It offers a cross of East meet West cuisine at a private kitchen, where is a pretty cozy dining room decorated with a few modern Chinese communist paintings.
The chef, trained at L’Atelier de Joel Roubuchon, Rouchon Au Dome, has meticulously prepared a course menu named as”豐味”, meaning of abundant flavors, including “迎”, “味”, “滋” that represent starter, mains and dessert respectively.
Two fresh oysters are served on dry ice for an impressive presentation. Despite a little lack of sweetness and marine flavor from the oysters, I appreciate the effort in making the delicate toppings such as a refreshing yuzu pops and chicken stock jelly.

The lobster casserole is baked with bread roll, decently fresh and tender, included some green and yellow zucchini, asparagus, bamboo shoot, and 2 rigatoni, which is a kind of huge penne pasta, to thoroughly absorb the complex flavor. Suggested to finish the sauce with the bread roll, although it is a little too tough in my opinion.

We don’t normally like chicken, but this surprising whole baby roasted chicken has been our favourite of the night.
The baby chicken is roasted with a layer of super aromatic white truffle bread stuffing under that crispy golden crust. The meat is absolutely juicy and tender, this dish is quite a spot on!

Pan fried Japanese dumpling - it's a bit too oily to me. Even local boutique restaurant done it way better 

Minced beef and tomatoes with corneal - the presentation is nice with the corneal stand in the middle. But somehow i can't find it goes well with the sauce. Maybe the corneal couldn't soak the sauce like rice does.

This was baby octopus and cherry tomatoes in a grape vinegar dressing.
I found the octopus surprisingly tasty which was apparently tasteless a few weeks ago because the guy on the other table had it before.

I ended up asking for more mint sauce because it was really tangy and the suckling pig was nicely done, the skin was extremely light and crispy and the meat was really tender.
Normally I don't order suckling pig because they tend to be oily and fatty but this one was scrumptious.

黑松火鳳凰:有點像炸子雞的做法,巧妙的是表面沒有看到黑松露,卻吃到黑松露的香,原來是塗在雞皮與雞肉之間,難怪脆皮與雞肉這麼容易分離。雖然黑松露濃香,但塗抹分量拿捏不錯,仍吃到雞肉的原汁原味,嫩滑彈牙。

甜蜜山丘:充滿甜美的視覺享受。比較特別的是自家製的石板街雪糕,煙韌有致像Gelato般,哈蜜瓜Jelly清新,而最特別的是有懷舊的麥芽焦糖做成的酸梅糖,勾起了兒時回憶,可惜這道甜品相比其他菜式就賣相滿分,特色不足。

私房菜的特色是客人能與廚師有直接對話溝通
了解廚師製作菜式的概念,從而學習交流廚藝心得,這次大廚在我們用餐後亦有短聚,我學了不少技巧呢

侍者仔細的招待,起菜時間恰到好處,以Fusion中菜形式對於我絕對是出色的。

To be honest, it looked like a fried chicken but the chicken was soft and juicy yet the skin was as thin as wafer and crispy too.
I don't usually bother with chicken wings or chicken claws because it is just chicken skin, but here is was just crispy skin which was delicious.

稱得上帝皇,當然要有番咁上下份量,這位「皇上」來自北海道,都算幾大份,氣勢迫人,塗上用魚子醬後以火炙輕輕一觸,外皮很脆,而肉質又不失爽口,難得是旁邊的「妃嬪 」即沙律菜,件件卜卜脆,我成整一件不漏!

放入乾冰純粹為觀感,又確實吸引多了,而所謂蟠龍黃金甲是像天婦羅的做法,用麵糊包著龍蝦來炸,效果很鬆脆,不覺油膩。

而幾種醬料也是出色之處,麻油醬以分子料理的方法造成粉末,另外還有柚子芥末、檸檬辣椒汁和天婦羅汁,單單這一道菜就用了幾種技術和多國元素,真的很有心思。

甜品也不馬虎,很有心思地佈置成一座山丘,有幾種水果(西瓜、菠蘿、木瓜、提子等),還有石板街雪糕、果凍、仿製的懷舊綿花糖和冰糖葫蘆,令人憶起很久很久以前的童年時代。

Viral Fusion的菜色以私房菜來說,創意高分,整個菜色大致都貫穿到懷舊粵菜的主題概念,至於Fusion效果方面,以蟠龍黃金甲Mix得最好,其他有些例如火紅蕎頭和川香牛皇燒,風味並不太突出,但成整飯每道菜的質和量都滿意,用的料也頗落本,所以$750雖然不能說便宜,但又值這個價的,吃完都令人有種回味的感覺。

自從轉左新公司後 多左同班同事出去食飯有一班志同道合既同事 真係very good~ 去左間樓上餐廳食 (個名好有中國feel 叫豐樂里) 最大特色係佢地個門面 勁大既石門  撞都無禁岩 佢地出左新既lunch menu~ 最中意佢"味"個part 有個叫山海經既飯~~睇名真係估唔到係咩, 好彩menu有寫係咩 原來係鵝肝同鰻魚飯!!!!!真係第一次食到禁既配搭 原來2樣都好match 鵝肝油同鰻魚汁一齊好香口惹味~~~

開工飯點可以求其要食餐好嘅先大吉大利衝上去新開的私房菜館-豐樂里甫開門見仿城牆的大門已很是驚喜落落大方的內庭擺設頗有韻味連菜單的名字也滿有趣味前菜來點田園風,黑醋番茄沙律有水準香軟牛臉頰配薯蓉,牛皇飄香有點和洋風比起外脆內嫩的飛鳳,更愛盛着香香紅米飯的竹筒清爽的黑海赤龍,蒜蓉芝麻味香濃團圓糖水甜味略重,不過喜歡它薑湯味夠嗆整體上佈置雅致之餘有趣味食物質素精緻沒兒戲價錢亦不太犀利很適合聚聚三五知己相信它在芸芸私房菜館中跑出很有機
