餐廳環境係好嘅,景觀也好,服務亦係唔錯,但你唔會覺得呢一度係好好食,抵食,好食,比較主觀啦,68分。B-由於我係赴晚餐嘅緣故,抵食就冇可能㗎啦,一嚿魚$289 , 唔知什麼意粉$170幾,好少份量, 講唔上係好好食,燒蝦同燒魚係OK。但貴。呢個大廈嘅餐廳,有個特色,高檔高價有餘,高值,我唔敢講,亦都講唔出。可能仲有啲未幫襯,未發掘嘅。同大廈嘅餐廳食過三間,功德林,圍爐,宮崎。再加埋今晚呢間餐廳,除咗功德林之外,其他嘅不用回頭。6樓嘅宮崎燒肉,三年前幫襯過,亦都有喺OpenRice寫食評,當時已經講過,絕對不會回頭,今日再去,宮崎已經人去樓空。唔抵呀嘛。咁啱,今日呢間餐廳,我都係覺得絕對不會再回頭。值得一提,如果想去一啲好小人嘅餐廳,冇人打擾嘅,呢間餐廳係唔錯,因為我由七點坐到九點幾,我諗應該得兩至三成嘅客。但係餐廳嘅服務員,服務係好嘅,經常斟水。可能係枱數比較少嘅關係。

今日情人節想食餐正正常常嘅餐廳先book依間。點知一入去就安排咗張「門口位」俾我哋,完全唔明點解會覺得有客會想坐門口位。一開始order咗個軟殼蟹Risotto。隔咗5分鐘店員講賣晒,問要唔要Pistachio Risotto,我聽到之後明顯嚇親因為我無諗到會有Pistachio Risotto依樣嘢。我想話睇返Menu睇其他,但個店員就當我睇唔明Menu,當我ok Pistachio Risotto就走咗去。然後隔咗20分鐘先上Starter,隔20分鐘先上第一個Main,再隔5分鐘先上第二個Main,出餐時間極慢。而店員講嘅開心果Risotto其實係南瓜Risotto,本人亦都唔食南瓜。難聽啲講我有種感覺俾人誤導咗,好似佢拎咗廚房嘅剩菜炒一碟飯俾我。總之成個體驗好差,完全enjoy唔到。

放假約左朋友去食lunch,朋友揀咗呢一間位於銅鑼灣嘅餐廳,餐廳對住維多利亞公園,可以望到海景,環境舒服,非常適合朋友傾偈。我哋兩個就叫咗兩個set lunch,性價比非常高。廚師沙律沙律爽脆,蕃茄仔多汁,芝士幼滑。是日餐湯薯仔忌廉湯口感creamy,入口幼滑,味道好濃郁。巴馬臣芝士粉落茄醬肉丸意粉肉丸嫩滑多汁,芝士味道香濃,茄醬酸甜開胃,意粉煮到軟硬適中,吸收哂醬汁味道。炸龍利柳薯條配青豆蓉龍利柳新鮮炸起,熱辣辣,外脆內軟,炸漿薄身,龍利柳肉質嫩滑juicy,青豆蓉口感綿密,薯條香脆可口。
