去到最後個甜品
都估到應該唔會係平時d紅豆沙腐竹糖水咁簡單
但點都估唔到係咁咁咁唔簡單!!!
甜品全部都係芒果黎既
有個芒果天婦羅 估唔到炸生果都幾好味!
仲有個芒果腸粉卷 就連側邊d伴碟都係芒果整既!!

今餐都幾surprise 無估到團年飯都食得咁特別
D親戚個個都讚好 話搞搞新意思咼!
問左餐廳個新春menu會做到3月8
所以大家都可以book枱去試下

成個SET有好多野 由頭盤去到甜品 好似食法國大餐禁
 不過呢 佢入面既野都係FUSION菜但以中菜為基本~

總絡 比較中環地區既餐廳 同到黎個$食到禁多同禁有質素既一餐 又要唔洗同人逼 我覺得 非常正

This is my best Private Kitchen experience because they serve a lot of food and everything is quality food. The staffs were the friendliest group of people. The environment, though small, made us feel like VIP and private club members. Perfect for Parties!!They encourage you to bring your own alcohol. They only charge HK$100 for one round of glasses and not per bottle. So we opened like 30 bottles and never switched glasses and continued drinking red wine and it was only HK$100 for all 8 of us.

Perfect for Parties!!
They encourage you to bring your own alcohol. They only charge HK$100 for one round of glasses and not per bottle. So we opened like 30 bottles and never switched glasses and continued drinking red wine and it was only HK$100 for all 8 of us. Imagine, usually restaurant makes money on drinks but this place let us bring our own drinks!

The min people was like 2 people or 4 people for the $650 menu. Unlike most Private Kitchen, it's usually 8 people or more and very expensive and usually I'm not full. This place is pretty lenient.

You get the private room
I was put straight in the private room at no additional cost. It was so much fun because we could party with all my friends.

Environment
It's small. Only a few tables. But I think that is like most private kitchen. What they are is they buy a place upstairs and renovate it into a private kitchen so very unlike traditional restaurants. This is great because when we can, the manager put us in a Private Room at no additional cost. We felt like VIP.

Service
Since we were like the only table, all the attention were on us. We were drinking and some of us got a little warm and we told Joe, the manager, and he quickly help us turn on the AC that was in our private room. Again, all attention on us.

Menu
With Private Kitchen, they have a pre-fix menu. They gave us an option of $650 with the Lobster and steak and 13 course or $450 menu with less stuff. First, they need you to choose in advance because they pick their ingredient fresh from the market and starts preparing in advance. So since they already know what you want, they have the whole day preparing it which makes everything so well prepared and so fresh!

APPETIZER (6 Appetizers, scallop dish, soup dish)
All the appetizers were very pretty. They had a lot of expensive ingredients like callogens, whelks, scallops, crab, sea urchin. These were just the appetizers. The best was the Kimchee, Shallots, Scallop and the Soup Black Pearl. My favorite is the fruity shallots. It's so colorful and they marinated in 7 different fruits. If you like herbal soup, they serve THE BEST BLACK PEARL! My friend said the dumpling had such a big chunk of crab meat, she was impress because it's not so often the restaurant is so generous.

THE BLACK PEARL IS SO GOOD! The soup smells so great when poured onto the dumpling. My friend who is wester though didn't like the soup but love the crab meat in the dumpling.

Scallop and Whelk- They smell so ridiculous good when it came out. Each person got their own portion.

ENTREE
YOU MUST TRY THE LOBSTER AND THE SICHUAN STEAK!!!

The lobster is a whole lobster fried in tempura batter and has this amazing mustard wasabi sauce!!!! The sauce was the best part.

Steak- Everyone love the steak. It has popcorn and it's the sichuan sauce that's amazing. It's still steaming hot and it's so juicy. The steak is perfectly cooked. Have it cooked medium well!

Vegetable and Fried Rice
You like Korean Hot Pot Rice? This is what it tasted like. My friend said it tasted like Paella. I like any sort of rice. Vegetable was dyed with saffron. The chef said everything is marinated organically.

Dessert
It was the largest dessert ever. It took four people to carry it out because it was under a mountain of ice. They serve puddings, chocolate marshmellows, candied macadenian nuts, tofu pudding, lychee, fruits, fruit shots, chocolate cups, the list goes on and on and on... I didn't eat all the desserts because we were all fighting for it but trust me, it was enough to feed all!

  總括來講,大家都覺得這餐物有所值和留下深刻印象,下次幫人做生日必會考慮。

,加入花鵰酒的意大利飯,不過就CREAMY左D,放係最後食就好似HEAVY左,但我阿哥就話好好味,D男人都係要有飯到肚!!!
甜品:自家制雪糕及心太軟,連阿媽都話好味喎!! 其實已經好飽,呢個時候就要用女人的第二個胃啦!!

