地理位置方便就腳 位於銅鑼灣sogo旁個人認為鐵板燒lunch set黎講性價比高同朋友share黎食 唔同set嘅食材都可以試睇住師傅嘅煮海鮮嘅手藝真係很不錯的體驗套餐價格由不同級別牛肉而定 可自行選擇銀鱈魚煎得好香 炒飯火候亦都剛好 鮑魚新鮮 帶出海鮮嘅鮮甜味而唔單調半生熟薄燒牛肉包住蒜片和蔥 肉汁豐富 🥩最後可選甜品/飲品 個人大推柚子雪葩!! 不過一提一次麻麻地嘅體驗之前試過book 鐵板燒 lunch 1:45pm因為3:00pm要清枱所以好快就last order食到一半店員企正喺側邊等 有種趕客感覺..我明白佢哋要準備收拾 但感覺唔太舒服廚師煮得趕 我地又食得趕…個時間比得人book就唔應該好似趕客咁..*強烈建議book早啲嘅timeslot..🥹 continue reading

鐵板燒吃得多了,一般都有鮑魚、龍蝦、和牛收費大嘅1000多元。這個一人套餐價錢比較實惠,包括鮑魚美國牛扒和其他東西只收$740,已經是大大節省了,而且水準也不錯。首先來了一個沙律,水準一般,沒有驚喜。接下來是鴨肝多士,這個鴨肝做得很腍,沒有酥味,油分十足,入口即溶,間中一次肥膩一點沒所謂。接着便是鮑魚,鮑魚放在枱上還是在活動的,放在鐵板上不停郁動是有一點殘忍,但味道鮮味,可惜煮得有點過火,比較靭。接着是牛肉出場了,美國牛柳肉質一般比澳洲好一點,澳洲牛扒比較有酥味,這個牛扒並沒有過火,肉質很腍吃到牛肉的美味,蒜片炸得很脆。接下來是麵豉湯和炒飯。炒飯絕對有水準,雞蛋味道很香,他們說這是湖北雞蛋,雖然價錢便宜但蛋味比較濃。最後是炒菜,吃完之後他們還帶你到另一個地點品嚐咖啡和甜品。這是一個比較好的安排,在日本只有高級食店才有如此的安排,在一個寧靜的地方品嚐咖啡甜品很relax。以這個價錢來說已經是很超值了,所以沒有太高的要求。如果不希望每次都要使用1000多元的鐵板燒,這個700多元的套餐也是不錯的選擇! continue reading

生日時朋友帶我去銅鑼灣和三昧套餐選擇不多平均一人一千元都算高消費就看看有多好吃龍蝦多膏吃肉後其餘部分也會用來做湯平日不吃蒜的我發覺用來配和牛也不錯那麵包不是吃的用來放肉吸油最特別是到另一處吃甜品整體感覺滿意覺得菜式不多但不知道為何很快便飽了 continue reading

紀念日當然要食好啲,今次揀咗銅鑼灣嘅和三昧鐵板燒,果然冇令我失望!作為一間老牌鐵板燒店,能夠喺銅鑼灣屹立多年,絕對有佢嘅原因。首先,食物質素真係無得彈,食材新鮮,師傅手藝精湛,每一道菜都充滿心思。無論係入口即溶嘅和牛,定係鮮甜多汁嘅海鮮,都令人回味無窮。其次,服務態度亦係一大亮點,店員細心有禮,時刻留意客人需要,令人感到賓至如歸。最後,環境舒適優雅,燈光柔和,座位寬敞,非常適合慶祝特別日子。總括而言,和三昧無論食物、服務定環境都係上乘之選,絕對值得推薦俾想食好啲嘅朋友! continue reading
