己降一降溫,夏天必點👍皮蛋芫茜豬潤米線很香,色澤翠綠,賣相吸引。喝一口湯有淡淡的薑味和濃郁的芫茜味,豬潤和牛肉剛剛熟,很滑。平日最怕有些店舖主打的特滑豬潤,上菜時還流著血水,根本未熟,對健康不好。在華嫂便沒有這個問題,豬潤剛剛熟透,可以放心食。雖然今天的時間緊迫,我們只是有15分鐘進餐時間,但仍然覺得很值得。吃過無數次華嫂也沒有寫食評,為什麼今次會寫,原因是就算是吃得匆匆忙忙,也絕不減興致,味道也依然美味!難得!

係余文樂未推介呢一間之前,已經聽過好多住元朗嘅朋友話呢一間華嫂冰室好好食,仲要的起心肝過嚟排隊。地方有啲偏僻,喺屏山站仲要再行一段路,建議朋友揸車嚟。我哋總共等左一個鐘,原來已經算係快,夏天你記住要查啲蚊怕水,因為呢度都幾多蚊。黎到呢度冇理由唔識招牌菠蘿包,我同朋友一人叫咗一個,然後再叫咗一個番茄麵。菠蘿包超級足料!有大大塊牛油,煎蛋再加埋番茄。一開始有啲擔心番茄同菠蘿包係咪會唔夾呢?但係咬落口法國口有大大塊牛油,煎蛋再加埋蕃茄。一開始有啲擔心番茄同菠蘿包係咪會唔夾呢?但係咬落發現呢個組合又幾特別喎,平時食菠蘿又會覺得有少少油膩,但係加埋番茄就啱啱好中和左呢個感覺,再加埋個蛋,同埋表面脆脆地嘅菠蘿皮,好食得來又唔會覺得好heavy! 同埋菠蘿包係熱嘅,牛油溶溶地好perfect!不過建議女仔朋友你都唔好帶太多野,我哋兩個食唔晒。一個包已經好飽再加埋個面真係太飽啦。

而我不知道什麼是卡路里..
黎到當然叫埋名物奶茶 普普通通吧
但山長水遠黎到屏山叫左潮個聖啦😏
當然你可能會話觀塘同灣仔都有啦
但試過咁多間我總覺得 屏山本店真係別有風味!!👍🏿

基本上每次一放親閒日假我都會揸車入元朗食華嫂。唔好以為閒日佢就唔使排隊呀!佢只係比星期六少啲人渣😌我都要等大約九個字先有得入去食。不過佢嘅好處係泊車唔使錢👏🏻唔使擔心俾人抄牌,食都食得安心啲。佢嘅菠蘿包真係冇得頂 😋再加埋佢嘅蕃茄湯底嘅麵簡直係流晒口水。再加上老闆娘長期坐鎮😜啲員工都好會好態度啲。老闆娘有陣時仲會走埋嚟同你傾兩句「今日咁得閒呀」感覺好親切。佢煮出嚟啲食物好有誠意,每一次上台啲野食都係熱辣辣可惜今次唔記得影番茄湯通粉😆真係好好食架👍大家都去試吓啦略嫌講下佢缺點啦🥺就係比較多蚊