最近於寫字樓收到一間新餐廳的宣傳單張,我和另一位同事當然急不及待地想要去試食一番。預約了一點的午餐,結果因為工作延誤的關係,要一點半才上到去,幸好還有檯預留給我們。坐下第一時間當然是先看菜單,共有大概六個套餐,選擇未必算太多,但我個人覺得已很充足,因為其實我不太愛別肉,幸好這裡有個素食套餐,我當然二話不說先試為先。我選擇了糖醋鮮果沙葛,另一位同事即選擇了柚子照燒乳鴿。前菜先到,賣相精緻但份量不太少,有一客沙律和我自己選擇的鮑魚絲。沙律味道OK,配上我最喜愛的柚子汁,開胃!!!! 鮑魚絲也很不錯。同事選擇的小炒王也很好,辣中帶有豐富的口感。前菜過後配上蓮子百合燉湯,味道也不錯。很快主菜來臨,先說同事的柚子照燒乳鴿,賣相吸引,上面是切割了的乳鴿,下面堆著新鮮柚子肉,試食一下之後,覺得後悔自己沒有點這個菜了,因為乳鴿肉質很滑,而且配搭新鮮柚子肉一起食的感覺也很新鮮。接著當然才試食自己選擇的糖醋鮮果沙葛,說真的,初時我以為是新版的咕嚕肉,但食落才知道自己以為是肉的,原來就是沙葛,口感一流,配上糖醋真是令人食指大動。(幸好我選擇了這個菜)我和同事食完後都覺得我們真的沒有選擇錯,因為這裡的食物賣相

我和同事食完後都覺得我們真的沒有選擇錯,因為這裡的食物賣相很好,份量充足,味道也別有一番風味,不得不提的是環境,由於他們是一間私房菜,兩間房和一個廳,大廳只有五張檯,舒適而寧靜,
下次必須再試其他的套餐!!!
埋單每人$148,我覺得是值得的,於中環區食一個午飯,有質素而且環境舒適,絕對值得推介。

這晚特地約了大班舊朋友晚飯聚會,我的首選當然是至愛的日本菜,但無奈朋友們的選擇未能如我所願,結果最後選擇了一家位於中環新開張的私房菜—豐樂里。一如以往,我是最早到的那位,所以我唯有先上餐廳。到步後,發覺大門關上了,幸好環顧四週後發覺左右兩邊各有門鈴,於是我按下右邊的那個,結果…….喇叭響起我按錯了!!(哈哈哈,還幾有趣的。)入座後,發覺原來餐廳不算太大,只有五張檯(最後才發現原來還有兩個VIP房),餐廳整體環境尚算舒適,很有舊式法國餐廳的感覺。陸續地,朋友們都開始到達了,那麼當然即時起菜吧!八人份量的套餐,先來前菜,六小碟。以前菜來說還好,值得推介的有冰梅腩肉:配冰梅醬,入口不肥膩,有入口溶化的感覺。菜花香菇巢:一味很特別的釀冬菇,材料別出心材。當然,其他四款都不錯,以上兩款純粹屬個人推介。法國煙鱔CAECER 沙律第一次食煙鱔, 懷著好奇的心態, 肉質軟滑, 很香煙燻味,配上CAECER沙律,出奇地合適比其他的三文魚, 大虾,燒雞等都顯得出色靈湖蟹寶只看名有點期待, 用一個精緻的燉碗上, 原來碗內是蚧肉鵝肝雲吞, 生拆蚧肉很鮮混合鵝肝的香, 這不愧為SIGNATURE 菜班蘭戲水這個

第一次食煙鱔, 懷著好奇的心態, 肉質軟滑, 很香煙燻味,配上CAECER沙律,出奇地合適比其他的三文魚, 大虾,燒雞等都顯得出色
靈湖蟹寶
只看名有點期待, 用一個精緻的燉碗上, 原來碗內是蚧肉鵝肝雲吞, 生拆蚧肉很鮮混合鵝肝的香, 這不愧為SIGNATURE 菜

班蘭戲水
這個很特別, 海班起骨走油再用班蘭葉焗, 令魚肉有微微的班蘭葉味,魚肉很滑,很有東南亞FEEL
米醬黑豚
WAITER講解這是用韓國大醬(
大長金!!!)腌美國黑豚, 食落有幾好味, 肉質很軟淋, 肉味很香, 配上中東米(未見過)味道出奇好食
雲上鮮蔬(好似係咁叫
)
奇實係竹笙時蔬, 不過廚師將菜讓入竹笙內,賣相看起來很手工菜,
南洋功夫麵
這個有點看頭, 原本刀削麵係可以咁做, 廚師用一個很野味的醬去炒, 加上珊蝴蚌的爽口, 可以再ENCORE

溶岩愛冰山
睇個名知道係甜品, BAILEY’S ICE CREAM 係自家制,食落又真係幾滑, 配流心心太軟,好冰火
!!
以私房菜來說, 豐樂里都很不錯, 食完整餐飯心裡還記得這麼多, 足以證明菜色可以給人留下印象(對我), 菜色設計多樣化, 味道不錯, 可以再ENCORE
